Whomever Ms Neal is she has raggedy low life low class business. Refused to verify in a timely manner the flower delivery and refused to divulge the trifling company’s they work with. Never order from them.

They took advantage of a 97 year old gentleman and military vet who only wanted to purchase his wife flowers for Valentines Day. He ordered the premium arrangement and they sent the standard / as shown arrangement. I was guaranteed via two emails and via phone by Customer Service that his arrangement would consist of more flowers. Not only was that NOT the case, they sent different colors. When I complained, that evening (a few times), they went online and actually changed the color of the flowers from burgundy to orange and revised the description and blocked me from their site. Who does that? Talk about having too much time on their hands. Look at their review on the BBB website. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Order directly from a local, established florisist.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered flowers for Valentine's day weeks in advance and they simply emailed me the day AFTER to apologize for not being able to fill the order. The customer service is atrocious. STAY AWAY from this company if you actually need flowers for any occasion. I called 9 times Valentine's day to see when they were being delivered and they continued to say they would let me know. Please do yourself a favor and use a different company

My husband placed the order on February 8th and gave the specific instructions. They NEVER delivered the flowers at all. He is devastated and feels terrible. I feel even worse. How can you be SO irresponsible as to not deliver the flowers that have already been paid for? We demand a reimbursement for the total amount paid. We will NEVER EVER order flowers from you again and will make sure that we let our family and friends know how irresponsible you are.

Please read all the comments. We are all saying the same thing. Poor delivery: will not get there as promised. Poor product: My chosen arrangement arrived as two potted plants thrown in a basket. Poor response: they are barely available and are incredibly poor at communicating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want a nice arrangement delivered on time!

I am extremely disappointed with this company and my experience as a whole. I placed my order on February 6th and less than 3 hours later placed a request for the date to be changed to the next morning as the recipient would not be at work on the original date. Listed right above the form states "We will respond to your request within 24 hours (excluding Sunday) of receiving your message." I was NEVER contacted and when I tried to call BOTH numbers for customer service there was no customer service or voicemail even during "office hours" as I called over 20 times throughout multiple week and weekend days. THEN still after no response or help, I emailed customer support and was then told my request was approved until 1 pm when I was told it was actually not approved and the delivery was already done. If I had known I would not be able to contact anyone in a week about my request or that the online request form apparently goes to no one and the response time was not real I would have gone with another company. I doubt this will ever get seen if this company continues with its no human contact response history but if so please never expect my business or any referral you may have received from me to others, extremely disappointed my mother's birthday flowers will most likely die overnight because I went with the wrong company. Worst $75 ever spent.

My granddaughter 10 years old had a procedure today at the hospital. I called at 10:00 this morning paid extra to have it delivered today so it would be arriving by the time she got back from the hospital. They just notified me at 5:34 p.m. that they won't be able to deliver today she'll get it maybe tomorrow. If you want something for a loved one do not order from this place. Flowershopping.com I put one star only because I can't put zero.

honestly wish i could give zero stars. purchased rush delivery for before noon and was contacted around 4pm stating they were unable to deliver due to some error that could not be addressed until then and now all the drivers were gone for the day. why would this mistake happen if the flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon? wouldn’t the mistake or error be able to be corrected had i been contacted at that time instead of the end of the day of their business hours? i could care less about the 75$ refund of my money, the principle is that they ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mothers birthday who lives out of town. what a garbage company with no respect or appreciation for people who spend money. i should have known better than to support some company with the most minimal contact information. 10/10 do not recommend to anyone.

Ordered 2 different boutiques of flowers for the same person. 1 was delivered 2 days after it was supposed to be. 1 never was delivered. Called customer services 3 times and no one will give an answer as to why it has not been delivered. Just get that someone will call back. 3 days later still waiting for a call. WORST customer care EVER. Won’t refund my money either.

Substituted a barbecue grill container for a It’s A Boy wagon container. Said all I was entitled to was a 10% credit. And the customer service rep told me it was my fault as I didn’t specify no substitution. Horrible company to deal with!!

Ordered flowers from here for my friend after she had her new baby. They were supposed to be delivered to the hospital the next day. The next day I get a call that they couldn’t be delivered because the duck vase was missing a pink hat, but they could still send it with a white hat. Sure not a big deal. Claimed they could absolutely get it to her before she was discharged from the hospital the next day. My friend is discharged the next afternoon and I haven’t heard anything. So I call her the next day (it’s now been 4 days since the initial order) and she never got them. I called the company directly and they said it had been delayed again, but wouldn’t say why this time. Clearly never intending to let me know apparently! Now I give them her home address since she has left the hospital and they offer an upgrade which I accept. An hour later I get a call saying that they no longer have the duck, but they can do an elephant. However, they claim that the elephant would be an additional $40 charge. Excuse me?! Why do I have to pay extra for all of your mistakes, couldn’t that be the upgrade. No, I’m told only a manager could make that call. So I ask to speak to a manager. Of course there isn’t one there today, how convenient! My only other option was to cancel my order so I did. This whole process was stressful and unprofessional. I’m hoping I get my money back, but have a feeling the whole thing was a scam and they are an awful and horrible company. Save your money and stress by looking else where!!!

I was very disappointed in this company. My first time ordering. I had ordered a fruit basket with chocolates, I didn't receive acknowledgement from the recipient and therefore I reached out and was told that the order was not received. I sent an email to confirm delivery, but didn't receive an answer. I called the company and was told that the order was automatically deleted, as there was not a delivery company in my area, well it would have been nice, if someone had sent me an email to notify me of the no delivery status. Thankfully my credit card wasn't charged.

My actual choice would be zero stars. This company is making a fortune by scamming people. They lie or they ignore you. I ordered an arrangement for my mother in law for Christmas. The picture was beautiful. I paid $61 for it. I got an email that they were delivered. That was a lie as they were both delivered. Then I was told they will redeliver them. Well what they delivered was a rose and baby's breath in a mason jar. I could have done better at walmart. To make it worse after fighting to get a refund they finally gave me $11.00. They claim they can only give 30% refund. I know math is different these days but I'm pretty sure that amount is incorrect. This company is a scam. Avoid them.

I should have checked the REVIEWS prior to ordering from this company. The flowers did arrive, however, they did not put the Mylar balloon on it. These were for our granddaughter who had just come home from the hospital. (and she OF COURSE loves balloons....) I contacted Customer Service, and they CONFIRMED I had ordered and paid for the balloon, so I responded .... "well, what happened to the balloon"??? Really disappointed.

I got an email confirming the flowers I ordered had been delivered. Three days later I learned they had never arrived. When I called yesterday I was promised that an arrangement from a different florist would be delivered today or tomorrow. Instead I got an email saying that they can’t make a delivery and I’ll get a refund. Complete incompetence!

Terrible company! I ordered flowers to be delivered for the holidays. They took my order, took my money and then later canceled saying due to high volume they had to cancel my order! Yet they are still taking more orders in their website! I didn’t see they canceled my order until now because I was busy with Christmas. I assumed my family received their flowers and I was surprised they didn’t mention it so I checked my order and found this cancelation. Now my in laws probably think I forgot them. I’m so disappointed! Don’t take orders or my money if you can’t deliver! And don’t keep taking orders from other people when you are canceling others!
