This company is absolutely shocking. I ordered decking wood over a month ago. First they delivered unsa wood which had paint splashed in it, cracks, holes & some wood was different widths from 1 end to the other. When I reported the faulty online, nobody replies, when you phone the right department or person is never available. Finally 2 weeks later they offer to replace wood the delivery van arrives but with no wood & no space to take the faulty wood back. Again to takes days to speak to the right person. Replacement wood arrives 4 weeks after oringal delivery date, again at least a quarter of the wood was faulty. After again days of contacting they promised to deliver wood within a couple of days bit on delivery day no wood! Just an email to rearrange delivery date. 5& a half weeks later I am still waiting for replacement wood. Their customer services are shocking & they have no quality control. Poor product & terrible service!

Rubbish and lies shocking quality please don’t have anything to do with this firm my walls were the wrong size on my canton log cabin so ordered right ones still waiting two weeks later told they were on their way 3times today now told it will be tomorrow so wish we hadn’t used these aresholes

Please do not bother ordering from this company! They are in Rogue Traders territory with this shoddy excuse of a business. If you have an open order awaiting delivery, cancel it and get a refund. I ordered a shed back in May 2019 and it took nearly 6 weeks before I heard anything. By that point I had seen the 1-star reviews here and immediately started the refund process. Customer service is outsourced abroad, difficult to get hold of and takes ~24 hours for a reply. Ended up getting a refund eventually (approx 1 week to process) and used a reputable local company instead. A tad more expensive, but wonderful service and decent quality sheds. Have you cancelled yet? Do it.

I ordered a Lollipop Junior Playhouse, and firstly the item arrived without the fence I'd ordered, and then without instructions (these were eventually replaced). On first viewing, the panels looked a little 'scuffed' and splintered, but I didn't expect perfection from such an item, so I proceeded to put the item together. On assembly, I noticed further splintering of the wood, pieces that didn't quite fit together and required further 'work', and lots of panels that had holes in them, so when you put the item together, you could see the outside in a number of places. Some of the splinters and scuffs were so severe, the item required a lot of sanding and filling in order to make it safe for my 3 year old to use. BillyOh were not interested in offering a discount for the quality items that I provided photo evidence for, and didn't even replace the items I requested replacement of that were damaged. Their email and telephone comms were basic from an overseas centre, and the product was shoddy, hence the 1*

Very poor quality shed. Timber thin and knotty. All sizes very random! Had to insert timber spacers on 2 corners as the floor was too big for the walls. Flimsy door frame and end walls. Paid extra for more roof trusses but they are attached by a tiny overlap with a shore screw into end grain and would blow off in the first strong wind! £2000 wasted. Had to spend more on decent timber to tie it all together and strengthen it but the walls still feel like paper! Cheap plastic window with bent sills blew out day 1 in a light breeze. Very disappointed and feel misled and ripped off:(

Shocking service. Missed delivery dates, no excuse, parts out of stock without any prior notification (wonder what they expect us to do with a shed without a roof...) Could not be worse if they tried

The worst customer service I have ever experienced: If I had the option of giving 0 stars I would. This was without doubt the worst customer service experience I have experienced. The shed was delayed and took 6 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, the wrong parts were delivered and the timber was exceptionally poor. The pressure treatment was very shoddy. Having requested a refund it took a further 3 weeks for the shed to be collected. The delivery driver was rude and unprofessional, and my wife felt physically threatened by his behaviour. My online account never worked and I would always get emails from the company at 8pm, just as their call centre closed. Within the same time as it took GardenBuildingsDirect to sort out collecting my faulty shed, I was able to source a cheaper, better quality shed from Empire Sheds, who I would thoroughly recommend.

Dreadful company - Stay well clear. Ordered a BillyO Tiana. Said 4 weeks delivery. 10 weeks later it's still not here. They called this morning to say it was being delivered on Monday and then called this afternoon to say that they had no clue when it was being delivered. You get no sense out of their "call centre" They cannot or won't answer any questions and refuse to let you speak to a manager. After numerous communications this is one of the worst companies I had have the misfortune to deal with.

My review copied from Trustpilot. Ordered a Tianna from BillyOh over 5 weeks ago now and still waiting for manufacturing to be completed. Have contacted customer services several times and have received generic responses that they are waiting for parts and will expedite but still no date. Would definitely avoid based on this initial experience but will update if/when the item is recieved. Update: I have received a delivery date for July, 9 weeks after initial order. Will update once received. Update: Further delays at the last minute, customer service do not care, still waiting for delivery.

My son makes mobile homes for a living and he struggled because of poor instructions and poor quality products. I had to hire a carpenter to finish the job. Refused to collect when I wanted a refund, saying I would have to pay them £380 to collect it. Absolute joke, worse company I have ever dealt with., they will make up lies with their reply as well as they have done on other reviews I have left, Please avoid !!!!!

In common with other reviewers awarding 1 star - their customer service is non-existent. Their complaints link takes you to your account log in page i.e. you cannot leave a complaint. Email addresses on their web pages bounce back and telephone support (hah!) tells you to use the website. If yo do go through to sales in order to speak to someone, they apologise profusely but do nothing. I had a delivery booked for late June, a week prior to the date I get a text to say 'it was being delivered today', I have to take un-planned time off work. When it arrived, the driver declared that a couple of panels were missing - no parts list so I couldn't check anything. A few days later another text saying the missing parts were 'being delivered today'. Again, more time off work and guess what, not all the missing panels turned up. Speak to the non-help desk, apologies etc and I get a parts list emailed. Turns out there are more items missing. They promise to get them to me on Friday, some of them tun up on Monday, again just a text that morning, the others are due next week. No idea how well its going to go together, if they have to keep paying for these deliveries they must be cutting corners with quality otherwise they'd soon be out of business. I have emailed Kybotech (the parent company) a few times asking that they contact me to discuss - nothing back. All I can say at this point in time is avoid like the plague.

Ordered a log cabin and waited ages for the cabin to be ready. Delivery of order and communication was great however we immediately noticed whilst the delivery driver was present one of the door frames was missing, an integral part of The Cabin! Further review of goods we reported a damaged barge board and decorative diamonds were also missing. Reported straight away. Online account which I kept being directed to shows nothing in respect of updates concerning the status of any replacement and missing parts, therefore of no use at all. I have telephoned more times than I can remember in an attempt to receive a definite answer as to how long our parts will take to be delivered, each time I receive an apology, wears thing when you’re not getting any answers. In addition I have emailed and received different answers but none of which I have asked the original question to. As we originally ordered the cabin to be treated I understand it takes longer but I find it impossible to understand how no one within the business can tell you how long this process takes. I was originally promised 3-5 days which I was clearly mislead. (We are now 2 weeks in since we reported this) It’s extremely frustrating and I’m at the end of my tether. I have requested them to collect the cabin and a refund. I wish I never placed the order! Beware people.

Placed an order 20 days ago, delivery twice rescheduled, still no delivery and informed one item not even manufactured yet. Customer service if you can speak to them is terrible, they have very to no knowledge of the company, and impossible to speak to anyone further up the foodchain. Dreading the quality of the items once they arrive after reading this site. Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality. Sections did not fit well hence many gaps and knots in wood missing. Some blocks were also missing to fit flooring.

Do not buy from this company. Staff know nothing, when you can actually get through to them. Was promised 4 weeks, after 11 weeks Billy Oh shed was delivered - but without a roof. Week 13, and I'm still waiting.......

Terrible experience. Company did nothing unless I was badgering them on the phone. Was initially quoted 4 weeks lead time- this is week 11 and I still haven't received a complete product. In this time three delivery dates were "confirmed" with me. I took annual leave to receive the good. 2 of the deliveries were cancelled the day before- 1 without any notice at all! No compensation offered for the holiday I had to take. On the third delivery attempt, the kit was incomplete and a number of key parts were broken. Still awaiting replacements- no date offered. They are an incompetent bunch teamed with a useless and ineffective customer service topped off with a sub-standard product...avoid!

would love to give them 0 stars but you can't so. Was messed around with my order from day one, I was allowed to change the delivery dates per item so I asked for 3 of the items to be delivered on one date and the third was in production so that was arranged for the following week. I had no updates throughout the order I had to phone to see if it was all on track and was told yes. The day of the delivery for the three items came I had not received any delivery tracking so, I called to be told that the items were not going to be delivered as my whole order has to be delivered together. Communication is so poor and you cannot speak to anyone at head office. My order came which was great until I realised one of the items was broken. I logged this online and was finally after three times being asked how many items were broken and three times of telling them, told that I would receive my replacement item and that I would receive an email when it was being dispatched. Four days on and no update so I emailed and was told 2-3 days their third party courier take?? No actual date for delivery so, I called AGAIN to be told that we updated you today sir. Which was great but they updated me only because I asked and wasn't actually given a delivery date! What kind of company is this honestly, I've never experienced such bad customer service. I was also told twice that a 'supervisor' would call me back to discuss and they never did. I even asked for some compensation for taking a day off of work and for being messed around and was told 'we don't do that'. Avoid at all costs!

Feel like I've had a narrow escape as I didn't buy from this shower! I wanted to order 2 metal deck boxes but they were showing different "free" delivery times so I called up to see why they were not coming together. I got a reply in the UK. One is oversized for courier so comes on our own transport was the answer so I went ahead and put them in the basket, got to the checkout and they had added a whopping £50 delivery charge for the larger one! I tried to call back and this time got the Philippines and the agent didn't understand what I was saying. I said "It's added a delivery charge", they heard "it's declined your card"! So I kept calling to try to lock into the UK call center and one foreign agent even told me there wasn't one - LIES! I eventually got a northern accent again and they said I was out of the zone 1 for free delivery but as a special favour they would do it for £25. No thanks! I asked why the first person I spoke to had not advised of this as he had the map in front of him and had asked for my postcode and he didn't know. I am not even close to being a "remote postcode" and every other courier and delivery company in the land has managed it either free or for a reasonable charge. I put a comment on their Facebook page and they deleted it but having found them on a genuine review site I think this gives the true picture of a company that should be avoided at all costs. If they have what you are looking for I can highly recommend Garden Oasis and they have excellent customer service.
