Ordered trainers, didn't get a call, even went into store, sales assistant was too busy gossiping to even take my name to check status of order. Emailed customer service, even worse service. Finally pick up trainers in wolverhampton to receive even more crap service. Avoid at all cost. GO Jd Sports.

Awful! I approached a staff member and asked her to get me a pair of shoes to try on and she took the shoe and completely forgot about it, I had to wait 20 minutes and after waiting I ended up lining in the till que to ask where my shoes were because every staff member was busy. I seen another staff member bring out the pair of shoes I asked for and after calling her several times she still walked off! I had to walk after her to the other side of the store to then see that the same pair had been given to another customer. I asked her where my pair was and she said she'll get it right away, after waiting nearly 40 minutes this time I asked another team member twice for my pair of shoes and the recent female staff walked past and said "have you got your shoes yet?" I said no and she got back on the case. Waiting another 10 minutes I had the pair of shoes I wanted but this time the size was wrong and they had to go looking for the right size around the back of the store, waiting yet again the male staff towards me and said they only have one pair and it was one size bigger than the size I wanted. After waiting longer than a hour, looking stupid infront of other customers walking past me. I have always loved this company because I have always shopped online and this was the first time I've been to a footasylum store and it was honestly the worst shopping experience of my life! Customer and meant to be comforted and cared for not humiliated and have their time wasted! I understood that they were busy but I seen customers walk and 2 minutes later go out with their products just don't understand what was wrong with this situation to have caused this tragedy. This specific store is located in Lonfont Westfield Shopping Center, would recommend others to not visit this store because the employees there are bringing footasylum reputation down and I 100% agree there is others that have been through the same situation.

They are the worst! I ordered something 3 weeks prior and my package hadn't moved from their DPD shipping for over 2 weeks and they never even noticed. They said there was an error on the parcel info yet they never would have known Or done anything had I not emailed them. Shop at your own risk

Customer service is a joke! Tried to exchange a pair of trainers for a different size and it took 6 weeks and 5 phone calls before they actually sent me the new pair!

In the past 3 orders I've made with foot asylum, you can guarantee the next-day delivery you pay for is a waist of time.. And now they've lost one of my parcels and have to wait 5 days for them to do anything. Pathetic!

I live in the US & the shoe I have been looking for is totally sold out so I took a chance by ordering online w/ this UK website. I checked this place's reviews on 4 websites & after seeing almost all bad reviews I was very skeptic & almost didn't give it a chance. but there were a few good reviews so I took a chance & I am very happy with the outcome. i ordered my shoes & immediately received a confirmation email. the next day I received a tracking number & an estimated delivery date. the package came 2 days early to my surprise & I got the exact shoes I wanted, authentic & new. I will say there are slight marks & scratches in about two spots. maybe from the transportation, they send the shoe box in plastic package wrapping so the shoes could have gotten a little banged up on the trip. my only other complaint is I wasn't aware a UK 8 is a US 10.5 instead of a 10, the conversion chart they had on the website was off so the shoes are a half size too big but other than that, I am so satisfied. give the site a chance. everyone is more willing to write bad reviews than good.

Will never use footasaylum again!! I ordered a pair of shorts with next day delivery. It's 3 1/2 weeks later and I still haven't received them. At first it was problems with the courier but for the last week I've had very little response from them. They offered me a refund which I accepted only they haven't given me the refund and just reply to emails saying "management are dealing with the problem" a very very unprofessional company

I made my purchase last week. after ordering, received an email saying that they will email me once the order cfm. i happened to read the bad reviews after that. reviews such as they do not refund the money even their purchase was out of stocks, or they purchase was sent to the wrong address n they refuse to refund and reply emails and etc. this made me worry at that time. the next day, i didnt get any email from them. i start to worry and email them asking about my purchase. fortunately, they reply within 24hours saying it is confirmed and my item were dispatched out for delivery. i live in Singapore. it took around 1 week to reach my house. Although the box was kind of damaged, the shoe condition was still very good. Overall, iam happy with their service and purchase. :)

I ordered my son some trainers on Saturday evening and today which is Monday they have arrived. I'm so pleased with the service. My advise is to not be put off with the negative reviews and just take a chance. When it pays off its so worth it.

Recently placed an order online and paid £5.95 for next day delivery. On the expected delivery date there was no delivery made. I immediately contacted FootAsylum and was asked my order number, which I gave, then I was asked my surname. I was then informed that 'someone must have ordered the exact same product at the exact same time and your refund will be with you soon as it's already been processed' I am very disappointed and angered at the company as not once have I been contacted to be made aware of the situation. I will not be using this store again, disgusting service.

I read most of the reviews after I ordered them most if not all the reviews were negative it got me worried straight away but I phoned a couple of days into the order the lady I spoke to on customer service was very pleasent and helpful she told me they been sent the trainers I ordered arrived at 1500 hours the day I phoned I ordered them monday recieved them wednesday id definately use them again only one thing though that might catch you out is I never recieved a message letting me know when they'd be arriving but everything else hunky doory

Terrible customer service order an item before Xmas still fighting for refund sent item back for refund by courier that deliverd it .was told they didn't use this for returns why did she accept it then .footasylum said they didn't receive returned item said nothing they could do made to feel like I was lying about returning item never spoke twice to same person by email different pets on each time terrible customer service stay clear of this diabolical company

Terrible customer service returned shoes received nothing returned via hermes which apparently is not a service they provide so why didn't the courier tell me that no help from customer services .emails were answers by different person each time .was treated as if I was lying about return diabolical customer service avoid this company they have no customer service and don't value customers .Do not order from them

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS !!!! I have been waiting over 3 months for an exchange/ refund on a pair of faulty trainers that arrived at my house. I was instructed to return these to my local store where they would be sent back and processed for exchange or refund once reaching the depot. I was given a piece of ripped off till receipt with a hand written awknowledgement that they had taken my shoes... After atleast 10 emails they managed to track the where abouts of my trainers- still sat in the back room of the shop i had returned them to?! The store denying giving me the hand written note so i sent a copy of this in yet another email. I have been told i will receive a full refund and have been offered a shambolic 20% off of my next purchase whoch clearly will never be happening again. On top of that i am still waiting for MY money to be returned to my bank account. Shocking customer services!! Avoid this company like the plague no value for its customers what so ever.

The delivery is very quick even my destination is outside UK, however, they delivered the wrong product to me. As I ordered a female stan smith original trainer which I finally received the male stan smith instead. Its very disappointed among all of my online shopping experience. Will never shop from this shop again and not recommending others to shop here
