I wish I could give ZERO stars! I placed an order on Friday to be delivered on Sunday, and I even paid the extra for that Sunday delivery. It's now Tuesday and I've been told each day the flowers would be delivered the next day AND I cannot get ahold of anyone on their customer service phone number. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They promised my delivery for Saturday which they never did, they sent AN EMAIL on Saturday at 11:30am saying they can’t deliver that day they will deliver Monday or Tuesday. Not even a call we spent all day waiting for the flowers later on the day I saw the email. When i called rhey are still in hours of operation but is impossible to get in touch with them. No one to answer for an issue with a call but when you call to place a new order they have someone answering. They also said I have to wait until Monday because they don’t have anyone on Sunday and my delivery was supposed to be on Saturday. When I finally spoke to a supervisor name Lisa she offer me a few more flowers and a delivery for Tuesday or another day. Which I did not accept because my grandmother bday was Saturday not Tuesday. Her answer was: I’m sorry I don’t have a Time Machine. Save your money and your emotions because this people don’t care about you or your family member. They try to get the business and your lonely and never deliver what they promised.

Ordered flowers for same day they never came but said they were delivered when I called them it says they are closed on a Monday at 12pm I call the other number for placing a order and it works they say they will call back about a refund and never did do not order they are a scam

Don’t order here. They will send you something you didn’t order and not do anything to fix it. My nieces 16th birthday was on 8/16 so I ordered a bouquet of purple flowers (her favorite color) and they sent orange! Didn’t call, didn’t ask, and didn’t rectify the situation.

Warning -- they'll take your money and tell you your order is all set, then cancel it later in the day. I ordered two items for a dear friend whose husband died. My credit card was charged and the website said my orders were accepted for same-day delivery. Out I went for the day, glad my friend would be receiving flowers. I arrived home in the evening to find emails saying my orders were cancelled because they could not make delivery to my area. So why were my orders accepted in the first place? Infuriating. Will never use again.

The flowers were never delivered to the recipient. I called their customer service line and they were not helpful. They told me they would talk to the florist and they would call or email back. I still haven’t received a response or update on the order. I have called twice now and no one has helped me locate my order.

Never do I write bad reviews, but this one just called for it so others would not make the same mistake using this company. I ordered flowers and upgraded to Deluxe and requested early delivery. Didn't get confirmation of delivery so I called that afternoon. The young woman that answered could not find the order at all. Finally the person I sent the flowers to sent a picture of the received flowers. So sad looking and small. I pursued this and was told the correct "recipe" was used - so many roses and so many "filler" flowers. It was an embarrassment as I had placed the order on behalf of my boss as a favor. I requested that she be reimbursed at least half, but instead she was refunded a tiny percentage. I order flowers often, but will not make the mistake of using this company again.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery well ahead of the cutoff of 3pm. I got an email the next day saying the order could not be delivered and was being rescheduled for Saturday. It’s Sunday night and I got another email saying it’ll get delivered Monday. Their customer service line isn’t open on the weekends so you’re literally left in the dark hoping the order gets fulfilled. It’d also a company in the US organizing orders and in my case, with a Canadian florist, so I paid a premium as it was in US dollars. Literally never again!

I ordered flowers and balloons for my daughter’s birthday and paid extra for it to be delivered before 12:00 pm. At 3:01 pm, I received an email titled, “Flower Order Problem” and letting me know they did deliver my order. I didn’t see the email until 3:45, so called to discuss whether to cancel or have delivered tomorrow. Got a message that they were already closed. The next part of message states, they close at 4:00. Frustrating situation because it was too late to place a delivery order for her birthday. Sad and frustrated.

I have tried them twice, and they failed me both times. They delivered the flowers a day late, causing them to arrive after the events. They also missed putting the balloons in my order, despite charging me for them. Their customer service is poor, and it seems that it is just a call center in the Philippines answering calls on behalf of a variety of businesses. Avoid using them if you want to ensure that your event or surprise is not ruined.

Ordered flowers for our daughter’s birthday. Paid extra to have them delivered on a Saturday. They were not delivered. Called and they said they would reschedule them to be delivered on Monday. They were not delivered on Monday either. Their customer service number said they were closed every time I called even though it was during their regular business hours. I finally just started putting in extension numbers and got a human. After being on hold for 45 minutes they still couldn’t tell me why they hadn’t been delivered. Finally I just told them they sucked and to cancel my order.

I wish I could give a 0 review. How they have 5 star ratings on their website but on the company reviews it's only a 1 tells me they are corrupt. That is my experience. I ordered 6 days prior to a funeral. On the day of the funeral, when they should have been delivering the flowers, they called to say that another florist couldn't process my request and that they could change the arrangement I ordered and have it sent to the home. If I wanted another arrangement or it sent to the home, I would have ordered that. Abysmal customer service. I can't do anything else, because the funeral viewing is about to start (across the country). Unbelievably appalling! Complete customer indifference and not acceptable for any business!

The delivery was not what was ordered! For the price the item delivered to a grieving family was pitiful. There excuses were flimsy. Ask for refund offered 20 %, when told I expected 100% the offered 30%. Will never use again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Horrible service, they take your money and never deliver your product. That’s not even the worst part they will give you the run around for days and say customer service will reach out to you and they never do. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!

First, I never got a confirmation email for my order. Second, I submitted an email to the company regarding this, as the flower were for a funeral and I wanted to make sure that the order was received and would be processed. i never received an email back from them.. Lastly, I called their customer service number and got a message that the business was closed. This was during their business hours. There was also a message that if you got that "recording" during business hours to call back. I did call back and was on hold for an extended period, to the point I hung up. The only good thing was that the recipient did receive the flowers. I will never place an order with this company and I suggest you go elsewhere at well. You don't need the aggravation.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. Mid-afternoon the day it was supposed to be delivered, I got a phone call saying that they couldn't fulfill it and needed to outsource, but I needed to pay extra for it. DO NOT order from these crooks.

This is my second year shopping with this company and I never get what I order. Flowers were not full like in the demonstration picture and they never have the beautiful vases they promote on the page. But yet you pay a good amount of money and all they offer is a 15% refund. What a joke! Never again I'll shop with this company.

BUMMER-I ordered for a family member in a different state who just had surgery. I ONLY used them because of the "Same Day" shipping. They did NOT deliver. I called the following day and asked about my order and they could not locate it nor connect with the local florist they used. They cancelled my order over the phone after I had expressed my frustration on the delivery issue. They sent me a confirmation of cancellation via email. Three days later, I receive a call from the flowershopping and they told me they did deliver my order and I was responsible for paying for it still. (after I cancelled) The customer service told me if I wanted a refund I would have to arrange a pick up with some local florist. I live in a different state, across country and I cannot get my family member who had surgery to do it. I also found out they didn't deliver what I ordered in the first place. (missing balloon and the flowers did not match the picture) HUGE SCAM! DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME DID NOT DELIVER WHAT I ORDERED- AND THEY DELIVERED AFTER I HAD ALREADY CANCELLED THE ORDER and made a return impossible. They are terrible. Go with anybody else.

Placed an order for a funeral spray that cost over $200 and was assured that the flowers would be delivered to the church the morning of the service. Called back after placing the order to request a receipt and again was assured that the delivery would take place the morning of the funeral. Called back a third time because I did not receive the receipt and spoke to a Customer Service agent who told me the receipt would be emailed after the flowers were delivered and he also assured me that the flowers would be delivered the morning of the service. Instead, they were delivered the day BEFORE the service in 100 degree temperatures and the flowers were drooping and wilted the morning of the service. I paid for fresh flowers and received wilted. Moreover, I was not sent the receipt as promised. Take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
