I contacted Easy Flowers direct first as I was seriously disappointed with the flowers I expected to what was delivered. They offered me a $30 gift voucher or $19 refund. I paid $135. First and last time I will ever use them.

Well I’ve always given a very good score to this company but today I met one of the rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune to talking to from a customers point of view I mean where the ones the are paying our hard earned money to be treated like your doing me a favour No customer no selling flowers ? Just so it sits right with me I definitely will never use easyflowers again whilst they have people like that in there employment sad thing because in the past I was very impressed but I will not be spoken to or treated like that not now not ever there’s plenty of other places around that would embrace there customers

I ordered flowers on January 26th, to be delivered on January 27. When I hadnt received confirmation that the delivery had been made, I logged into the website to see a message saying "due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery couldnt be completed" and that they we could make the delivery on January 29. I was frustrated with this, but accepted that these things happen. I agreed to have the delivery made on the 29th. On the 29th, I didnt receive confirmation that the delivery had been made YET AGAIN (via either the recipient or the company), so I messaged the company again, to find out that I was correct, the delivery hadnt been made....but this time they didnt even know that themselves. Its incomprehensible that in this day and age, you wouldnt know when a supplier hasnt completed a job for you as a business...particularly where a customer has paid for a service. To make matters worse, they even claim that they were unable to get in contact with the supplier and couldnt tell me when the flowers may be available for delivery next. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. When someone orders flowers, in 95% of circumstances, they relate to a specific moment in time, not 1, 2 or 3 days after the fact.

Order number 4J3ZC Where do I start ! Shocking service ! I am based in the UK My daughter is staying in Sydney at the moment. It was very important to me to make sure she got a lovely Christmas gift. I arranged for the food hamper to be delivered on 22nd December. When I didn’t hear anything I took it my order had been delivered. But on Christmas Day I was very disappointed and upset that my daughter had not got her hamper. I contacted easyflowers straight asking where my order was. They said an issue with the address! But WHY wasn’t I emailed or my daughter contacted to let us know ? We could have sorted it out. They then said they would redeliver and the FOOD! Hamper had been sitting in a warehouse since 21st December! I expressed concern that the food would be ruined. They said they are re delivered on Friday 29th December. Surprise surprise nothing arrived no body contacted. I asked for prove of delivery they took days to get back to me and then said the hamper had been delivered to a post office and my daughter had been informed. I checked this SURPRISE she hasn’t. I contacted them again they said incorrect contact details. I checked my daughter’s number on order it was correct. Plus I had been contacting them so they obviously had my correct details. I then contacted my bank and did a section 75 on my the order (order /delivery dispute ). My bank credited me the money back straight away. Shocking company. Please avoid. Never use this company.

Easy flower is the worst and irresponsible company I have ever shopped with online. They definitely deceive people politely. If you are dreaming of making a surprise for someone you love on their special day, it is the wrong address. Because they can turn your day into a nightmare. They do not deliver the orders on time and correctly.They seem friendly until you withdraw your money from your credit card, but then they are indifferent and unconcerned about your sensitivities. I definitely do not recommend the Easyflower company. You will only fall into a money trap and experience unnecessary stress.

Very disappointed with what was delivered. We were overseas when news of my close friend's dad had passed away. As we had used Easyflowers previously, we thought it would be safe to use their service again. We decided on the arrangement of sympathy flowers called "Effie". The flower arrangement did not come close to resembling what was shown in the image for the price that was paid. It was a huge disappointment when we were shown the flowers, which was an embarrassment and should be for Easyflowers. I would not recommend using Easyflowers to anyone. Extremely unhappy and not impressed!!!

I ordered my floral arrangement to be delivered but an unexpected problem arose with same day delivery. Easyflowers notified me immediately. I requested a refund and within ten days, the money was returned. Thank you Easyflowers for honouring your customer's wishes.

Horrific experience. Ordered a $144 bouquet for my wedding anniversary. Flowers turned up withered and rotting. EasyFlowers refused to refund despite ample photographic evidence that the roses were rotting, eventually begrudgingly offers a partial $36 refund. Withered, rotting flowers are one thing - but to refuse a full refund after such disgraceful service is blatant theft.

Booked flowers for Valentines Day four days early. T&Cs state that a specific delivery time can not be given. Fair enough. But I asked for the delivery to be morning or afternoon as recipient unable to stay home all day, had no neighbours to accept on her behalf, no safe place to leave after delivery and no work place to deliver to. I have asked other delivery services to deliver in a broad time scale like 0800 to 1200 or 1200 to 1700: no problem every time! But not these guys. They just continued to repeat the mantra of their T@Cs. I'm sure they didn't even bother to ask the retailer for a time band. Flowers finally arrived at 1730!!! As a sceptic, I reckon it was done on purpose because I had asked again if common sense and customer service might prevail to help us out. AND one flower stem had been severed. My request to cancel 36 hours before (as acceptance could not be guaranteed) was denied, citing that order had already been filled. I don't think so!!!! Seriously, extremely poor customer service. Take the money and run. Next sucker please. Never again. And I heartily recommend you don't use this company.
