Easily the worst flower shopping experience I've ever had. Did not receive flowers and still haven't received a refund.

One of those cases where negative stars would come in handy. I must admit, I have fallen for this before, as they dominate search. Fourth order that was not delivered. I only discovered it when I went looking for my most recent order's confirmation in my email. These were for a funeral, so the family never heard from us. Never again.

The order placed was very specific - purple tulips as they are the favorite color and flower of the person they were intended for. The flowers received were pink roses, wilting. A purple balloon, which was an extra charge, was also not delivered.

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement from this company to be delivered to a friend in New York. Initially, I received an email stating that the flowers were delivered or would be soon — but then, there was no follow-up. Days passed, and when I checked with my friend, he confirmed that he had not received them. I contacted customer service, and they offered to attempt a second delivery. I agreed and provided my friend's apartment number and phone number to ensure he could be contacted directly upon delivery. This morning, I received an email with photos showing the flowers had been left outside the building — not at his door as expected. I shared the photos with my friend, and he went to check, but the flowers were gone. It's no surprise, as leaving them outside a building makes them accessible to anyone passing by. I'm extremely disappointed with this company's delivery service. For an expensive arrangement, I expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism. I have since requested a refund and hope they do the right thing by honoring it.

We ordered flowers very early this morning to surprise my daughter for her birthday since she lives out of town. We were wondering why later that day we never heard from her, then got an email at 3pm stating the delivery was cancelled even though you already took the money from our account! When my husband called to find out why, he was told that “apparently we no longer deliver to Canal Winchester.” So now her birthday is half over and it’s too late to schedule another delivery for today. Why do you advertise that you deliver somewhere that you don’t? And why wouldn’t you CALL someone to update?!?! I guess because we didn’t spend thousands$$ on a wedding, so our daughter didn’t matter to you. SMH

Paid for expedited delivery, arrived 4 hours late and was delivered to the wrong area of the facility. The arrangement received only matched the picture online in color and looked very subpar to the representative photo online. Customer service felt like it was a fair representation and only offered a partial refund. The worst quality arrangement I’ve ever had delivered.

I order flowers for my uncle's funeral (died Monday/family greetings Wednesday) that we are unable to attend. So we wanted a nice arrangement and note for the next day from our family. Got it completed on site for next day and paid. The next morning got a call that they are unable to deliver to this city. Well if you can't deliver to a city don't allow your site to process an order for that said city. Very disappointing and stressful to an already super stressful time! Canceling this company from any further orders!

They charged my card and then told me they didn’t. They said they couldn’t fulfill my order but still charged me. Pitiful company. Rip offs

Sent an email Day after funeral to tell me they we’re unable to deliver the flowers that were ordered then had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed day. I wouldn’t recommend them and would give zero stars if possible.

I ordered on single orchid for SAME DAY delivery. Not only it was not delivered on the same day, but it was delivered at the end of the following day (to a business address), when every one was gone except the security guards). The person received it two days later than the occassion. I called them frentically many times, but their phone number would not take calls either. Sent them 11 emails, but uselessly. At the end of the second day, I wrote them an email asking them to CANCEL the order altogether, but to no use. I paid $130 for this, and NO REFUNDS forthcoming. Do NOT USE THIS FLOWER COMPANY, if you do not want to end up in a mess like this. Call another place and use theirs

Fraud - I ordered an arrangement and candy. They never sent the candy, and left the “arrangement” on top of a car late at night, hours late. And the product is really bad. So disappointed people do this. One picture is the product picture on their site, and the other is what they delivered. They won’t answer their phone line or emails either. Please don’t order here!!!!!!

I ordered the Zen Lily arrangement (Deluxe) as I wanted my family to have a fall centerpiece for Thanksgiving. Instead, they received the white bouquet which resembled a funeral spray. It doesn't look anything like the Zen Lily - not one orange-colored flower! Additionally, the flowers sent began browning the next day. When I provided FlowerShopping.com with the photos, the response was the white arrangement was within the parameters of their contract with the local florist. They did offer a 25% refund because of the browning of the flowers which I have yet to receive. I would not order through this company - I don't care if they claim the fine print indicates they can substitute any flower they want - it should at least be within the color ordered and similar seasonal style. Like other unhappy customers have indicated, I wish I had read these reviews first. I have found a local florist in the area with real 4+ star ratings and will use them next time. Bummed, I didn't do that this time!

I recently ordered flowers through this company for my mother’s birthday. While I was initially patient and understanding of the possible delay due to an order placed for the next day, it quickly became obvious that my order would not be delivered on the day promised. After sending an email questioning the status of my order, I received a phone call by a representative of the company who offered me an $11 refund on my $67 order. When I refused an $11 refund, the representative said they could not help me and I said that was fine, but I would be calling or emailing higher up to resolve this situation. Later that evening, I received an email that my order had been delivered. This was at 8:45pm, which is not during normal business hours, and did not make any sense. I feel that the only reason my flowers were delivered was because I refused a partial refund, and threatened to take the situation higher up. The flowers delivered were subpar and did not match the pictures on the website. The vase was not the same as advertised either. Less than a week later, the flowers were wilting and dying, and they were not fresh upon delivery, nor were they carefully arranged, just loosely held together with a rubber band. Disappointed is an understatement. I am frustrated that a company who claims to service people who are trying to give gifts to loved ones at special times, is taking advantage of their customers.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I beg you, if you were smart enough to look at the reviews for this website please do not waste your money ordering from this place!!!! It is an absolute scam. I ordered a $120 flower bouquet for my boss that got diagnosed with cancer and she received a bouquet that I could've bought for $20 dollars (more than the refund they gave me). The original bouquet had at least four species of beautiful flowers, and my boss just got a dozen roses. The bouquet wasn't ugly but NOT what I ordered and I ordered the deluxe. I was outraged!! The customer service was terrible. Lisa or Lydia if you see this, you're terrible. I thought she was a bot with how terrible she was. SO unhelpful, NEVER NEVER Order from here. Please they suck. I put pictures.

3 days after my supposedly delivery I called and was told they had no flora shops in that area that served them. They did however post the cost on my credit card. They did NOT inform me of this at anytime. Meanwhile I was under the impression my flowers were delivered to my friend. Now she thinks I don’t give a d about her suffering. All I got was an “ I’m sorry” from the customer service. Like that helped.

I paid extra 30 dollars for same day delivery and the bouquet was delivered at 8 o'clock at night. Day was pretty much over. The bouquet was nothing like the picture and the person who delivered the bouquet was intoxicated. I called customer service in hopes to get some of my money back. I got nothing but excuses. Disappointed to say the least. First time and unfortunately the last time ordering from them.

I wish I read these reviews. Ordered a sympathy bouquet 11/16 for same day shipping. Got an email saying it couldn’t be shipped so delayed till Monday. Got an email 11/19 that it was delivered; checked in with the recipient and was not delivered. Called the company, was assured it will be delivered the next day (11/20). Called and said it’ll be delivered the day after (11/21). Received email saying there were modifications and would be delivered that day. No word. I call again 11/22 and talk with an argumentative rep. Finally they agree to give me an actual update when there is a delivery. It would’ve been faster if I had just bought a bouquet when I got off work!
