“I ordered an engagement ring. It shipped quicker than expected and everything went well.
After the engagement we needed the ring to be resized from 53 to 52mm. I also asked for another minor change that wasn't officially in the resizing offer. When we got the ring back those extra changes had been made for which we are very grateful. So that's also excellent.
One feedback to improve: please put the maximum days for the resizing process more prominently (I am sure it's somewhere in the fine print but I didn't find it). Also, the return sticker for UPS, please also send it hy mail or at least notify once/where it can be downloaded for print. I waited for it 2 or 3 days until I dug through the website and found it (didn't find it on the mobile website).”
“I bought a single men’s Jewish star earring in 18k gold with an amethyst stone in the center. I have invested a lot money over the past years in 24 k gold ( Chain $10,000, ring $2300 and a bracelet $4,000 ) all of my jewelry is 24k solid gold (Also a good investment) . I saw the Jewish star earring on GLAMIRA, it looked great and I really wanted it , so I purchased for $345.00. WHAT A JOKE. Even 18k gold a Triple AAA Amethyst stone it so tiny , NO WAY THAT IS WORTH ANYWHERE NEAR $345.00. Complete ripoff. It’s a beautiful tiny earring. If someone sees it in person, you’d think it’s $150 earring from one of those kiosks in your local shopping mall. GLAMIRA has some beautiful jewelry on their website that I was gonna purchase ( An Amethyst ring) but after this earring, I personally wouldn’t buy anything from them. Is it possible I had a bad experience or maybe I expected to much, for almost $350, you expect more than what I received. Plus, no matter how I did it (Tried 4 times) I couldn’t upload a photo so you could see.”

The quality of the ring is decent and probably as good as can be expected for the price. I chose an AAAA quality sapphire gemstone which looks beautiful and is a stunning light blue which surprised me.
A special shoutout must be given to the service representative Andrea who helped me in my request of an extension on the 60 days resize refit. She was very helpful!

Looked exactly the same as on the image, the sizes were just perfect, my only concern was that the ring holder box was way too big. Beautiful, but too big to hide, which was a tiny problem as I ordered it to propose to my future wife. I did it with a little trick, and she did say yes! Beautiful piece of ring, and I do recommend everyone to try out white silver with ametyst as it looks majestic, be original your partner will or should approve it!
Funny little story just as my mother tried to help find out her finger size, she did find this exact same ring with the exact same settings as I already ordered that time, so it was the universe stuff! “Be careful when buying from this company. The jewellery itself looks lovely but having spent nearly £1k on a additional ring for my wedding stack and I hadnt quite understood that by not purchasing their much more expensive extended warranty policy they wouldn't help or care at all when my ring lost a stone within 8 months of me having it. They have just washed their hands of me and taken my money left me with a broken ring. I take care of my jewellery and this isn't a case or misuse or accidental damage. The clasps on a stone simply didn't hold the stone and the response from GLAMIRA is simply 'you don't have the extended warranty so there is nothing we can do'. They don't even offer a paid for repair service so literally don't care if something goes wrong. I honestly think it's absolutely atrocious that this is how they treat people who have spent this kind of money. My engagement ring has been with me for 20 years and never lost a stone. 8 months with a ring from GLAMIRA and a stone lost and no hope of them helping to replace or repair even if I pay. It's disgusting.”
