“I am a candle freak and ever since I tried this brand I refuse to buy any other brand. They burn clean and even and the smell fills your home in minutes. Their scents are amazing and they have them for every season and holiday. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have turned family and friends on to them also.”

“This company is terrible they bribe you with incentives to do a review, give you the incentive and the shipping is more than the incentive and they expect you to use it within 14 days. They are a scam and for that I can't like none of the products or respect their business ethics. In addition, their customer service number never works during operating work hours. They act like they have a number to call when truth is they only have email and chat to communicate any concerns. Stick with store front companies and skip the hassle if you ever have a problem GC will only make it worse. They don't have any customer service or an actual customer service number it's all a fraud.”
“The scent certainly doesn't match the name. Bought orange cream sherbert. Smells flowery not fruity. Bout the Orange Blossom...Smells like orange Creamsicle. Marshmallow changed completely. Never know what scent to buy. Never consistent at all. I'm done.”

I even went through my credit card company but they said I was sent a coupon and shouldve been satisfied; but you had to spend more money to use tge coupon. They were even snarkey about it too. They must have new management because I had to trouble with other orders. Will be contactung Attorney General's Office where they operate their business... recommend all people dissatisfied with them do the same.”
“I have purchased several times from this company and never had a issue. So I place another order with them and apparently it was delivered but when I arrived home it wasn't there. So I contact them and they won't help me unless I contact the police. Really??? So I disputed the charge and I will never purchase from them again! “I usually purchase all of my candles from Bath and Body Works and wanted to try them out. I generally have all of my orders.Go to my p o box due to all the porch pirates that are out there. When I placed the order the website did not say that they did not shift to p o boxes. I began getting emails in the wee hours of the night while I was still asleep and when I woke up and responded they had already canceled the order; not allowing time for me to respond. Based on this bad experience and other reviews I've just read.I will remain loyal to Bath and Body Works!!!”
“I use to absolutely love these candles, unfortunately the last 2 shipments have been a disappointment not in the smell but in how long the candle lasts. Before it would last on avg. 2.5 days now a candles will only last at most around 23 hours…. What a huge difference.. what a very big disappointment. I am no longer going to buy these candles.. looking for something different to smell up my home… ❤️”
“I have now ordered these candles and 2 of my other friends are hooked as well. I've read the other reviews before I purchased ad was very skeptical about shipping and scents. I now give them out to guests that come over and a candle is burning everyday and my whole house smells inviting. I also love that almost every time i order there is some sort of sale. My favorite plug in is the Blood Orange. I have them plugged in on all 3 floors in my townhouse!”
“Burned 3 different candles they all never stayed lit, the smell lasted 2 days at most, and the wax became dirty looking after 1 use. I have had other candles that I have burned for 8 hours straight and never had these problems. I sent an email they never responded until I texted them. Their best option was a gift card. Why would I want a gift card for a place that the product quality is terrible. I do not plan on buying from them again. They do gift cards so they don’t have to own up to their terrible product quality. Do not waste your money.”
“This is completely unacceptable! I cannot believe the lack of professionalism and customer service. Despite ordering 4 scents and 2 plug-in warmers, I received 6 scents and 0 plug-in warmers after a wait of 2 weeks. On top of that, customer service through text denied the mistake and kept insisting on sending another scent while ignoring the plug-in warmers issue. This kind of treatment is outrageous, and I refuse to ever deal with them again. I strongly recommend checking the BBB to see the numerous complaints about this company.”

“I placed an order from Goose Creek for the first time after only purchasing Bath and Body Works candles. My order never arrived. The photo is a porch that is not mine. Customer Support replied once, then never responded again. I am so upset I ever ordered from them. Never again!”
“Ok, so I'm giving a 3. Why? - because some of their candles smell amazing. The issue? Their leather candle and bourbon candles are never available anymore and they are the 2 that make goose creek popular IMO. Lastly every time I order I spend 100+ and it never lets me leave a review of the candles I purchase. Like I went to review their "Clarity" one because it smells like shower mold and it won't let me. There isn't even an option to do so.”

Bought another candle different scent loved it now no longer sells it. Shipping is crazy. I could go on but why waste my time. Just so people know is the only reason I did this. “I used to buy Goosecreek Candles all of the time and always had a positive experience. This time, their customer service was terrible. I placed an order last week and received an email from them stating that my account was flagged as fraudulent. In the email, they asked me to send a pic/copy of my photo id and then asked me to send a pic/copy of the last 4 on my credit card to verify that I was who I was. I have been trying to email them and let them know that I am not comfortable sending that information. NO ONE has emailed me back. When I try to call them, it says that they are experiencing higher volumes of calls and it tells me to get on a live chat or email them. Goosecreek does NOT have live chat and NO ONE will email me back and I am beyond frustrated. I have a payment for candles pending on my credit card and I can't do anything about it because no one will reach out to me.”
