I've been a regular customer of e florist but will never use again. This is due to the intransient and very poor customer service. Which in my opinion based on my experience is not customer focused at all in fact I'd say practically non existent and focused on deflecting problems back to the customer.

Excellent service delivered on time the recipient was delighted with the flower basket ordering was easy, tracking very good arrived on time and well packed. Very pleased.and am using again.

Flowers order for anniversary and on date of delivery (a Sunday) still had not received a tracking email so I contacted customer services, waited all day and had no reply. The following day (Monday) waited until 11am and still had no contact from eflorist customer services so contacted them for a second time. I was told that there had been an issue with ‘there system’ and was guaranteed that the flowers would be dispatched with a note explaining the reason for delay. 11am Tuesday and still nothing from eflorist or courier regarding order so for a 3rd time contacted them about this order, the advisor on echat was very blunt and told me that they had decided to issue a full refund . Find this appalling service that a customer had to chase them for order updates on 3 occasions due to lack of communication only to be told that without any discussion with the customer or without the customer being informed a decision was made to issue a refund 3 days after the delivery date and after customer services had given the customer a guarantee that the flowers would be delivered. Attempts to contact the company we made via both email & Live chat. Flower we never delivered see above

Ordered flowers for a special friends birthday and they did not get them. there was a picture of the bottom half of a door with a box in front but it is not the friends door and try as I might, eflorist say that as they were delivered by amazon it is not their problem. cannot speak to anyone from eflorist about this they will not call me and although I normally use eflorist to send flowers, after losing so much money I shall not be using them again. but as their offices are not too long a drive, I shall be going there to see if there is any one to speak to. I ordered from eflorist NOT amazon and I should not have to chase them to get my money back. I just got an email telling me thank you for using us. I want my money back and this seem the only avenue to contact eflorist. Although I have had good service in the past, I advise anyone to go elsewhere to avoid the worry of the delivery not getting there. I was not aware that amazon was involved and should have been advised

I ordered flowers from Eflorest for the 1st time a few weeks ago for my sisiter’s special birthday, and I must say she and I were not dissapointed, they were absolutely stunning, absolutely beautifully presented and arrived on her birthday as requested. I will most certainly use them again.

well, the flowers did not arrive on the date requested. the flowers were found by a farmer worker on the Sunday as the delivery left them outside the farm office. Not the address for delivery. when opened some flower heads where broken off. once again, I hoped and paid for goods and service, all very poor standard. more importantly, I sent an email and I've had NO reply. Also used the Live Chat, which is not worth it

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Every question I would ask they will send the same words as they never bothered to read my request. Will definitely nor use this company again as they just don’t care! I asked to speak to a manager which they just completely ignore me.

This is the first time I have used EFlorist. The flowers were beautiful, arrived in really lovely condition, on time and have lasted longer than I expected. I shall definitely be using EFlorist again.

Fast and convenient delivery. Perfect if you’ve forgotten an event and you need to send a gift asap! Lovely selection of flowers. I think the prices are pretty reasonable considering how much other online florist companies can be. I have not experienced needing to return flowers or request a refund.

I ordered a bouquet a week in advance .10th November to be delivered 17th November Giving plenty of time 5 whole working days .. 7 including the weekend. I received an email order confirmation including delivery date confirmation 17th November. The day before the delivery date (16th November )I received an email saying the bouquet will be delivered on the 18th November! I immediately contacted customer service team! Only to be told I had to allow 1-2 working days either side. I had already done this at the time of order. I think 5 working days is a sufficient time allowance if this is the case. Very unsatisfactory response , very disappointing service.

I was told the flowers were rejected and returned to eflorist,this happened early November,I sent an email and to this date have heard nothing back. Very disappointed at lack of communication. Even more disappointed as they were for my elderly mothers 85th Birthday. Awaiting your reply.

The perfect gift when you can't visit in person. My 100 year old aunt loves to receive flowers which last longer then any visits. My recently bereaved friend appreciated the message conveyed by the flowers which helped her through the sad time. Thank you's and birthdays, Christmas and "just-because". I haven't found a better (or more economic) way to convey my friendship across the miles.

Absolutely first class service. My flowers were to be delivered to a doctor in York hospital as a thank you . Your driver attempted 3 times to deliver and even phoned me to advise of the situation. He eventually managed to deliver them, this was the hospital making delivery difficult. First class service I will definitely use you again . Your driver was brilliant thank you E. Florist

Four days late in delivering. Poor communication and contradictory information. Error on Eflorist part due to technical issues resulting in no delivery. No acknowledgement or compensation. Still awaiting appology.

The flowers delivered were apparently very good - lovely bright combination. The only problem was that they were left on doorstep but courier didn’t know the door and the lady receiving them didn’t know there had been a delivery until a neighbour called her. They were a surprise for her after being in hospital
