Love the programs! Easy to integrate into my daily life and other existing workout routines. Body always feels good after the program.

A great group of movement and mobility experts offer inspired and intelligent courses on how to move better, get stronger, be more flexible, and have fun in the process. Their free content alone beats most of what's out there in the marketplace.

Bunch of professionals in terms of movement and developing skills. And good folk in addition to this. What I like best is that they constantly work on their programs and getting them better.

Elements was a great intro into better movement for me. I love the simplicity of the app and that I was able to do so much with just 15 mins a session. Overall I’m a big fan of GMB and what they do.

I just finished Elements and have started Integral Strength. All of the skills are broken down into a sequence of manageable, fairly easy to learn (not necessarily easy to do), parts and it was easy to see that I was making progress over time. All of the videos, articles, and podcasts convey a positive message and I felt very encouraged throughout Elements. I get regular supportive and educational emails from GMB. I really appreciate that their focus is not on appearance, like every other program I have done in the past, but on things that will improve my quality of life such as strength and mobility. Also, they are very funny! Thank you GMB!

I like the GMB programs, so much so that I've bought three over the past year or so (Elements, Mobility and Floor Loco). I like the structure of the programs, the flexibility I can apply to schedule sessions and the fact I can train at home in a relatively small space. I train in a martial art twice a week and all the GMB programs complement this.

I've been working consistently with GMB programs for nine months. I have done Elements 4-5 times and mix it up with Mobius, Floor Loco and Resilience/Recovery, sometimes all on the same day. I probably train 3-4 times a week for 30 mins up to an hour, and always do the 15-minute mobility routine if I don't do anything else. The benefits are as follows: Every part of me moves better, from my fingers to my toes. Even my feet have changed - they have come alive. My spine is flexible from the top to the bottom. Nothing aches or hurts; I have a new conception of my own body as a place for innovation, exploration and fun; The time with my feet on the wooden floor is my undisturbed time and every session is different; It is cool and exciting to move like this; My tennis and dancing are better; as is my general confidence in my own body; Maybe I am more like a cat these days - I find myself loving moving and stretching; It is an adventure.

Hi GMB, Elements was a revelation when I used it to recover fitness, and confidence, after a major neck injury. I now use movements from Elements as part of any warm-up as it quickly identifies areas of weakness/tiredness to be aware of. I revisit the program from scratch whenever I feel the need for an overhaul. I have used Integral Strength and Vitamin to explore and improve strength through ranges of motion (sorry sounds like one of your adds) so I am good to go for the sports I enjoy - windsurfing, kite-surfing. surfing, and more recently wing foiling. My goal is to be fit to enjoy the sports fully and to be able to crash with confidence. I crash a lot. Cheers Graham

I cannot recommend GMB Fitness enough. I have traveled through several different online exercise programs and this has definitely been the most beneficial. GMB is a great supplement my yoga, Barre, dance, walking, and biking routines.

My main criteria for any exercise program is getting me to actually do it somewhat consistently, and all the GMB programs have been great for that.

I like GMB Fitness for its approach to any kind of body and abilities: I love the fact that they offer different difficulty levels for all the exercises. I love their programmes and brief tutorials for specific movements or exercises.

I tried a few other programs/ideologies over the years and came across some natural movements and flows. there are a few programs I looked into - looked at the approaches they took, the support they offered and yes the cost. After really listening to each, I decided to invest myself in the GMB plan. I was not sure about it at first - as they had me start with elements. I still had those "traditional" thoughts in my head regarding training and how it should go - that did take quite a while to change. When I finally let go of those and allowed elements to "do it's thing". I felt better, moved better and slowly developed strength that I did not see coming. Now my goal was not to win Mr. Olympia or the next crossfit game - i wanted to get stronger and gain mobility and flexibility. Honestly, I wish I would have known about this stuff when I was younger. At 55 i am making progress at my own pace - not getting injured - and having a little fun while doing all of this. The process has extended to other facets of my life as well - take your time, learn the basics, work on those and work toward advancement - it happens in a more fluid way than we think possible. Each program just works together - holistically helping you. I mentioned another time - i had ordered 11,000 pounds of dirt this past summer - and thought what was I thinking - being it was 90* out. 5 hours later driveway was clear, dirt was distributed and I was feeling no pain - that told me (again) this stuff really works and helps in our daily lives - appearance is nice - but practical use of this amazing machine we call our body - priceless. Thanks to GMB all the help they give and the creation of all these great programs.

I can’t say enough good things about GMB! I’ve never been an exerciser - Im kinda low energy and get bored easily - but Elements has changed that. I can do it anywhere, at any time, and without gear or workout clothes (that’s a big one) - so best part is I’m actually doing it. It’s challenging and fun and isn’t goal-oriented in the same way fitness programs and sports usually are. Also delivers a huge endorphin rush. Halfway through Elements I feel stronger, more capable, more comfortable. Bonus: my husband, who is super fit, has gotten totally into it, too. He’s a convert. So we do a session most nights after the kids are in bed...

I am a 46 year old newly minted purple belt, with a body that has been through over 20 years of active duty time in the military. I have been doing 45 min sessions of elements before nightly jiu jitsu practice and it is AWESOME. I feel like my body flows way better, it is not a magical elixir but I feel way better rolling with my training partners that are usually 10 -30 years younger than me. I have trained since I was teenager in weightlifting and exercise and I feel that this is by far one of the best. The follow along format and ability to decide to do 15-45 sessions is great to always be able to squeeze in training everyday. Also the slow progression really sneaks up on building your skill. An example of this is working on stalls in the frog, a little everyday, I tried just to see what my yoga crow looked like and it was CRAZY easy for me. Highly recommend
