“I ordered back in november, items were dumped outside back door without notice or being informed. when i returned home from work i found the items were drenched - dripping wet. Contacted elegant to get this resolved and just kept on getting fobbed off and then they stopped replying completely. i have opened up a claim with paypal which they simply said post the items back to us at my expense which i am not preperred to do. In the future i will be taking my business elsewhere to a more customer friendly company.

“dreadful issues with them - as others have stated the products are damaged - when you call it says staff are working from home and cannot take calls. The online chat never works. i ordered led mirror cabinet - when i opened it glass was smashed to pieces - finally got response by email -and they agreed to send out replacement - when that arrived today was again smashed to pieces !! what a joke - would never ever buy from them again.”
“Totally agree with Mr Scott''s review. This Company should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a shower door in late Aug 2020. We checked that all the parts were there when we received the delivery, however, we could not get the doors fitted until early October, due to Covid. During fitting the Carpenter told us that two pieces to the shower door handle were the wrong size. I immediately emailed the Company to notify them, since then this Company have either ignored my emails, asked for the same information over and over again, or sent nonsense emails. I have used the Martin Lewis Resolver tool and I have had no response so I am escalating my complaint. I urge anyone thinking of buying from this Company, to go elsewhere.”

“Well what can i say about Elegant Showers?
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I bought a Shower tray with a Waste trap included. After ages i enquired to it's whereabouts to be told that the courier had broken it and it had been sent back to them. ( I saw exactly the same excuse given to someone else on their site.) Nobody even thought to let me know, if i had not enquired i would most likely still be waiting. Eventually it arrived. Meanwhile i had also purchased a Shower Enclosure from them, after waiting again for ages i enquired to it's whereabouts to be told, YEP YOU GOT IT, the courier had damaged it and returned it. By now i am starting to think about taking it out on my dog but i love her so i didn't. It too eventually arrived and i thought, "great i can fit it all now". SILLY ME, the Shower Tray with included Waste trap, HAD NO WASTE TRAP INCLUDED.
Just then, i had a phone call from them saying about the feedback i had left for them and could i possibly amend it to say something nice.
I mentioned the missing Waste trap and said i want a refund for the trap, she offered me £40 refund and i thought that was that. Off to the builders merchants i went to buy the trap for myself. On checking my Bank the next day i found that only £20 had been refunded so i sent an email complaining about it. Yesterday, 15/09/2020 i had a call from them saying about the complaint. I said i was offered £40 but only £20 was paid, She said to me, WAIT FOR IT, THIS IS GREAT, she said to me, the refund had 50% VAT taken. Well i just fell about the place laughing and hung up. She immediately phoned back but i told her to go away and hung up again. YES I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU SHARON, if that's your real name.
To sum up then.
In all my 55 years i have never experienced such Amateur, poor, deceitful, slow, Dodgy, lying, and just BAD customer, i suppose i have to say "service" in my life. They are simply terrible, there is nothing good i can say about them other than the Enclosure is nice, but that's it.
HEED MY FEEDBACK AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THE VERY VERY VERY LUCKY ONES, YOU ARE IN FOR A BUMPY RIDE.
ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY.
