Would advise all to stay as far away as possible from Glanmira as a company. The ring we ordered was a half size too small (M) so we resent back to Glanmira with a request to size up to (N). They then resized the ring down to an L instead! Kim from customer service then blamed the weather for the ring somehow getting smaller in the post. When trying to speak to the company you can only contact via e-mail and at that, it takes days to get a response from them. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and unbelievable when you consider the sums of money spent on their products, throughout the whole process you are left with complete frustration and anger. Avoid at all costs! I majorly regret using Glanmira

My wife has been loving this engagement ring. She needed something that wasn’t going to irritate her fingers at work, she were gloves all day working in a lab. She picked out the Morganite gemstone awhile back and I worked with the Glamira website to find a perfect combination of gemstone/band. The gemstone came a little more champagne color than pink, the original shade she wanted, but it so perfect she wasn’t bothered. Third ring purchase with Glamira and no complaints from us.

I ordered a bridal set of rings and a separate band. They are stunning and exactly how I customized them on the website. They were delivered on time with nothing damaged and were the correct sizes. I was a little worried about ordering from this website based off some other reviews I saw but I am so happy I did. I would definitely recommend GLAMIRA and will be purchasing from them again.

Thank you Glamira . I'm usually unsure about online buying, especially a huge cost purchase. But Glamira s website and attention to detail were spot on from ordering to delivery. Each step was sent by email from the start of purchase to the 💍 been here. They offer free engraving and removal of thier logo. Thier complementary presentation box is luxurious with a light inside on opening . Ring comes with a written guarantee and certificate Highly recommended

I purchased a couple of rings, as soon as I got the confirmation I realised that I put yellow gold instead of rose gold.. The price was exactly the same, however, When I emailed and left a message on the site, I was told that I couldn't change the metal colour....Even though it was 5 mins after placing the order... I was told that I have to cancel the order... I couldn't reorder as the 15% discount wasn't available twice.... The company wouldn't honour the discount.. and said the order wouldn't be cancelled for 2 weeks and then takes time after that for the refund!!!!!!! dreadfull service.. I could understand if it was in production, or was at a different cost,, but it wasnt

After making order for $2500 ring I did read a lot of bad reviews and seeing angry emotes on Facebook page I became worried about my order but ring just came 4days ago (6days after expected order) and it's really beautifull person who I gifted it to says it's the most beautifull ring she has ever seen. It is platinum viviette ring with diamonds and lab diamonds. If you need ring on time just go to your local jewellery because there is a lot of bad reviews of glamira about orders timing. Btw measured size of ring is 100% correct. I don't know if there are bought opinions here but I'm happy

-Immediately said my order would be late, then refused to update the ETA on my dashboard. They legitimately tried to make me wait indefinitely (which is illegal in the UK). -I had a date in mind for a proposal and after a month and a half, they wouldn't even update their own site with a delivery date. If you're telling me "everything is fine with your order" and it takes 3 days to create, why's it been in processing for 40 days? -When I asked for a refund, told me they couldn't refund until it was delivered (which they still wouldn't tell me when it'd happen). -Customer service email just sends you copy and paste rubbish, and the phone line never answers or hangs up immediately. In the end, as I paid by paypal, I got a refund via there. In the UK, if an item isn't delivered within 30 days it voids The UK Consumer Act of 2015. Screenshot everything and avoid this waste of time and anxiety.

Vi valde våra ringar men de passade inte med min förlovningsring. Vi hade lite problem med att returnera dem (utan Glamiras fel) på grund av att vi inte hade en personlig skrivare, sedan problem på det lokala postkontoret och sedan jag själv var sjuk i covid. Kundtjänstens e-post var bra med oss ​​och kunde inte komma tillbaka till mig snabbt nog och hjälpa och återöppna returformulär som hade stängts ner på grund av inaktivitet med att jag var sjuk. Kommunikationen från förberedelseprocessen till fraktprocessen har varit utmärkt och själva ringarna är precis som de är på hemsidan och vi känner riktigt bra kvalitet. Oavsett om du spenderar mycket pengar på en ring som min förlovningsring eller spenderar några hundra som våra vigselringar så behandlar de varje kund som en prioritet. Tack Glamira. Detta är så tråkigt att behöva skriva detta men alla måste bli medvetna om hur falsk företag Glamria är. Vi beställde två st förlovning ringar för över 8000kr. Det stod att leverans tiden är cirka en månad. Vi har nu väntat över 3 månader och ännu har vi inte fått våra ringar! Vi har skrivit flera gånger till Glamria via mejl eftersom telefon numret som dom har är ett falsk nr som man ej nå fram på. Gång på gång så lovar dom att ringarna är på väg och att vi bör ha tålamod.. sån tålamod som vi har haft ska vi inte ens nämna här. Dom uppgav ett falsk spårningsnummer som verkar inte stämma överens med någon fraktbolag. Vi har ringt alla fraktbolag som finns men ingen känner till denna spårningsnummer. Och vi har krävt att makulera ordern och få återbetalning men dom VÄGRAR att makulera eller göra en återbetalning! Så nu har vi blandad in ARN i hopp om att få tillbaka få våra pengar. Detta är en lång process och vi väntar fortfarande på återbetalning. Jag avråder alla som har tänkt eller vill beställa från Glamria (GÖR DET INTE!)

I've been really satisfied by the experience I had with Glamira. First, the quality of the service is incredible, I liked the fact that we receive a video of the product we ordered once it's finished. And the fact that we can completely personalise the product to make it ours. Thank you Glamira for this excellent experience with you.

I am extremely disappointed with Glamira's incompetence and lack of professionalism. I ordered a ring on March 20th, and after 13 days, the ring hasn't even been produced. I was supposed to receive the ring by April 1st, and on April 2nd, the ring hasn't even been produced according to the customer service's response. I strongly advise against this brand.

This was the first time I ordered from Glamira and I can honestly say I’m extremely impressed. I bought my son a black diamond ring for his 20th birthday and I was a little worried that it wasn’t going to arrive in time before we left the country to tour Asia, as there was a slight delay with the delivery (which is totally understandable when they have so many orders to deal with and clearly so much care goes into each order). I contacted customer services and they responded very quickly, with a very lovely personable message The ring then arrived within 24 hours. The ring is perfect, my son will be very happy and I can’t get over how fantastic the packaging is! - I’ve never seen a ring box that lights the ring up before!! Thank you Glamira, I’ll definitely be shopping with you again.

Bad after sales service. Ordered 2 rings and they only gave 1 warranty card and 1 ring box. Totally absurd to think that we housed the rings together. Delivery supposed to be 15 Mar and got delayed till 24 Mar and almost late for my big day without rings. Seeking for an extra ring box as we do not stay together but the answer was negative...very upsetting.

We chose our rings but they didn’t go with my engagement ring. We had a bit of trouble returning them (through no fault of Glamira) due to not having a personal printer, then issues at the local post office and then myself being sick with COVID. Customer services email were great with us and couldn’t come back to me quick enough and assist and re opened return forms which had been closed down due to inactivity with me being sick. The communication from the preparation process to the shipping process has been excellent and the rings themselves are exactly as they are on the website and we feel really good quality. Whether you spend a lot of money on a ring like my engagement ring or spend a few hundred like our wedding rings they treat every customer as a priority. Thank you Glamira. I would give you 6 stars if I could

Unmatched customer services Dear Glamira, I am very impressed the way you made your website so attractive, easy to navigate and customise orders for your customers. Your constant communication and updates about my order during the whole process was outstanding. I loved the item I got, delivered it on my door and received a great customer service. The short video clip after my item was made aas mesmerising and loved watching it again and again. worst experience ever placed order depends on the delivery estimate to take as a gift overseas on the day im traveling got an email that they need one more week for production never again on this site if i could put -1 star i would’ve done it
