I still have not received my parcel. Two days now out for delivery two times now driver out of time !!!! Really bad service. Live chat promise me I will receive ‘today’ errr no not !!!!!!!!!!!

After failing to deliver the first time without any explanation as to why, I arranged redelivery only to find the box that allows you to provide directions has a character limit that restricts to the point where adequate directions cannot be input. The second redelivery failed again without any explanation as to why. I contacted the company before wasting time arranging another redelivery. Person receiving delivery has now wasted two days remaining at home to wait for this delivery. Very disappointing service.

Awful. Seriously woeful service. I was meant to have a delivery on Wednesday never arrived. Arranged a redelivery following day. Suprise suprise no delivery again. They claim the driver attempted to make a delivery but i have CCTV footage outside my house and there was NO ATTEMPT! They promised me a order Monday but then due to it still being at the depot the order got completely cancelled. So i have a tap with so sink! Contacted them and it was really unhelpful service. I will never use them again that is a promise.

I have rated DX a 1 .....only because I could not submit a review with no stars they system doesn’t allow this. I have a return parcel which they have not collected and have no information of this stated on my first day of querying. I waited in for 2 days the date was changed on day 2 but no contact was made to let me know. On day 2 they still did not collect. I have never experienced such a bad service!!! I will never use them again and my parcel collection as been moved to another company. If your happy to wait in for days on end or even leave on doorstep they may probably eventually come and collect when there ready... as I am not ... I’ll never know.

Absolutely shocking delivery company. After having confirmation for a Saturday AM delivery, it failed to arrived. Really really poor service.

Really poor customer service. Rearranging delivery the person on the other end has had me waiting for 90 minutes! I just gave up. the text link to rearrange doesn't work either. No contact number.

I left a review yesterday saying that DX had failed to deliver an item despite me having to stay at home all day. They rescheduled for today - again they have failed to deliver. I telephoned but they had absolutely no information why the item hadn't been delivered. They said they'd call me back by close of business. They didn't. I have never come across a delivery company as incompetent as this. They continue to say they have no facility to take a complaint and that "our contract with the sender means we don't have to compensate you". I cannot begin to say how angry I am at losing two full days to this disgraceful company and I still am no closer to receiving my item which is apparently still with the courier. Avoid DX at all costs.

Absolutely shocking service Parcel was “apparently” delivered on 31st of July , courier apparently hasn’t been in the area since but the parcel was left outside my door on 6th August No note , no knock at the door , parcel left for anyone to take with £90 worth of items in Spoke to somebody and they basically called me a liar saying the courier took a photo of my door on the 31st of July and it was delivered They then went on to say it could’ve been left with a neighbour but regardless there was no note left to Indicate to me that it was left with a neighbour So how was I supposed to know ?

Your delivery chap left the package on the doorstep. I was away on a four day break and no-one in. Fortunately the family opposite saw it and took it in. Very unprofessional service.

A DX vehicle delivering to a neighbour damaged a gutter and some roof tiles on my property. The neighbour had previously warned the driver that the lane might not be passable. The driver did not stop to check or leave any details. I have spent this morning fruitlessly trying to contact DX but it just doesn't seem possible to speak to anybody who can help. The calls have been put through to 'someone who can help' but just ring for several minutes before cutting off. What is the best way to contact them?

An all-round terrible experience. I received an email giving me 30 minutes notice that a delivery would be made yesterday giving me a window of, wait for it, 8am until 6pm! I had to take the day off at extremely short notice. Nothing arrived. This morning their website said they needed more information so I telephoned repeatedly but was cut off time and again. So I used the chat facility on the website. They couldn't explain what additional information was needed but said it had to be rescheduled for tomorrow - between 9am and 5pm. So, I get to take another full day off. Finally, they wouldn't give me details of how to complain and said any requests for compensation needed to be sent to the sender. The is by far to worst delivery company I have encountered. Companies should not use them because, as so many of these reviews show, they generate dissatisfaction. For example, I won't be purchasing from Brabantia again given they use these clowns.

Sent 3 parcels the same day. 2 parcels were going to same address the first parcel was badly damaged tried to claim they said sewing machines was not covered. Rejected my claim.the 2 parcels that were going to the same address never arrived. They have cost me over £130 all were insured. Please avoid at all cost. Will never use them again

Booked DX to collect and deliver a Sony Play Station from Peterborough to Isle of Wight (as Hermes didn't go to IOW) four times it was booked and four times no show by courier. Rang customer services...re-book and we apologise as we are short of couriers in your area!! In the end cancelled the order as yet still waiting for my refund, will use Parcel Force 48, This lot are a load of wasters AVOID THEM LIKE COVID 19 !!!

Took a day off work to accept a signed for delivery... which never arrived. Received a text to say we were unable to deliver and that a calling card had been left. No calling card left and no attempt to deliver after watching our CCTV cameras !! Customer service are nothing short of useless. Please DO believe all of these negative reviews they are an awful company. I have no idea why a company as big as Nintendo would be using such an amature outfit!

This company are totally inept at doing anything right, they think 24 hours means 5 days and when they do finally show up they leave half the order back at my local depot because everyone knows that two is a very hard number to calculate when it comes to parcels, Just as 24 hours is most likely to be about 5 days in their world? Loose countless days off work waiting for a parcel that never comes and stay hanging around the door so you don't miss them knocking if they ever do bother to show up!

They delivered to totally the wrong address and when contacted they didn't want to know. Made it sound as if I was lying! AVOID AT ALL COST.

Fuming just had a delivery from these muppets and first of all the delivery time was 9-11am, turn up at 8am. Wasn’t dressed and heard them deliver to one of our neighbours first who said not us. Then came to me, I opened the garage to witness one of the men trying to wedge through my garden but of my drive and my daughters boyfriends car, I said don’t do that you will scratch the car, he then went between my husband and my car. Big gap the other side!!! As not dressed I didn’t check so when they left I checked and guess what!! Massive scratch on car. I’m so angry and now my husband needs to sort out when extremely busy at work as he ordered it. What a joke!! I asked why they turned up earlier than the time and he said don’t know why you were sent that you were are 8th drop!! Helpful not!!😡

Paid next day delivery. That was 4 days ago. Told item had been delivered ? I never had it. Very disappointed. Avoid avoid avoid.

These lot are the worst delivery company, ive had to rearrange my delivery 4/5 different times, still haven’t received my item. The latest scheduled delivery they gave me an estimated delivery time, for me then watch the delivery man drive right past my house on the tracking app. Absolute shambles!
