Got Displaced Because of Hurricane Helene the day before my order was supposed to be fulfilled. They took my money and wouldn't let me reschedule my service because it was "completed in their system" and apparently, the fact that we had to spend several months finding and getting situated in a new place means that they don't in fact have to fulfill the service I paid them for. So I'm out $135 and they won't reschedule someone to pick up stuff. Worst customer service ever

Terrible customer service. Gave me a window of 4-8pm and when I did t hear from them by 7:45pm I sent a text. At that point I was told they couldn’t find anyone to accept my job. If I would not have reached out I suppose they were going to no show. When I let them know how upset I was they informed me they never guarantee times or dates 😳

I am a repeat customer with Load Up so this is just a Devil In the Details warning. I called for another pickup of old electronics yesterday. In less than 14 hours, my buddies earmarked some of that stock as stuff they would like to take so that problem was happily solved. The sad part, when I called back to cancel my pickup, Load Up charged me 20%... for nothing. Stating that the only full refund they provide is if you call back within 15 minutes of placing the order. WTH Load Up? I have a third order with them mid February, this one may be my last as I strongly object to any company refusing to provide a reasonable refund policy esp in under 24 hours from when I placed the order and six full days in advance of the scheduled date of service. Really weird policy, folks.

I called regarding a double size foam mattress topper that is less than 1 year old how to dispose of and or donate. I was told your company could not help but would send me a list where to dispose of or donate. Never received a list or call back regarding assistance is re cycling, disposing and or donating. I don't think I would use a company that would just ignore all in recycling or donations. Grace

The worst company I ever have the bad experience to work with, I use to be a loader, The driver are treated like trash, we not have not right to speech and for any reason Load up hold your money and not want to pay the jobs you do for them, For is all about the customer, they treat the driver like workers machines, they are not care about the fact that you spend your gas, put miles on your vehicle and time, the worst experience as hard worker I ever have in my life, if you as driver need to make some extra cash, DO NOT DO LOAD UP, you are wasting your time and destroy your vehicle over nothing, is not work it.

We hired LoadUp to remove a mattress. The very morning they were due to pick it up we received a text from the driver saying he had an emergency with his young child and could we reschedule. We gave him the grace to reschedule for 48 hours later between 8am and 12 pm. When we called to confirm this appt, we were told it could be up to 8 pm at night. We cancelled at that point, being unable to sit around all day and wait, especially since my husband already lost 1 day of work waiting and we were told the rescheduled time would be between 8am and 12pm. Only half of our money was refunded. They charged us a cancellation fee. Keep in mind that they first asked to cancel the original appt. Shame on them! We were kind enough to understand the issue with the driver’s child but they chose to keep half of our money. We would never recommend this business!

Horrible service. Appointment booked 4 days in advance. Got a call stating loader would be here between 5 and 6 pm. Then got a call at 6:30 stating they had no loader to send and would have to be rebooked. Then another call saying someone was coming out and would be here by 7pm. Now 7:30 and no show. Do yourself a favor and use a more well known company. Hopefully I get my money back. Something here sounds like a scam. I will rate the refund process after I get my money back i

This company really deserves 0 stars! I called to cancel 3 days in advance of scheduled pick up. The customer service rep explained to me there was a 10% cancellation fee. I missed the 10 minute window the day of booking in order to receive 100% refund. The next day I received a phone call from the supervisor explaining to me that there’s a 20% cancellation fee. There’s no communication between departments. The supervisor did not resolve the issue instead proceed to repeat the cancellation policy. When I asked to speak to someone else they were giving me the run around. It all started to feel like 100% scam. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a company! Save your money. Save your sanity and go with a more professional and established company.

We rescheduled them two weeks ago to pick our stuff up they were supposed to be here yesterday Friday the 10 2025 we called them we called them at 6pm no one was scheduled to pick pick our stuff up then they told us today Saturday the 11 and said between 8am and 12pm we called them this morning and no is scheduled to pick our stuff up and I have a new new couch coming at 3 o’clock today I will never us this company again they don’t do there job and I will be asking for my money back

guys showed up at my elderly parents house to pick up a queen mattress from 100 day trial from titan mattress they didn’t like. he came in an old suburban and had my dad help him get it in the car which Barely fit. my parents were uneasy around him as he was talking about being in jail and doing drugs. super disappointed! and scary for my parents!

On 12/1/2024 I ordered a pick up for a king size mattress and base. Their response was they would schedule a time and let me know. I heard nothing from t hem. On 12/8/2024 I had not heard from them so I called Got Junk. They were here within a couple hours to pick it up and very friendly to work with. On 1/3/2025 Loadup showed up at my door to get the mattress. Over a month had gone by. I told them I no longer needed the pick up. They are very difficult to deal with with emails, texts and phone. They are refunding me 50% of the amount I paid because I didn't notify them 24 hours in advance. Interesting, as no appointment was ever set up. I only got a text that said they were on their way a half hour before they arrived. I would not recommend using this company.

Beware of hidden cancellation charges! We had to cancel 24 hours before they were supposed to come out, but we were still charged a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel day of delivery, it’s 50%. You can’t find this information unless you dig halfway through their terms of service. Never would’ve gone with this company if I knew this ahead of time. We lost everything in a flood due to Hurricane Helene, and I was trying to get rid of a bed frame we can no longer use. Now this company is taking advantage of me just like so many other companies that tried to take advantage of us after the hurricane. Their website says that they provide “clarity”, but instead they provide terrible customer service and the opportunity to take advantage of you if you need to cancel for any reason, no matter how much time you provide for your cancellation. I tried to explain my situation, but was told that’s their policy so tough luck. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I wish I never booked Loadup. From the beginning I disclosed I wanted three (3) heavy items moved. I even sent pictures of the heavy items, the stairs and hallway. Loadup finally told me my items were too heavy for them. But Loadup kept on texting and calling me to close this deal! Because Loadup kept calling & texting me I booked them. Big mistake. Then I found out that they wouldn't do my move, too heavy. So I cancelled my booking within an hour on that same day. They kept my $40.80 deposit. Reason I suggest you hire another moving company is other moving companies were willing to move my 3 heavy items. So you can do better, I did too but it cost my $40.80 to learn this lesson from Loadup. Funny thing is I'm still getting marketing messages from Loadup & I appealed their $40.80 charge. If they refund my $40.80, I'll update this review.

This is hilarious! We had no idea Leesa had outsourced the removal of old mattress. So our new mattress from Leesa was delivered in a broken box on the sidewalk. My husband brings it onto the porch. I then have to call Leesa to figure out what happened to my in home delivery and removal of old mattress. I have already paid hundreds extra for this service. I then scheduled Loadup service, per Leesa customer service. Loadup was three hours late of the 8-12am delivery window (nothing to do here the Sat day before Xmas) and arrived at 3pm. Loadup guys came in my house and it smelled like a blunt for an hour after this two man crew left- shady group is putting it lightly. Funny but not. Do better!

Loader was having vehicle problems all day, could not complete the delivery. There should be a system set to pass the order to another contract loader if this happens, instead of keeping the order with on dedicated loader

The 2 men who showed up to remove an ol sofa bed from our home were both Foreigners. The main guy could speak some English, but the 2nd in command could not speak or understand English, and seemed to be an Illegal Alien. I showed them the sofa and began explaining things to them when they started speaking spanish to each other in front of me and a few of my family members. I asked them nicely & gently not to do that cause I couldn't understand them. The main guy became Incensed, and his eyes turned Demonic. He berated me and said they knew what they were doing, and I could just leave. they said this to me IN MY HOUSE !!!! I left the room and quickly got my family members to go to the lower floor, I was that nervous of these guys.I went to an adjoining room and let them do their work, but watched them. Keep in mind, the day before, I removed 2 inside doors to help them with their move. We also moved the stove 8 ft. across the kitchen to help them. We also directed them to pull their moving truck all the way into our backyard, so they didn't have to move it that far. A lot of good being nice got me, huh ?? At the end the main guy, in broken English, berated me again. He said they had to take the sofa out in pieces, because the and counters were in the way (🤣😂) and it wouldn't fit thru the doors (you mean the ones I removed the day before ?? 🤣😅) and that it was my FAULT. I knew I had to give them the Tip I set aside for them (the one they didn't deserve), because if I didn't there would probably be some retribution on their part against us with some property or auto damage from them a few nights later. JUST HORRIBLE !!!

Pickup for king size bed, but because box spring comes in 2 pieces wouldn’t pick up 2nd 1/2 of box spring.
