On the way to Glamira rings was desapered in DPD Dunstable center.After My phone calls and emails to Dpd nobody can explain situation even Dpd not bother to reply to my emails.I reported to Glamira. Excellent customer service specially Andy Miller understands how is important and stressful situation was offered new rings to do for free from the scratch. So I can say Glamira saved our wedding, ensure me what rings will arrive on time,updated me with all steps from production to shipment. The delivery date was changed twice. They haven't responded to any of my emails. Furthermore, I'm currently in the process of moving to another city and I'm unable to change the delivery address.”

“I had a dreadful experience with Glamira. I purchased my wedding rings from them, and upon receiving them, I discovered they were the wrong size. When I inquired about resizing and the possibility of it arriving in time for the ceremony, the customer service provided misleading information. Despite my urgent plea not to resize as I opted to purchase new rings for a quicker delivery, they ceased communication entirely.
The new rings arrived on time for the ceremony, while the resized ones arrived a week later. Despite my efforts to communication and saying do not resize the rings, Glamira ignored my messages for over a month. When I finally received them and sent the rings back, they claimed the box was damaged or the rings were used – allegations I disproved. Despite the tracking information confirming their receipt, Glamira then suggested the rings may have been lost in transit.
After that, they refused a refund, citing a policy against refunding resized rings, despite my clear communication from the beginning and the misinformation provided by their customer service. After presenting evidence and explaining the situation, they once again ignored my messages.
This entire ordeal has left me disappointed, with my money lost, two rings in their possession, and no response from them. The quality of the rings was also subpar, looking cheap, as many commented. I am now seeking an alternative provider for new rings.”
“This ring is so beautiful and sparkly! I'd always wanted an opal engagement ring so that's what we chose with white sapphire petals and Swarovski crystals around the band. The ring is bigger than I imagined but it does not look garish or like costume jewelry even though it's super eye-catching and beautiful! The band is just ever so slightly too large so I do get poked by the petals which is uncomfortable, but I purchased a small spacer to keep it in place better. You can't really see the crystals on the band but as a whole, I highly recommend this ring.”

Ring arrived 3 weeks late - after the wedding, it was the wrong size and of such poor quality.
Returned the item with the courier service. That was 7 weeks ago. glamira claim the courier company have lost the item and they’ve opened a case with them. The course company have no record of this. No refund and the replies just tell me to “be patient”. How patient?! I’ve been married for 3 months and I want a refund for the defunct rubbish you delivered too late to be used!!
Oh and the company are now trying to delete my reviews from other review sites.”
“I wanted it engraved and it is very cute. Of course, it is my mistake, it seems to me that I chose 1.6 or 1.8 thick, if they squeeze my hand the ring bothers me and it hurts. Still, if it were thinner, perhaps the diamond would stand out more. The precious quality. Although the diamond is small, the warm VVS shines as it should. I would have really liked the same design but with two more diamonds of the same size, in a row or with a subtle separation between each diamond. In general I like it a lot.”
“Ordered a pricey engagement ring. The order was due for delivery two days ago. It never reached delivery status or a tracking number, nothing. I contacted Glamira twice. No repsonse. Rang their line. Answering machine. My engagement is in two days and wedding at Christmas. I am devastated. They just ruined my plans completely. My last option to get the money back is to go to court. I checked their company status, it is registered in UK but accounts are overdue!!!, a director's name shows as Matyar Huhn, Pelin, a man in late 30s with a Turkish address, I checked that, there is no such man living there). This is a big online company. Are they even legit? I probably got completely duped. I don't wish to anyone this amount of stress before your engagement or wedding.”
“The ring comes with an excellent finish, the truth is that I was surprised because compared to its competitors Glamira has quite competitive prices but its quality does not owe them anything, it is excellent. It is an engagement ring out of the "common" but without being extravagant, simple but has an elegant touch that distinguishes it from the conventional model. She is very thin and her hands are the same, so I feel that the ring stands out a little more. The box that it came with is very simple and pretty with internal light, I liked it a lot too. And get this, their "Lifetime Warranty" doesn't cover "normal wear and tear." Can't get ahold of anyone. No customer service to speak of. And other reviews from people who have had the same issues. Arrived only a day later than the predicted date. The packaging is really nice and they even included a free pendant. “I ordered a Ring Bridal Luxuy with a 0.16 carat ruby and 750 white gold as an engagement ring. I knew I wanted a ruby ring and this particular ring design. But I wasn't sure about how big the stone should be and what its quality should be. In the end I decided on this size, which I am quite happy with since a stone too big would also look awkward on my fiancée's hand. One has to be mindful that the metal on either side of the ring is also thick and can tend to hide the stone. The ring arrived and I noticed that there were cracks on the stone and I informed Glamira about this and they replaced the ring very fast and efficiently and I was very grateful for the customer service. It's a great looking ring and my fiancée loves it more and more with each day.”

“Bought my engagement ring with Glamira 4 years ago. It broke after 1.5 years which Glamira fixed. They did send it to the wrong address but luckily the person living there contacted me. My ring broke again this year and I sent it back. Glamira refused to fix it so I asked for it to be sent back in July. They again sent it to the wrong address again and I was told from the shipping company they would return to sender. From August I have been emailing to check the status of my ring which I have been told to be patient... 3 months have gone by and no ring/ no refund. Really appalling costumer service to not care that you have lost my ring.”
