Mi gente no compren muebles en " El Dorado Furniture " este es el resultado, aparte yo habia pagado una garantia de 3 años lo compre hace 2 y la respuesta dicen que es el uso no sirve para nada pagar gargantia no pierdan su dinero.

hola , mi experiencia con estos muebles y su garantia que siempre he pagado , ha sido terrible , en mas de dos ocaciones me han tenido por mucho tiempo esperando que mi plan de proteccion expire para asi dejarme saber que no pueden hacer nada y bueno he tenido que acudir a toda la informacion en mis archivos de correo electronico para demostrar asi que el proceso de reclamacion empezo en tiempo y forma , la calidad de los muebles pesima , en fin no lo recomiendo .

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE !!!!!, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE !!!!!!!!. Very disappointed in EL DORADO, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE PLEASE. I assure you that if you buy here you will lose your money, I want to tell you that these pieces of furniture are beautiful, you can see them and they look super nice, but the reality is that they have very poor quality. I bought some furniture 7 months ago that cost me 5 thousand dollars, they told me it was one of the best pieces of furniture, tremendous quality of material. LIES and more LIES , the furniture is on all the edges breaking everything and we hardly use them . when I realized it I thought there would be no problem to fix it or change it because it was in my guarantee within the year that they say they give you. Tremendous bad service by El Dorado, they did not want to cover me or the repair of the furniture, they say that I have to pay 340 dollars so that they can fix it that the guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and that my furniture is breaking due to use that I give him, woww they are tremendous !!! imagine a piece of furniture that is 7 months old and they tell you that it is breaking due to the use that I give it for 7 months!!! Not even the cheapest piece of furniture would happen to what is happening to these pieces of furniture in such a short time. Imagine to the point of not wanting to cover a piece of furniture that is breaking due to its poor quality and they tell me no, I have to take responsibility for the expenses. That piece of furniture a year from now is useless and I'm going to have to throw it away. It's horrible to buy such an expensive thing and not be able to use it because everything breaks. Believe me, everything there is fake, very pretty, but nothing of quality if you want a durable piece of furniture DO NOT BUY HERE, it has not only happened to me, my mother-in-law bought other types of furniture and the same thing happened to her for 2 years and she had to throw it away furniture was white and turned black from how all the horrible paint fell off. And the worst of all is that El Dorado does not accept responsibility or give its clients the value they deserve , they simply tell you that this is not for them , it is for the use that you are giving it . They do not find that type of response disrespectful on the part of El Dorado without really seeing the damage caused by the poor quality they sell, one works hard in this country to have and live comfortably so that they can play with one's money like that. {El Dorado he is becoming a millionaire with extremely expensive and super poor quality furniture }

I purchased my furniture at El Dorado Store "Palmetto Boulevard". I had issues with my Leather section sofa. I contacted my lovely and professional vendor Elizabeth Fortun and the must outstanding Manager Mr. Adonis Romero and both fought for my with the company and Insurance to replace it. If you are planning to purchase at El Dorado Furniture, I'll recommend you to contact Ms. Elizabeth Furtun, Vendor to obtain the best customer service and the person you need on your side, with excellent vendor skills, knowledge about products and the must important, always available to assist you and help you with any issues. Thank you Elizabeth and Mr. Adonis Romero, Manager!

Two times they have come to my house waking me up at 7AM to replace a headboard that the first time was damaged, and the one they bring is also damaged. I was told the third time they were going to check it in the warehouse before delivery and they didn't. Also, a set of lights is supposed to come with it and was not brought either. On top of that, from one delivery to the other I have to wait two weeks. So, in a month and a half I still don't have my purchase complete. This is awful. Horrible, horrible service.

Bought the Anabell leather power reclining sectional. Bought in May 2020 and it broke 7 months after we got it. Have warranty on it submitted claim had to call to even get them to acknowledge the claim then months to get anyone out and then kept canceling for different reasons 14 yr tech quit ect. The warranty will probably be up before it’s ever fixed. This wasn’t an outlet purchase. Very poor quality would not recommend furniture, company or warranty it’s useless!

We bought a recliner set, loveseat and sofa late Sept, delivered mid Oct. The recliner part of loveseat broke late Dec. We went through portal sent pictures sent details. Since then 2 weeks later received email from Lorenna Naveda , store operations , requesting pictures again. Sent those on 1/14, they were acknowledged, someone would call us to schedule repair appointment. Still waiting, called the store, they promise to call you back, no one ever does. My advise , don't buy anything here, if something goes wrong, you will not hear from them! Ignacio Esquijarosa

My husband and I bought all of our furniture at El Dorado about five years ago. We are snow birds and are only in Florida about two months out of the year so it would have been foolish to get a warranty. We are happy with everything but after about two years our sofa started to disintegrate. We started calling El Dorado but to no avail. They said you do not have a warranty but our sofa looks like it is being eaten by an animal. It is not normal. All we asked for at that point was even a nice discount on a new sofa. We cannot afford a sofa every few years. Please get back to me. We actually love this sofa. El Dorado keeps saying the sofa is older no but we complained years back and we hardly use it.

Never buy from El Dorado. Bought a corner sofa five years ago, hardly used and now the top layer is completely pillof. Been to the store. The employee told us that this is completely normal!!!!-why were we not warned then that we buy junk???? So know what to expect from El dorado products.

I purchased a rug online it was supposed to delivered on 9/28/21. I called them to find out happened Why didn’t receive my rug. Every number I called were in Spanish 🤔this is America… This is ridiculous I can’t believe this 🙄

they are scammers! they are financed with your money. I bought a piece of furniture on April 24, they told me they would deliver it on June 18. that did not happen. I had to call to find out what was happening and they told me they would deliver it to me on July 22. Call today and they tell me that they will deliver it on August 4 because according to them, we do not confirm the delivery !!! We have a receipt of having confirmed it and even so they do not want to give us the furniture after almost 4 months of waiting! and they tell us that we can go for the furniture ourselves. In other words, they have the furniture and decide not to deliver it! They treat us like idiots over the phone, repeating like parrots that they deliver it on August 4. they don't care about anything about the customer. they are a mess and scammers!

Purchased furniture and it was delivered damaged. I was told to accept the damaged furniture and it would be replaced. The service department came out with another issue and was told again that the tv unit would need to be replaced. After waiting over year to get a replacement, I was told by the El Dorado that the manufacture wouldn't stand behind the unit. We have written proof that we made a claim and yet they continue to give us a hard time. All we want is what we paid for in good condition. The service department keeps passing the buck and never giving us a replacement as promised. Never take delivery of damaged goods with the promise of it being replaced. Took delivery of this TV unit in early July 2020 and a year later still waiting for a resolution. It's not in stock, waiting on a replacement, sorry but the manufacture will no longer deal with this issue. Who needs to deal with a company that doesn't stand behind their product. I was offered today the floor model even though it was damaged to resolve this issue. Damaged for damaged.....

I just bought more Furniture from El Dorado last week. I have being a costumer since 2012 and I couldn't being happier. Marta Albarran is amazing and helped me all the time with my selections. My place looks amazing and I recommend the store to all my friends. I don't care how much money I spend it because there's no other store beautiful as they are. I keep coming back over and over and picking something else. I will post some pictures later than...❤❤❤

I went to El Dorado at 441 in Wellington, great experience. Maria, the sales associate she is terrific. Very patient, great recommendations. Always on top and following up on my orders! 100% recommend ! Delivery team were also great!

I have ordered multiple items from El dorado but I will never purchase from them again. I have waited over 2 months and still haven't gotten the rest of my order. When I made the order, I was told it would be delivered in two weeks. It's been TWO MONTHS. The customer service is horrible! You get excuses and rude staff if you get anyone at all. Online chat just gives you an automated response saying you have a 2 minute wait and continues saying that for nearly an hour until you just give up. I was told multiple times that someone would reach out to me to schedule delivery and they never do. You have to constantly chase them. I would have NEVER made the purchase if I would've known it'd be months before I got it. I should've been given the opportunity to decide if I wanted to wait that long or look elsewhere. I couldn't even cancel the order because I got half of it within a week but never got the rest. I will never purchase another single item from them and will tell everyone I know and post reviews everywhere I can to let people know how awful this company is and how they have zero interest in their customers. El dorado should be ashamed!

If I could provide a -0 star review I would. This place treats people like royalty when you walk in the store but if you need to discuss factory damage with them even under one year warranty they will treat you like garbage. ROSAURA IS EXTREMELY RUDE, please do not see Rosaura when you walk into this store. I would suggest you stay away from El Dorado, Rosaura has 0 manners, 0 professionalism, I asked for damage protection and she did not include it, after claiming factory damage on my dresser (still under their warranty), she stated I did not request it and my claim is denied. She said, imagínate, no me lo pediste! Y eso cuesta caro no es free! 0 manners, professionalism and manners. Please stay away from This lady, her manager yamelis does nothing, went through their “corporate” office and Rita still denied my claim , she said damage was caused by accident, meaning in other words... I broke it. She even said Rosaura is very experienced, Rosaura is very rude!! That is the reality, stay away from this scammers. Please shop at Rooms to go, they treat people with respect!

I bought a recliner in July 2020. First it took them two mount to deliver then approx four week one of the motors went bad so I immediately place a complaint for repair it under the warranty it took them over 40 days for someone to come to my house send less that five minutes to tell me that the motor was bad and that he needs to order a new one I keep calling to get an update in the status of the new motor and as of today April 16 2021 I am still waiting on a delivery date it’s been a nightmare.

Do Not Spend your money with this company.I only had this sectional for 3 months and the thread is coming up already.It is only me and my husband sitting on this sectional,and an occasional guest at times.We have no kids,or pets living with us.And that is not a seat we sit in when we are home.Ispent over 4000.00 dollars on this sectional.They DON'T GIVE REFUNDS,they are allowing me to change pieces,or exchange the sectional all together.This sectional is Cleary defected.I ordered a bar set,it was delivered with missing pieces,and broken pieces.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 👎

It is very sad that you spend 15000 dollars in one store and you can't return one item from your purchase. We bought 2 trays. The delivery person put the trays over the table and took a picture. When he left, I realized that one of the trays was broken. That happened 5 minutes later, I called the store and they just send the picture back. Our order included 2 ceiling lamps. Before they arrived I called the salesperson to tell her that I don't believe that the election was accurate due to the space. My mistake, I didn't read the return policy. The salesperson said that I had to allow the lamps to arrive because they were already on its way. She never clarified that the return will be impossible. Now I have 2 expensive lamps with no use, with a cost of 1200.00
