Scammers! I had 2 ticket for Louvre museum, we were 7 minutes later than on the meeting point. There was no body there. We contacted them to give us a self guide ticket since we found out we have a useless voucher. They refused to give us the ticket and we had to buy two extra tickets from the museum which was cheaper than the voucher we had. It’s an unreliable company who don’t care about your experience and is after your money without a serivce.

AVOID GET YOUR GUIDE. WE WERE LATE 15 MINUTES FOR A GUIDED TOUR IN LONDON. CALLED AND EMAILED THAT WE ARE ON THE WAY AND IF THERE IS A POSSIBILTY FOR THE DRIVER TO WAIT. NO ONE REPLIED. WE ARRIVED THERE AND OBVIOUSLY THE BUS AND GUIDE WERE GONE WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. CALLED CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE SITUATION AND RECEIVED A PLAIN ANSWER THAT IS THIS SITUATION THE POLICY SAYS NO TO A REFUND. END OF STORY WE HAVE LOST £180 AND OBVIOUSLY WE DID NOT HAD A SECOND CHANCE TO VISIT AS WERE ON HOLIDAY. AVOID AVOID AVOID 0 UNDERSTANDING FOR A SITUATION THAT COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE!!!!

During a 1 and 1/2 hour bus ride from Geneva Switzerland to chamonix France, the guide asked all patrons on the bus if we wanted to purchase cable car and train tickets in chamonix France. I selected only to purchase the train tickets which were $10 a piece but I was charged for the cable car as well which was an additional $97 per person * 3. When I brought this to their attention, they absolutely, flat out refused to provide a refund even though I was able to provide them with the specific tickets we were given which displayed a ticket number which could have been used to show that it was not used for the cable car. They were unreasonable and not flexible at all. Will never use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Was not the service advertised!!!! Me and my fiancée booked to go on a tour with transportation to auschwitz birkenau from krakow, however when the transport arrived we were told this was the only service provided and a tour and tickets for entry were not included. The company advertised it as transportation and tour lasting 7 hours, clearly stating the only thing not included was food and drink. The confirmation email we received from them also told us it was transportation and tour lasting around 7 hours, going into detail of what we should expect on the tour, including break times, what footwear to bring, as well as bringing our passport ID etc. Upon being informed a tour was not included by the driver, we showed him our confirmation email and he agreed a tour was included, he called get your guide to inform them of their mistake, they denied a tour was included. We then spoke to get your guide on the phone and said we obviously wanted to cancel, as it was not the service advertised, the company said this was not possible. After several emails including sending them their original advert and confirmation email we received, Get your guide has so far refused to provide us with a full refund of the €172.86 we paid. They have basically ignored our emails. Our main intention of visiting krakow was to visit Auschwitz concentration camp, unfortunately because of Get your guides false advertisement we did not get to visit it. We are now having to go through paypal dispute/claim and are considering legal action, contracting the polish tourism board and going to the uk ombudsman to get our €172.86 fully refunded.

As a supplier advertising our chocolate workshops on their application, I must say that it is really the worst company we ever had to deal with. Not only they take 30% of all our earnings but they manage their suppliers in a terrible way. They don't care about anything, they reply very badly to the suppliers. I can imagine easily how they treat the clients on the other side.

My booking number : Booking - S44382 - GYG48Z4GBQWN Worst worst worst . GetYourGuide never trust them or book anything form this site . I booked Kl tower (kulalumpur) from this website for our family( 2 yrs old kid. 8 yrs old kid and my wife ) they send the confirmation with some agent name and even I contacted them for confirmation n they confirmed. When I arrived at the destination Kl tower they say the ticket is cancelled. GetYourGuide do not have the ethics to inform the customer about the cancellation and they have just cancelled without any reasons. When I contacted the agent she was clueless and says I don’t know. Ridiculous and GetYourGuide booking will make your trip unpleasant. I DONT RECOMMEND this useless site

Get Your Guide is a company where they deliver responsibility to the others or try not to answer or give explanations when your money disappears. I am a Supplier Partner and because of they having some internal bugs on website, that made me get bookings on days I had declared as unavailable. Then once customers cancelled their bookings for days that shouldn’t have to be there, they STOLE the money from us, declining their responsibility even though the website issue was theirs. Maybe once a serious company, now their business model is theft.

GetYourGuide sind Betrüger! GetYourGuide auf keinen Fall vertrauen! Heute hatte ich in Vatikan Museum beim Einlass Probleme, ich habe mit Tickets zusammen auch die Audioguides mitgebucht und bezahlt, aber die Leistung habe ich nicht bekommen. Der GetYourGuide Kundenservice streitet alles ab und möchte kein Geld zurück erstatten. Ich frage wieso haben sie Zugang zu so vielen Events? Wieso erlaubt Google Play die GetYourGuide App runterladen? Wieso können diese Betrüger so vieles anstellen ohne in Rechenschaft gezogen zu werden???

Just got to say what a shambles this company is my child fell sick on Monday and was unable to use my tickets for the trip remember I never used them and have not been scanned or taking off me my dob feel ill and I called 111 because taught it was covid so was told ON PHONE to give him paracetamol and keep him cool , so I missed my slot on Monday I asked for a refund or new slot and was told I needed a stamped letter from a doctor to show this shambles of a company to Clame my refund when remember I called 111 and when challenged said was to late because u need to cancel 24 hours before but I did not know my son would fall ill on Monday morning when woken but this company have treated us like criminals and simply don't care about customer my child is my priority and seams money is theirs my tickets not been used or scanned so can't see a problem but thsy just fobed me off saying a letter STAMPED from a doctor is required after I saying tickets were not used its a disgusting was to b treated and hope this company lots of bad luck disgusting reply I will post the email and and not happy I am a single dad trying my hardest and to have this lot fob me off is hurting me my kids are my world and thay just stolen fro. Me I am very disappointed and hurt

So many wrongs with this company. Do not expect to get a refund. Even if you don't get what you paid for. Money down the drain. Google should really downgrade that app as it is constantly and consistently letting their customers down.

Advertised a guided trip to Hatta Mountains, Dubai. The guide did not know English, was uncertain about how to get to Hatta and almost hit several cars before hard braking. We were too uncomfortable so called the trip off after half an hour. We asked GetYourGuide for a refund, they wouldn't and advised the agent to alter their advert to include "no guide". Do not use this company they are a rip off. There a far better alternatives out there.

I was emailed a meeting place for my cruise. We arrived and it looked suspicious. I called the toll free number and they gave me another location. We had to run thru the streets of Seville Spain to get there but arrived in time. No one ever showed up at this location to guide us to the appropriate boat, there were several in the area. They refused to refund me because they said the boat was there SOMEWHERE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE IDIOTS.

There directions are terrible, I called them and when they spoke in Italian I asked if they had anyone who spoke in English and they hung up. Never picked up again. Second event, even worse. Ended up just buying tickets at the event and losing the funds as there was no one there at the meeting place and could not get help on the line. The venues all said to me ohhh THAT company, they are terrible. I do not recommend them at all. One of them did actually work however we still waited in line for a long time and paid over twice as the line next to us moving at the same rate. Do not mess up your vacation, go elsewhere. Buy directly from venue if possible.

We were clearly advised on the website a price in Aud but were then charged the same figure in euro. Very disappointing & would advise all customers to monitor very closely. I will not use them again as they were not at all understanding of our situation & provided absolutely no compensation of any amount

I purchased 2 Amsterdam travel passes through getyourguide for $175 au, not realising they were a reseller for GVB. When I attempted to exchange my prepurchase for the actual travel card through GVB in Amsterdam it was rejected due to a technicality. So I had to purchase two more travel passes directly at the GVB counter. Despite offering a money back guarantee for 180 days they would not reimburse me for my purchase. Essentially they took my money and gave me nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE The London based Churchill Warroom museum experience is wonderful but PLEASE NOTE…..only book your tickets directly from the museum website and NOT thru a third party guide service….especially the GetYourGuide organization! We did and we are hurting for it!! Above and beyond being overly rigid there’s absolutely no value added as the museum visit is a self guided tour with audio and does NOT need a guide. Th GetYourGuide is only a rigid money-grab option for the unwary. Our London Underground train had issues and delayed our arrival at the prescribed meeting point by 5 minutes. I used the mandatory GetYourGuide app to communicate in advance that we would be delayed by 5 minutes (email and chat service) in order to provide confirmation that we were on our way and definitely going to arrive. The email response I received immediately indicated that ‘high volumes’ would cause up to a 48 hr delay in responding. Then I used the online automated chat service which was obviously not a real person….by the time I got through to a real attendant it was after the meeting time and here’s where it gets even more awful. GetYourGuide has a policy that if you are late you may miss your scheduled visit slot….and you have to rebook another time. Despite making concerted efforts to communicate in advance….the attendant was : A). Unwilling to contact the guide to coordinate a new meeting place (or couldn’t because it’s a outsourced support service) B) unwilling to rebook our visit C) unwilling to provide a refund…..and was rigid/inflexible in enforcing a policy that could easily have been managed more flexibly Simply put….GetYourGuide offers a needless and expensive service that amounts to a money grab. They outsource to independent guides and support services that leave the customer without any direct means of recourse or opportunity to find workable solutions. In the end we went directly to the museum, stood in line and bought duplicate tickets for 1/3 of the price we had paid to GetYourGuide Great museum tour but terrible experience with GetYourGuide. We learned a lesson with this one!!
