I turned in a vehicle at the end of Oct without damages. Then get a 1100 dollar bill for rim damages and oil filter changes ect. Needless to say cant trust them.

I wouldn't send my enemies there. Careless stuff, we locked out for more than 12 hours with no assistance.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I reserved a truck and 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up they told me they gave it to another customer. They advised me to go to a different location and all terms of service would be exactly the same. Same rates and same vehicle. That was not the case. So after attempting to rent a vehicle from them for over 4 hours my reservation was somehow canceled and I had to make arrangements for the following day with another company. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I will never recommend or rent from them EVER!

Zero customer service. I rented a elite suv. I had many issues. They did nothing. I purchased roadside assistance. They were no help on tire problems. I will never tent from enterprise again.

To whom it may concern, My name is Nahesi' Parmes I've been a member at enterprise for many years.. I was disrespected first by the manager Adrian who's over Burleson and Cleburne Texas I know for sure.. He stood over me like a raging bull, sweating bullets coming down his face like he was on some type of drug.. Just when we thought Ms. Marilyn had taken care of the problem ( I wasn't really satisfied then) when I can back in August 2023 booked a rental he waited 4 minutes before I had to be there and told his team to call and day I couldn't rental there.. And for me to go off 35 to Service king.. No one watched the tape to see how anger and how ugly towards another manager by the name of Josh, he said he was no longer with the company because of his actions whole time the man who promoted to another store.. The second problem came when Patrick at the felix store lied and said he didn't hear from me and had the suv I was in repoed.. Not only did he lie bur hit my friend card knowing that wasn't my card not once but three times.. That's a short version. Then I drove out yo the main office in irving Texas and spoke with Bree telling her I didn't want to speak to Richard nor the mangers over him, only to learn the lady over Richard had him disrespect me to the fullest and had him call my cousin manager in car sales Donavan to soak with my cousin Trina about me.. this is not a family rental no one in the company should have known about what was going on.. Patrick told other managers that Trina was my cousin and she wax taking me through what to do when she didn't even know what went on.. A operator gave me the number & the address over the 800 number. I have called and made several reports Dale lied and thought he was going to bully me when I asked for someone over him, he then told me that they would only reroute the call back to him... This is not how Enterprise was ran these new so managers was not trained properly I would like to speak with Ms. Christy herself... I've never been so violated and disrespected in my life.. What type of management would think someone would give up.. I know they don't own enterprise and we've never had this type of customer service... PLEASE MS. CHRISTY CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... My baby had to ride a uber with a complete stranger to get to school, Patrick thought it was a game.. Dale act like this couldn't be handled no other way..And Adrian he thought Jr was the big bad bully... I do not appreciate how this was handled..

We rented a car from the Atlantic City airport in Dec 5,2024. And as we drove away the dash starts flashing engine failure please return to service half way to our destination. We had to turn around and they gave us another vehicle, which we had no problem with. When we returned it we made sure the vehicle was cleaned. Because prior to returning it we emptied the vehicle and when I open the middle console we found a Jersey with blood stains on it in the trunk we found croc jibbits and water bottles in the third row. When we dropped it off we didn’t think anything and went on our way. Well the next day we get an alert that we are being charged a $150 charge so we called and they couldn’t give us a reason why first they said we had a car seat in the third row, mind you we are all grown adults. So we called back and the second person said he left trash which is a lie. So we asked to speak to a supervisor and they said someone would call us back till this day still waiting for that call. We called a third time and they are now saying we smoked weed because they found weed crumbs on the floor, no one smokes weed and they obviously don’t realize this is a rental and many people come in and out of the car. Asked to speak to another supervisor and nothing they hung up on us twice. Till this day I still don’t have a clear reason as to why we are being charged. And no return call from anyone. I will make sure my firm and I will never rent or recommend Enterprise Car Rental.

THEY LIE!!! MASTERCARD/VISA whether debit or credit is NOT ACCEPTED!!!!!!! Left is stuck in Miami. Luckily American Airlines actually ACCEPTS DEBIT CARDS and we got a straight shot home. I discourage EVERYONE from using this company. They were happy to let us drive a car to Florida, then wouldn't take our card to drive back!! And the agents at BOTH MIAMI AND KNOXVILLE airports are the RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! What a sad little job they have.....

We had a flat tire coming home They were no help getting us home or to a safe place we were 200 miles from home on Sunday afternoon and they told me to just call 911 I will never use them again!!!!

I made reservations at the 5059 Beeler st denver 80238. I went the on 11/19/24 to pick it up they didn't have a car for the time I reserved it and was told maybe after 5pm. I should have been notified because my husband had buisines meeting and needed it the next morning while I car was in the shop. It was very difficult to even get thru to make reservations. Nobody picked the phone. Then to be told to I would have be able to get one at 3pm and they didn't have it. And was told I couldn't rent one because the insurance company had to call it in. I offered to pay for it. And was given an outrageous quote. I found out later the next day at your location in north east Aurora location, it was not problem I didn't have to go thru that I already had my claim number and was in the system. My husband and I walked away so frustrated with Penny handling this, she was very short. And so unprofessional. My husband took Uber to his meeting while we went to your location in north Aurora where Colton Chase to very good car of us

I think enterprise car rental sucks . I reserved a truck on December 10 2024 , to use on the 13th. I was told I could use my bank issued debit card as long as I had proof of residency. On arrival to my local branch the girl Madson In Christiansburg Virginia said I couldn’t use it , after telling me I could the day before. Then I called the number online and was told yes I could . So she took my request for a truck in radford Virginia.so I made my way to that office just to be told I couldn’t use it there either. As an army veteran I’m insulted by the actions of a so called veteran friend company. My name is Robert Hollins I think enterprise is an terrible company to rent from I’ll never try again because they just lie.

Terrible service, I have been waiting for an invoice for 24 hours so I can send it to the insurance company and they will reimburse me my money. The car has been parked where I left it for 24 hours and they have not picked it up!! They refuse to rent because they do not have cars available and they are not able to pick up the delivered cars on time!!!

My good friend rented from Enterprise. Before he took the car he pointed out damage. The rep. took pictures of the damage. When he returned the car, Enterprise claims he caused the damage and is threatening to charge his insurance. When he asked about the pictures, the claim is no one knew about the damage. I believe him and what he says because of his integrity and honesty. Therefore with my considerable influence, I will turn every person I know away from Enterprise car rental. Plus every person I can on these review sites.

Did normal fully comp yet when it came to an accident, insurance company got me a courtesy car through enterprise. Having never had an accident before in 30 years of driving, a Thory lorry smacked into the side of me. I thought all would be fine but 3yrs after the accident, enterprise tried to get me into court on a supposed issue with them then not honouring the courtesy car. To say it doesn't surprise me how underhand a yank company is, is an understatement. Suffice to say, Thory admitted claim so enterprise will be happy but since when does a victim get hauled to court over the legitimacy of a courtesy car on fully comp with a reputable insurance company!? Enterprise are scam artists as are their dodgy solicitors Walker Thomas. Shame on you for the stress and harrassment I've suffered at your hands. I should be suing you!

I’ve rented from here 5-6 times as it’s the only car rental place nearby. Twice I have reserved a car and was unable to get that car or even anything remotely close to it. This time I booked three days in advance and was called 2 hrs before pickup time- they had no car's ,not one. I have bags packed, hotel reservations, and no way to get there. It’s not a one off - they are always a 0-1 star kinda place.Do not rent from this place if you actually must have a vehicle.

While I used to think Enterprise was the safer option to take for rental cars, everything about my experience with this company recently has been absolutely awful, genuinely worst than their absolute cheapest competitors. I reserved a car for the day after Thanksgiving at Atlanta airport and was told they only had electric cars left. I had to drive quite a ways (as this was a rental with a different drop-off location), but was told getting to my location should not be an issue. It was. The car DID NOT MAKE IT TO MY DESTINATION. I was told by a worker of the Enterprise at my drop-off location that this is a mistake Enterprise has made before and that it is not safe because the type of driving, distance, and coldness make it so the amount of miles shown to be left on the electric car is not accurate. In addition, the mechanism that opens where the charging occurs was not closed properly, so it literally popped open on the freeway, and I had to emergency stop to close it. They also tried to give me a key fob that was not charged. Despite complaining several times (AND a complaint was also given by the Enterprise employee at my drop-off location on my behalf, without me even asking), I still have yet to speak with someone who has done anything about this situation. Enterprise is just absolutely horrible from start to finish, and if you have any other option, especially the many cheaper options, go with them. You are not gaining anything positive by going with Enterprise.

Used to be a professional company. Still are, at the counter level, but as a company I’d NEVER rent again through them if given a choice! Had a horrid experience when I went to pick up my booking (6DPWDJ)at the SNA airport counter when they told me that they can’t release the car as I hadn’t returned the previous one I had rented & returned a week ago! This was quite stressful as I feared I’d be charged for the entire week for no fault of mine! Took a while for them to find out it was an error, but it didn’t end with that! Must note the staff at the Temecula branch were super professional & friendly! Meanwhile, I kept receiving warning emails from collections saying I haven’t paid, although they did have my payment info! Called them & expressed my displeasure at both experiences, & was about to pay when the agent told me not to pay & that she will elevate it to Sean of collections who would be calling me soon. Waited a week, but still continued to receive warning emails from collections! No call from Sean!! Called today & the agent although wasn’t rude, was quite condescending, kept lecturing me on the way I talked & lacked any kind of empathy! Overall, I was convinced I was dealing with a thoroughly unprofessional company, settled the bill but at the same time decided never to deal with Enterprise ever again! If you have any professionalism left in you Enterprise, call me!!

We had an agreement to rent an SUV. Upon pickup. No vehicle. They suggested we go to the Atlanta Airport to pick up a vehicle there. Not acceptable. We will be using this company. Nor will we recommend them to anyone

Avoid this company - poor service and questionable practices. My experience with the Stockport Heald Green branch, managed by Saeed (General Manager) and Raja(Branch Manager), was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional encounters I have ever had. From the start, the service was riddled with issues, culminating in an unjustified invoice for alleged tyre damage and unauthorized attempts to withdraw funds from my account. The tyre damage charge was completely baseless. I noticed a slow puncture in the tyre shortly after collecting the vehicle, which indicates the issue predated my rental. The rushed delivery at 9:30 PM, conducted in poor lighting, meant no proper inspection occurred. To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered in substandard condition, with low fuel and no promised swap. Despite these failings, I was invoiced over a month later with no prior communication about any issues. The handling of payments was equally concerning. Without any explanation or authorization, attempts were made to withdraw £400 and £600 from my account. This is unacceptable and has raised serious concerns about this company’s practices. Beyond these specific issues, the overall service was appalling. In September, multiple last-minute cancellations left me and my colleagues stranded, causing significant financial loss. In October, delayed vehicle delivery disrupted another trip, even though I followed up more than ten times. Additionally, I was informed late that my hire period had ended, which created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Adding to the frustration was the unprofessional behaviour of Raja, who threatened me with additional charges for delays that were entirely caused by their own lack of communication. Even after numerous calls and assurances that conversations were being recorded for quality purposes, my complaints were never acknowledged or addressed. To make matters worse, Saeed, the General Manager, completely ignored all the concerns I raised. Instead of addressing the issues or providing any resolution, he simply stated that, in his opinion, the invoice was valid and insisted that I pay. His dismissive attitude toward the entire situation further highlights the lack of professionalism and accountability at this company. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. The service was unprofessional, inconsistent, and stressful. I am considering escalating this matter to Trading Standards and other regulatory bodies to ensure their practices are properly investigated.
