“I, returned the vehicle and hour earlier, there was about 15 people ahead of me, I've been renting car from the Goldsboro location for years,never had any issues or damages to any vehicle I rented, so I dropped the keys in the Dropbox about 8:15, they said they checked the vehicle in at 7:55 am, how is that possible, I was on the road returning the vehicle at that time, wich is a lie, I called the next morning, they said there was two dents on the passenger side doors front and back, before I dropped the keys in Dropbox I checked that side of the car there was no damage if there was I would have taken photos of the dents, people when u rent a car from the Goldsboro location always take photos of all side of the vehicle before u leave, or they will lie and pin damages on u that u never did, Stay blessed people, God knows what really happened.”
“Having seen their 70% Negative Reviews on TrustPilot, I can understand why I had bad experience with Enterprise. I received an email from Debtist.de demanding £70, on behalf of their client Enterprise Car Hire, claiming that I owed them an unexplained £20, when hiring one of their cars on the Continent some 17 months previously. Enterprise had tried to debit this unexplained £20 from my credit card some 2 months after the rental period. Not surprisingly MasterCard rightly blocked the transaction, citing that it was unauthorised and possibly fraudulent. Without even informing me, Enterprise went directly to this German Gestopo Debt Agency to retrieve this £20, to which this Agency added a £50 Admin fee for good measure. For Enterprise it was very much a ‘bull in a china shop’ - their attempt to debit my credit card failed, they assumed the worst, so they resorted to the mob. As for Debtist.de, they operate a zero tolerance gun to the head policy, and I eventually gave in, only after a week of emails when this Agency finally explained what the £20 was about. Apparently it was the Admin fee for a speeding fine whilst I rented the car. The moral here is if one’s Credit Card fulfils its security checks and obligations on your behalf and blocks unauthorised transactions, then it’s YOUR fault and you’re still liable. There’s a new world order now, chasing debtors costs too much money, you only get ONE chance, miss a payment then the mobsters are called.”

Day of pick up, the lady told me I don't have a reservation, the email I had was fraud, and for me to get into the only vehicle she had I needed to bring her $300 CASH! I rented from another location and returned it early. Now they are trying to charge me $10 for tolls the day after I returned it and $10 for a service charge 2 weeks after I returned it! Wtf is this? Just random charges being added just because?”

“Where do I start? If i could leave zero stars, I would! We rented a car for a trip, when we went to pick up the car were told my husband was on a Do Not Rent List! There was a bill from 2019 ..5 Years Ago!! We weren't even aware of as this is a Corporate account w a Fleet vehicle!!! Obviously a bill is going to get paid! Literally for $139!!! “Rented a cargo van so I could move my apartment this week end. When I went in the clerk said he couldn’t find my reservation. Then after much hassle, “oh I found it but I don’t have a van available to you. I can rent you a car .” I’m 72 , with two hired hands to help and nothing to move my stuff with. Clerk didn’t care , he said “ it wasn’t me who maid the reservation.” What happened to this once excellent co . ?”
“I really had a bad experience with enterprise a car Rental Arbor Rd., Plymouth area Michigan. There was overcharged my credit card with something. I am not agree about it. They wasn’t clear about it when I try to complain. This seems like no one it was care about it no Manager contact me, when I request they hold my deposit for over three weeks , I’m still waiting for my deposit I rent a car all over United States from other campaigns I never experience or I received that kind of service before so if you wanna listen to me, I do not recommend to deal with enterprise car rental if you want to save your money and time”

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a charge of £1,494.95 that was unjustly taken from my account following a non-fault accident on March 22nd.
Despite my insurance provider, Aviva, being involved, this payment should have been charged to the appropriate third parties rather than to me. I have already raised this issue with the Financial Ombudsman, but I would like to give Enterprise the opportunity to resolve this matter directly.
I urgently request that you arrange for an immediate refund of the £1,494.95 to my account. Can you help me to sort this out as quickly as possible?

“I have a motability car which had to go into the garage for repair after an accident which was not my fault. So a rented car was arranged for me. The rental car was not like for like, it was so low getting in and out of was a joke.
I left the rental car at the garage where I picked my car up from, BIG MISTAKE!!!
I had £101 taken from my account without my consent! Apparently when the rental car was collected it had a cracked headlight so I was charged the access for repair. I hadn’t damaged that car, so be aware of making sure the rental car is returned in the condition you got it in.
Enterprise will try and charge you for whatever they can get out of you!!!”

This is your warning. They are rude. They are unprofessional. The young lady helped me didn't even get the reservation. Put in the computer when I ask for a print out at time of reservation made. “I have rented cars from Enterprise for many years. DON’T ever modify your reservation! If you do, you’ll end up paying more just like you made a new reservation. My plane was a late night flight that was delayed 1 1/2 hrs so I modified my arrival time through their app to make sure I’d still have my car. It only cost me $100 to do that. But I didn’t find that out until I showed up to pick up my car. Even showing them my original rental confirmation didn’t change their mind. I was told it would be corrected by 5 different customer representatives on the phone but to no avail. I’ve spent thousands with them over the years but they are losing my business by saying they would correct the problem and then were unwilling to do so later.”
“I went to enterprise in garden city because they said they had vehicles available. When I arrived they said they had nothing until tomorrow and there was no way to get a car. I called the 1800 number because it was an insurance claim car a total loss…the lady on the phone says because of that they will find me a car and call me back. I did not get a call back so I called back and they said yes we have vehicles available you can pick it up at 3:00 so I proceeded back to enterprise and NO Vehicle. I was turned away AGAIN. So I give it about four days schedule another pick up this time different location and made sure that they had vehicles they said yes. So I get an Uber up there when I arrive they said there is a 400.00 deposit and they do not do insurance claims. So I said I will get it for one day the and they wanted to charge me 75.00 for a basic car and a 400.00 deposit. So with all that I said no and had to get another Uber. So in dealing with enterprise I am out already about 60.00 in Uber because this company can not get it together! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY WITH NOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!”
“I should've read the reviews before I came to this place and ended up stranded on the side of the road in front of a motel 6 as a 5’3 100 lb woman. I called the enterprise in Atlanta on courtland ave 4 different times asking if it was okay that I picked up the car with my paper temporary Maryland license because mine was stolen. They told me 4 different times that that was okay, seeing that I had booked my rental through my Maryland insurance. Today I go to pick up the car and they said they "can't help me." They said I have to pick up the car using a physical license which is funny because their corporate office said that out of state paper licenses are fine as long as you have another form of proof which I did, I had a passport and Georgia school ID.
I told the woman at the desk that I spoke with a man on the phone THIS morning and she told me that was impossible because no men work there but as I was sitting outside stranded a male manager came out to show another customer a car.
I spoke with customer service on the phone and they told me they were horrified about what I went through and would contact me the next day to bring me a car. It’s been a week and i’ve called them several times and they have been absolutely no help at all. I missed my family vacation because of this company and they’re not willing to offer a single compensation to try to make this right.
I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from the two woman at the desk, the male manager who I guess was hiding in the back throughout the entire situation or their customer service team.
This is a horrible company that doesn't have a single regard for the safety of their customers, left me stranded on the side of the road even though I brought with me all of the necessary paperwork I was told to bring. Karma is real though and they'll get theirs eventually.”
“Terrible Terrible service ignorant employees. No type of customer service skills. We live I. The same community as the North Lauderdale location. I'm sorry but they need to Shut IT down. 3 time we have attempted to rent a vehicle and was told yes the have a mid sized car to spend 1 hour each time to be told they only have a roller skate sized vehicle left. Please take care of this location asap! They are pulling our community down. Employees are very rude with no type of appreciation for people and no apologies for always making patrons unhappy”
