“I could not express my frustration and disappointment enough with Glamira’s quality check and repair/warranty service. Back in December, I had ordered the Olga pendant in the mixed metal option (white & yellow gold) as I like the look of the rendered image. However, when my package arrived, the necklace unlike what I had ordered despite it apparently having gone through a quality inspection (as you can see, the heart stone is supposed to be wrapped around yellow gold, but it was not). Disheartened, I had sent it back for repair/warranty to get it fixed, in which I had specified what was wrong with the necklace in writing and with images, as required. Waited a month for it, but the necklace came back looking the exact same as how I had received it the first time. This has me question Glamira’s process of quality inspection, both during production, as well as during repair/warranty. Needless to say, I’m not sure if I can recommend their products and service, or if I will ever be buying from them again.”
“To all those couples out there looking for something different. I highly recommend Glamira. The Amelie ring we chose is beautiful. I fell in Love with it the moment i saw it and my fiancé said it was made for "me" the complements i have received too were all good . Although you will need to be patient because it says on the site that it is ready to ship in 5-7 days. It will take longer than that to make and ship. We ordered our ring in the last week of January and it came a few days before Valentine's. It was a little stressful the waiting but the customer services were outstanding and the followed up on all of my requests. We will certainly be purchasing our wedding rings here also.”

“Worst customer service!
I purchased multiple items in three separate occasions from Glamira.
The first two purchases were fine. However, the jewellery box that was received on the last purchase was damaged. I sent them a picture and asked for replacement and I was told to discard the box since they would simply send me another. A few weeks after, when I contacted them again to know what happened to the shipment, I was told that the “relevant department” did not approve sending me a new box!!!
If this is the service we get for the cheap jewellery box, imagine what happens when you have to return the actual jewellery due to defect.”

The ring itself is a good ring for the purpose of having a wedding ring next to it, as the stone stands a bit tall. the stone I chose: emerald-AA was of good quality and had little blemishes. The inscription i chose was with the "Snell BT" font and was a bit small, but totaly readable. The band had a square and not so much rounded edges. I chose to go for diamonds-VS on the side, and am happy with the way they shine in the light since the emerald does not shine that much back. All i all, I was very happy and would say it was well worth the price!”

“I got engaged about 3 weeks ago and this is the perfect ring for me! The shape, the price, and the ability to customize was what attracted me most to it. I bought the white gold, white sapphire model and it looks so lovely on my hand! The only things I would have changed I realized is the cut of the stone doesn't do it for me at certain angles, but that's bound to happen when buying online. 1. MIS-MANAGED PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
They guaranteed to me a shipping date and then kept sending emails about delays in manufacturing the product because they are taking extra care to ensure the product quality. Does this mean that in instances where they happen to meet the shipping deadlines, the product does not go properly through the quality-control process? Or, does it mean that they are so complacent and inefficient that they fail to build the "extra-care" quality-control time in their manufacturing and product scheduling process? And shouldn’t this “extra-care” be a normal business practice and reflected in their shipping time commitment to the customer? These are basic business elements and factors. How can a company that boasts to be in 70+ countries is run like an artisan “Mom & Pop” store?
2. IRRESPONSIBLE
They charged me extra for expedited shipping & handling but failed to honour the committed of short delivery time. When I approached them about the product not being delivered at the committed expedited time , they refused to take responsibility. Their approach was of avoidance and passing the buck. The "Customer-Service" simply responded that it was the fault of the courier company and that I, the customer should follow-up with them. Well, it wasn’t me who chose the courier company. It is Glamira’s preferred courier company for deliveries. Yet when I had a delivery issue, it suddenly became my responsibility as a customer to run after the courier company as Glamira tried to wash their hands-off the issue. They took my money promptly for the jewellery order and then didn’t care if I received the order or not.
It seems that either control procedures don’t exist or are not diligently followed at Glamira to monitor if their preferred courier service delivered the product. Glamira claims that the courier company is required to hand-deliver the order and get it validated with the customer’s signature. It’s been over 2 months and I have still not received the order. Obviously, there is no existence of my delivery confirmation signatures either.
Glamira gave me all kinds of guarantees and assurances during the ordering process that the order will be delivered within 7 days. This included the acknowledgment of full refund in case I didn’t receive it on the scheduled time. When I didn’t receive the product after 2 weeks and reminded them of their promised commitment, their response was that shipping & delivery times are only an estimate and that they cannot guarantee a specific date. Now that was a big change in “stance”!
How about the 7-days delivery assurance for which I paid an additional $50/-? Is “Business Ethics” considered optional in this company?
3. “CUSTOMER-SERVICE” Dept. - Which Actually Does More “DISSERVICE”.
I requested for a full refund with follow-up emails. My request was declined repeatedly with reason that the case is being investigated by the courier company and that they cannot issue a refund until the investigation is complete. After a month, I received the same response.
Does it take 1 full month for a courier company to discover the location of an order in their sophisticated computerized delivery pipeline or the fact that it was mis-handled leading to a possible theft? I don’t think so.
I then pointed out to Glamira that I, as a customer shouldn’t be made to wait for non-delivery refund because of an internal investigation which is a matter between them & their courier service provider. Not surprisingly, Glamira again changed its stance. The reason of pending internal investigation was now changed to a pending approval by their Finance dept.
In the multiple exchanges of emails between me & the Customer-Service Dept., I kept reminding them of their unfair customer-service. And the moment I warned them about possible repercussions including filing of complaint with the concerned govt. regulators, I was issued a refund of $50/- for the unfulfilled expedited delivery & shipping. For the product price refund, I was offered a product replacement or a store-credit. Considering my unpleasant experience with Glamira and their original acknowledgment of full purchase refund, I declined their replacement/ store-credit offers and insisted on a refund.
From then onwards, I received 2 weekly emails stating the same reason of pending Finance Dept. approval. Thereafter, Glamira stopped to respond. Being fed-up with the dealing, I filed a dispute complaint through my bank with VISA, the credit card company that stands behind the purchases made through their cards. My bank/ VISA refunded the purchase amount to me promptly and ensured that they will take over this dispute claim with the merchant and that I don’t need to worry about it.
The saying goes, “ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD”
And I am saying, “ALL THAT GLITTERS ON GLAMIRA’S WEB-SITE ISN’T WORTH THE TROUBLE” !!!

My wedding anniversary ring almost a year old now in in July 2020. I though, i revisit Glamira website and i give a review after wearing my ring EVERY DAY. Its clear yet gives a white glow. If you are into moonstones, you'll love white sapphire. I choose the best quality grade available from Glamira. They surely performed choosing this beautiful cut to set my design. I included my emerald diamond duo wedding band on my upload. My sapphire clearly outperformed my 30 years old wedding rings. It took a month to receive my order. No regrets as even my engraving turned out superior in clearness. I also received a free gift of pendant that was gifted away to my mum. Complaint
My boyfriend bought me earrings in December. It was my birthday in January, but the earrings were not to my liking. He had put the earrings in a supplied box and did nothing with them, so he lost the white label that Glamira uses for returns. My boyfriend contacted Glamira and also sent the earrings within the return time.
After months and months of waiting we still have nothing. No earrings and no money. I don't want the earrings and nothing has happened to them, but everything I try, nothing gets done. I call them every time and they indicate that my case is "high priority." In other words: you are being treated as a fool. This has caused me and my boyfriend a lot of stress and sadness. We've taken legal action to get our right, because we're not getting it. We sent an official letter stating that Glamira had 2 weeks to return the money. We keep being ignored and customer service is not doing anything either. She only says that she will continue and we hear nothing else.”
