“Thieves. Just got someone knocking at my door for a charge from over ten years ago. EE sent me a new SIM card in 2009 saying they need to do this and that I am to cut up my old sim and call them and cancel, I did this. Fast forward 11 years later and turns out they didn't cancel this contract and have run up a bill of 1285 pounds. Absolute scumbags, and this is all due to them.”

“I have 2 sim's with ee one main sim and another which shares the main's data, I upgraded my main sim, the assistant told me my other shared sim would still work as it is I made sure he checked this as I didn't want to upgrade this one and don't want the new data gifting option where you have to transfer data each month. So now the sharer sim doesn't work and they tell me i have to upgrade it as well, very disappointed with e service I received some of the reps when I talked to offer little apology or understanding and just say I need to upgrade and when asked to speak to manager he puts me on hold and transfers me to a random office at ee who were surprised to receive the call and couldn't transfer me back but just to say call back even though it takes ages to get through to someone,”
“EE is the worst mobile phone provider ever, do not waste your money go with anyone else. There network service is rubbish and there customer service staff very unhelpful. I will be leaving as soon as I can. I would not recommend EE to anyone they have a very I don’t care attitude!”
“I rang with a call making issue that my calls drop off and cut me off mid conversation, I was told to turn on WiFi calling which I did but calls still dropping off, I was then offered a mobile device to tether to but I would have to pay for it, no discount offered on my bill considering this is a regular occurence and I have been with EE over 10 years, no help whatsoever so when my contract is up next year I will be looking for another provider.”
“Upgraded online, was told I'd receive my Samsung 21 Ultra within 24h, it's been a week. No updates, no reasons as to why it's not arrived, no attempts at customer service.
To the passive aggressive reply I will inevitably receive : the damage has been done, if I provide you with my order number I will just be given the generic answer "it will arrive in 7 - 14 days time, due to supply issues" seeing other people's comments you were aware of these issues before I ordered the phone but made no attempt to warn me, or update me of these issues.”
“Been with EE for a while no and have to say the reliability and customer service is great.
I've been with Virgin, Vodafone and Talktalk. These have been horrendous with unreliable service.If yo have an issue with them, it takes for ever to answer and when you get through its to a call centre in India with someone you barley understand.
In contrast, EE have customer services in this country and you Get through fairly quickly. Do yourself a favour, if you're looking for a new provider I'd recommend EE”
“I tried to transfer my EE number to another EE contract but got messed around my customer support, they kept transferring me to different departments which were totally clueless and didn't know what to do. They even cancelled my account without telling me and now I have to pay the full contract price plus admin charges. They even threaten me with bad credit scores etc and they were very rude telling me I can pay the contract because I can afford a holiday.”

“Summary - Best coverage, best prices (for SiM only) but worst customer service. Spent 4 hours on phone simply trying to cancel within my 14 days cooling off period. Switched as was offered a good deal, but was charged different to what was agreed. Beware, they claim they record calls but “no notes on the system” when there is a dispute!”
“EE connected a creepy man into my phone line for 9 months (possibly longer, they don't have the decency to answer this question). I found out when his adult son phoned trying to scare me, demanding an altercation at my front door at midnight. EE blamed Open Reach for this. I declined their offer of £50 compensation for the violation of privacy, including medical consultations. EE falsely sell lines as private and secure. How sure are you this isn't happening to you right now! This nut job started telling my family he was my boyfriend and was taking messages for me. Don't stay with EE until you end up with a stalker!”

Made a complaint about the signal problem I was having for over 7 month they did not listen so I decided to leave. A customer service advisor called and offered me a deal 5g phone upgrade and said it would improve on the signal. But the way I was due an upgrade. I had to pay abit for the phone and also increase in monthly line rental I thought I'd go for it if it helpped with the signal. What the adviser offered did not happen. There was a problem with the delivery so I spoke to various advisers but did not get any where I spoke to a supervisor that promised to sort this out and would call back but did not. I have requested to speak to that same supervisor only because after being messed about he now hasn't followed what he said he would do. I have left messages and rang but the supervisor can not be bothered to call me back how disrespectful is that. I have logged dates, time and who I've spoken to. I will continue for another week and then take this matter forward. No only have it received the phone ee is trying to charge me this month's increased line rental and some other charges. I would be grateful for someone on a higher level that knows the meaning of respect and good customer service to look at this case and call me back.”
