“I wouldnt recomend Glamira to my worst enemy. I ordered engagement- and weddingrings from Glamira but changed my mind after a couple days. Despite having a "generous returnpolicy " the whole process from me changing my mind until I had the money in return was 3 months. While I was planning a wedding (in need of the money Glamira was holding on to) I also hade to take a lot of time and energy to emailing Glamira (you cant reach them by phone) regarding this. I have never ever been in contact with such a scam company.”

This particular design proved to be excellent in every day wear. It's looks beautiful and nice size with my half a carat white sapphire. My stone is excellent cut and absolutely stunning in colour. Its clear yet gives a white glow. If you are into moonstones, you'll love white sapphire. I choose the best quality grade available from Glamira. They surely performed choosing this beautiful cut to set my design. I included my emerald diamond duo wedding band on my upload. My sapphire clearly outperformed my 30 years old wedding rings. It took a month to receive my order. No regrets as even my engraving turned out superior in clearness. I also received a free gift of pendant that was gifted away to my mum. Being my first order i received discounts as well. I am very happy customer and strongly recommend Glamira.”
“I recommend glamira my husband asked me at the wedding for Christmas and the rings arrived on December 26, were splendid, we received them late because of the delivery people who did not work on weekends, so they were received on Monday December 26, 2022 instead of Friday, December 23, 2022. So nothing to say in time all the same 5 stars, because the jewelry is beautiful, we know it was used as a printed sheet for the sizes, we were between 2 sizes for me and my husband and we took the size above as recommended in the description. sizes and we are delighted the Led case is very beautiful and a 2nd box is well studied to receive the rings without hassle, nothing to complain about DHL deliverers who deliver to the door. “I got engaged about 3 weeks ago and this is the perfect ring for me! The shape, the price, and the ability to customize was what attracted me most to it. I bought the white gold, white sapphire model and it looks so lovely on my hand! The only things I would have changed I realized is the cut of the stone doesn't do it for me at certain angles, but that's bound to happen when buying online. The band is also thicker than I was imagining on my finger but it looks great none-the-less.”
“The ring came, and it is gorgeous. It is, however, not what I expected. Because I needed a relatively large size (10, T.5) it threw the dimensions of the ring off, so it looks a lot thinner. My biggest problem, and the thing I'm quite upset about, is actually the main stone. The stone is a light stormy sky blue, not the nice oceanic sea blue of the site. I expect variations in colour because screens and colours aren't always the same, but there is a HUGE difference between sky blue and ocean blue. The engraving is very light and hard to read unless you're in the right light. The ring is quite smooth, and a pleasure to wear comfort-wise however. The Leola earrings that were meant to come with the ring as a free gift never came, instead I received a horrendous pendant. I mean, it was free, but still. Overall, I would probably not buy something from Glamira again. Not unless it was earrings or something. I certainly wouldn't order anything customised.”
“How many time you sent the email they never respond. I order two time and the first time I order the ring on December 22/2023 order number is 4162099399 ..after two days they email me back the system was error and I have to reorder again. But they said they will cancel the order No.
4162099399 and make a refunded for me. So I reorder on December 26/2023 ..the order number is 4162099399 again..(it look weird and why the same number)..in December 27 they cancel the order number 4162099399.. and I got refunded. But I paid two time with that order number .This is not my fault their system. I paid two time and one got one only refunded. They do not care. If they really care to the customer they have to find it out what is going on......I want my money back....and I am regular customer.. If they really care customer service they should recheck again..please help me to get my money $2785.55”
“Ordered the item within plenty of time for Christmas and despite a week of chasing the status of the order only to be told it’s in hand, right up until Christmas Eve 2pm be to told it’s been delayed. Now they are refusing to cancel the order l. I have to wait u til they despatched it for me to return it. After reading other reviews it appears this is their strategy so they can they withhold some of the refund while still having a perfectly resealable product. Scam artists”
“My wife has been loving this engagement ring. She needed something that wasn’t going to irritate her fingers at work, she were gloves all day working in a lab. She picked out the Morganite gemstone awhile back and I worked with the Glamira website to find a perfect combination of gemstone/band. The gemstone came a little more champagne color than pink, the original shade she wanted, but it so perfect she wasn’t bothered. Third ring purchase with Glamira and no complaints from us.”

“I ordered a ring on 21st November with a delivery date of 1-4 Dec. This changed to 6th Dec with an email notification. On 6th the status is changed to distributions. WHAT THE NUT JOB IS IT DOING in distribution for 15 days????
When I pay for a product, I am expected to get satisfactory product and service including delivery. Putting the blame on delivery partners is not professional for an international company as you claim.
You are holding my money for 1 month today with no product or appropriate responses. What a scam of a business.

“Delay, delay, delay, delay. Poor communication. I bought an engagement ring on 5th Dec and it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th Dec, this was then delayed to the 20th (yesterday). I emailed a couple of times, both replies insisted it would arrive on schedule. The most recent reply even said it had been shipped to their distribution centre and that I would receive a tracking number within the next few days. The process hasn't updated on my account on the website and it still says producing. I received an email yesterday morning stating it was "ALMOST ready to be shipped". So whoever told me it had been shipped two days earlier clearly lied to keep me sweet. I still haven't got a tracking number yet. If my order isn't here by today or tomorrow, I will be calling my bank for a chargeback for non-delivery.”
