I love Gigi Pip hats, I have 4 of them. However the customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody returns emails, and the chat bot is worthless. I finally found a phone number for the office / SLC store but that led me nowhere. You guys have to get your customer service and returns thing together.

Unfortunately my hat arrived damaged. The box was in perfect condition so it was placed into the box this way. I emailed customer service right away as I wanted to wear it to an event and it took days to hear back. Once I did, they did not seem disappointed that the hat arrived damaged, they suggested I steam it if I wanted a quick fix, but were not apologetic or concerned about their standards. Very disappointing. Will be returning and purchasing a different hat from a company that wants to provide great customer service with high standards.

Hi Gigi Pip Team, I’m reaching out as an unsatisfied customer regarding a recent experience. I originally purchased a hat that ended up being two sizes too big. I went online to exchange it for the correct size, but instead of a straightforward exchange, I received an email with a store credit. I used that credit to purchase a different hat in the correct size but had to pay more out of pocket. Shortly after placing that new order—literally within an hour—I received an email saying the same hat I just bought at full price was now on sale. I reached out to customer service that same day to ask if the sale price could be honored, but I haven’t received any response. To top it off, when the new hat arrived, it was only partially wrapped in plastic and the front of the brim looks used or damaged. Overall, this experience has been disappointing. I really love your brand and was excited about my purchase, so I’m hoping this can be resolved. I’d truly appreciate your help in making this right. Thank you

I ordered the Sal Bucket Hat from the retail store on 2/21. I was thrilled they had one, because it was not available online and I needed it by 2/28. The sales person assured me that I’d get it in time. I realized on 2/25 that it had not shipped yet. So I called the store at 11:30am. There was no answer and it went to voicemail. I did not receive a call back. I called again later and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. No one got back to me. I called again. No answer. So, the next day, I started chatting online with their customer service. I was told again that they would look into it. Several hours later, I checked in again. No one replied until the next day. They said they we’re sorry that the hat was never shipped and would be sent soon. I asked for expedited shipping and also a manager. But, did not hear back. I believe it was 2/26 when I received a shipping email. It was not expedited (because I needed it by 2/28). Instead, it was sent first class mail. Again, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager finally replied and said that she looked at the background on my case and agreed that my customer service experience was not up to par. So she gave me a $25 credit on a future purchase. I explained to the manager (in a text) that I needed the hat by 2/28. And since I would not receive it in time, I had to buy a different hat. I asked that instead of a credit, could they deduct something from the price of the hat. But, she did not reply. In fact, she till has not replied, almost a week later. I finally received the hat on 3/3. It is beautiful. But, I still had to buy a different one for 2/28. Gigi Pip has lovely hats. But, I wish their customer service was better.

I purchased a hat back in December for a Christmas present for my sister. The limited edition cattlemen. Beautiful hat! However, it was damaged in transit. The package arrived crushed and then it looked like a dog got a hold of it and chewed the corner. Not to mentioned it had food greased stain on the top like someone enjoyed their lunch on it. It arrived a total hot mess. The top of hat was buckled in at the very front from the crushing. I must add for the price point of these hats the packaging could be a lot better or perhaps a different carrier. USPS let you down. Im making this review because I emailed hello@gigipip.com with absolutely no response. I even resent it two more times considering the holiday schedule. I also called the number with no luck as well. I was simply looking for someone to make it right as it was too late to return and I had to gift this to my sister damaged. Again, the product itself was beautiful but at the end of the day it arrived damaged.

Hi I purchased a 100$ gift card on line and was supposed to receive a 50& gift card to go with it for a new year / holiday promotion . I didn’t receive the 50$ card .

I have quite a few of your hats. I ordered a blue headband to place on my Biege Rancher Hat and when I put it on it stained the hat with the Blue from the headband. I contacted GiGi Pip numerous times to get info on how to clean the hat or what to do for my hat. No response from anyone on line and I also tried leaving a Voice Mesage on one contact number I found. So disappointed considering I bought the Hat and Headband from GiGi. I would think that not only do you sell hats but should help customers if there's a problem with the products. Not good customer Service. OR add some cleaning options on your site.

This review is regarding confusing shipping policies from Gigi Pip. When you check out, your order automatically includes an almost $5 charge for "Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection Valid in US." This does NOT mean that you get free and easy returns, including if your package is damaged and the product is therefore ruined! My package and hat were damaged, and I felt the quality was sketchy for a decoration element, so I asked to return the hat. After going through the process, I asked why I was charged for a return and this is the explanation: "I do apologize for that confusion + would love to clarify! The free + easy return only applies for store credit or exchanges - if you are wanting to return for a refund there is a $6 restocking fee, rather than the $11 restocking fee without the protection." You also have to wait an inordinately long time to hear back from customer service. Expect two days, each and every time you have to reach out with a question. So you will get a refund, but it could take you longer than a week if you have questions. NOTE to Gigi Pip: If you're expecting us to pay extra for package protection, we deserve a better box. The box you send is flimsy. I very strongly feel that if someone pays extra for "package protection," they should NOT have to pay to return a product damaged during shipment. The photo attached shows exactly how the box looked when it arrived at my door.

I have not received my hat. It was delivered Friday, Aug 18 however, not to me. It was delivered per tracking to Bountiful, Utah. Please contact me regarding this. I either need my card credited or find my hat. thank you...Laura Jelks 205-821-3384; laurajelks1@gmail.com

I purchased two hats that are quite stylish and really ideal at the beginning. However, the rim and frame of the hats both lost their shape after using them a couple of times.
