“I used EE's Trade-in Scheme to upgrade my phone recently and they had no records of it arriving. I had my returns package posted to an old flat, I asked them to resend it (not something you'd do if you weren't going to send it) and when they said it didn't arrive I reached out to them immediately.
I spoke with a web agent who said that the fee would be waived, at which point I got rid of all the tracking details I had for the package as I thought the matter was closed. They then took £650 out of bank 2 months later and said the other agent shouldn't have said it and because I had no tracking info (which I got rid of when I was told the case was closed) there was nothing they could do.
EE have bankrupted me after all my other bills for a full month and I have no way to survive because they led me to believe that the case was closed and decided on their own without telling me that it was reopened.
I've been with EE for 5 years and cannot explain how much they've screwed me.”

“Ee used to be good I've been customer since it was t mobile went into store today about my phone packing up salesman tried to make me pay more for my broadband I only went in about my phone he said I would have to pay £85 as my contract had 3 months remaining I found staff only want you to pay more very disappointed will be switching as so as possible”
“pathetic service, charged me for double amount for upgrading my contract. My monthly bill was the new contract amount and my last usage amount. So if I am paying for new plan and using data + calls with that plan, then why do I have to pay for old plan as I am not using the data and calls on previous plan. All I will say is stay away from EE as far as you can. :(”

After years worth of contacting they are still adamant that I owe them an extra £50 all from a payment date and yet I asked when they said best time to contact them so I did eat ect, then they cut me off completely and say its my fault!
My advise is completely stay away from the company as much as possible as theyl ignore your texts and calls and speak to you rudely and make out your the problem”

“Very poor net work I payed 24 months for nothing then I was in hurry to change I contacted them to give one month notice women was dealing with me she said charged one month early if give notice then I request for keeping no as pay as you they didconect my no for three days after one month notice that was my business no every texting me on what's what happened then I contacted EE again very poor customer service I had they open no again then they took £72 for early disconetion I called them but again they took 85 from my account I was requesting them to listen call recordings but they were denying because they were at faul very rubbish poor not recommended at all 😡😡😡”
“Whilst being with the EE, ( we are born and raised in UK) a third party was using our EE phone line, ( why?)covert intrusive surveillance was put on( we are not criminals) after that dodgy persons followed us, data was broken, and phone line hacked, personal possessions damaged personal privacy invaded, persons stealing our post, and invading private banking, and odd dodgy people ringing and sending scam messages, and now persons have come to serious harm who we know and relations, disappointed with the EE( vulnerable persons harmed since, using EE”

I left them last year and paid my 12 month contract in full.
Recently discovered they had been destroying my credit rating by trying to take a payment several times (at no point did they ever tell me/warn me about this)
I was very surprised to discover this only via ClearScore during a time I'm looking to get a mortgage. (not ideal!)
Contacted them to understand the deal with this, they couldn't even find me! No record of me, but they're able to somehow screw my credit score over and find me if they need money! How silly.
Took 2 months, finally someone found me on their systems via my card details (how hard was that!)
They explained it's a whole months charge because I used my PAC code AFTER my contract date ended. The crazy thing.... THEY ADVISED ME TO DO THIS!!!!
When I left last year, they said don't use it before as I'll incur early cancellation charges, but use AFTER I leave to avoid this. they did NOT tell me, that that would also incur a charge. Sneaky liars!
During this whole time, it never occurred to them to contact me and explain the fee, or try to gather payment, but instead sent debt collectors (to my OLD address) and messed my life up. What a scam!
During this whole time they said they'd put the payment collection on hold to resolve, this was a LIE! They have since tried twice more. Further destroying my rating!!!!
This is totally unacceptable behavior to do this to a customer who has paid in full and been misinformed by EE customer service over the phone.
Disgusting and I will be taking action against this!”

The promised service was so terrible it barely worked. So bad the mobile service, my bank was unable to send me texts. They put my number in the telephone directory, despite my ex directory request. They then refused to remove it. They took direct debits which were never set up. They offered me derisory compensation, including refund of the direct debit, which I reluctantly accepted. They then ignored my reply. Then, after emailing endlessly, they sent me an email saying it was time it was sorted out!!!! I agreed the terms again. The next day they withdrew the offer because I wasn't being amicable about it!!!! and told me to go to the ombudsman. They are a disgusting bunch, shameful and unprofessional. If you want misery, get EE because that is all you will get!!!! Honestly they could drive you to a nervous breakdown... and don't expect the broadband and mobile to actually work because that is never going to happen. They could not care less and enjoy making their customers miserable. Don't get caught!!!!”
“Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with told me I had 5 months to go on my internet as I had a 36 month deal when I left to go to another supplier I explained that the internet was very slow and was told that no body could could fix the service as it was COVID and their workman came first. So I changed supplier.
They then sent a debt Recovery letter despite that the matter was in the hands of the ombudsman so I paid up”

I wish I could give zero star to EE on here. I am under mental health suport and as a sick and vulnerable person I was treated so horribly that I still can not believe. Because of falling behind with my bill for only one month, the cancelled my contract and instead of receiving a letter from them to update and inform me, I received a letter from bailiff threatening me either pay £1500 in 3 months or face the consequences. So rude and unforgiving.
Have to pay for services that I am never going to use now.

“I was staying with my daughter in law as I had just came out of hosp. My mobile phone stoped working and phoned EE explained situation asking if I could have new mobile sent to my daughter in laws address Which I was assured by EE that I could have sent to address I was staying at the mobile was delivered to my address which could not be left as no one was there’ phoned EE told them sent I would get it next day did not come but I was getting messages saying it had been delivered I,have had emails and text messages from.EE asking me if I pleased with service. I have done every think I was asked of and apparently it was security that stop me from’having phone I was told that they was protecting me as they have now put a block on my phone’. Account I have recently lost my husband and have been ill my self and I can not walk far. I have been left on phone waiting for a manager to to speak to me and you are just left hanging on so in the end I just Have to cut phone of as it was someone else’s phone and they needed to use there phone.”
