I ordered three set of skincare propducts in December,2020,now it has already been over 4 month, I still not received anything. It is said it was returned to the seller by costom.I sent email many times, still no answer, it is just like a fraud, the worst experience ever. Will naver ever buy anything from this website.

I received a generous value of vouchers for Harvey Nichols for my 40th birthday in December and identified a Burberry coat online that I i wanted to buy. Given the National lockdown the store is closed until at least mid April so I opted to purchase online. I was so excited to buy my new coat only to be hugely disappointed when unable to utilise my vouchers online! Upon contacting customer service and asking them to make an exception given the current circumstances I have been met with silence. This is not the service that I expect from Harvey Nichols and I’ll be asking for my vouchers to be refunded so that I can spend the money elsewhere. The coat is a winter coat and may not even be in stock come April as the new season stock is brought out. I’m hugely disappointed.

This was my first time ever ordering from Harvey Nichols. I must say I ordered two Coach NY Disney x Coach x Keith Haring items. A sling (15 academy backpack pictured)bag and a (red & yellow pictured)charm. The bag was sold out in USA and the charm was only available over seas. The items arrived super quickly and packed so very well. I didn’t need to go through a third party to get these items to me in the states. I had forgotten to apply a discount code to my order. When I contacted them through their email system they replied within a few weeks with the refund applied promptly. They were awesome!!! I will be a repeat customer! Thanks!

So sad to read all these negative comments, wished I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered a CP Clothing T-shirt for my Son, they sent it, great, BUT it has a security tag on it so he couldn't wear it even if he wanted too. Way to spoil Christmas day................ I am in London and my Son is in Wigan and because of COVID we couldn't visit him, so his expensive T shirt was a waste of money!! I can see from your none comments that you wont reply, you don't seem to care about your customers!!

I paid for my product next day delivery and it hasnt arrived. Disappointing quick to take your money but less quick to rectify. Wont be using them again. Absolute shambles

Harvey Nichols actually send FAULTY items back to you - I was absolutely appalled that this is allowed to go on!! I returned a foundation with a clearly broken dispenser, leaking all over the box and HN think the best course of action is to reject the return as the item is “used” - how convenient for them! Robbery - Harvey Nichols you are an absolute disgrace

I just bought a bag of about 2 weeks ago. And they just reduced the price 50% now. Therefore I request them for a price match. But they said that is the nature of business... The company never respects the customer’s side. Awful customer service. I will not go to purchase with Harvey Nichols ever. It was my first time and that will be the LAST time. Bad experiences will never come back.

I purchased some earrings for my daughters 21st wanted to make this special as I was not able to see her also order a hamper from HN for the same time The earrings were not mini as described so my daughter returned them sealed and untouched in the original packaging we then received three of the most unfriendly emails I have ever had from customer services telling her they didn’t accept returns so they were sending them back to her they couldn’t talk to her because she hadn’t ordered them I then emailed and they said it was my mistake so they would not refund My daughter has now received them back and they have been removed from the packaging before being sent back to her !! Still no offer of help or compensation May be luxury products but not luxury service!!

I ordered a pair of trousers from Harvey Nichols, which have never been delivered. I have phoned Harvey Nichols and emailed several times over the last three weeks. Claire the manager in customer services was unhelpful, unsympathetic and generally cold. She has refused to send me a replacement or refund me ? I feel this is disgraceful customer service. I trusted Harvey Nichols and have shopped with you many times. But I will never step foot in your stores again. I have paid for something that I didn’t receive.

From a so called high end store I would expect better customer service. I could not order for delivery as Friday was too late for Christmas delivery but not click and collect, so ordered click and collect and paid in full. Went to pick up my order on Monday to be told it was not ready and wouldn't be until after Christmas,. I discussed a refund so I could re purchase in store only to be told it would take 10 working days, so Harvey Nichols will have had my money for a total of 22 days without parting with any goods. Apparently, Saturday and Sunday are not working days so they cannot provide the order or refund before Christmas, if I could have put a zero star rating I would have. Spoke to Hannah and Chloe. No managers available and you cannot speak to anyone at the Manchester store, all calls get re-directed to Edinburgh...very disappointed and will go to Selfridges in future.

I ordered a wine collection on the online site. 2 hours later they cancelled the order without explanation 'The above order has been cancelled. We regret that things didn’t work out on this occasion'. No solutions / options, just this. And the E mail address they offered for support isn't even in operation. Poor Ecom experience, given HN's positioning its just not good enough - online needs to meet store positioning, not be worse than generic Amazon. But Amazon came to rescue, I'd prefer to support physical stores, but HN needs to improve, Fortnum & Mason do it much better.

Ordered online, missing 3 out of 4 items and concluded that they are not responsible. No refund, no apology or offer of sending out 3 items they didn't pack. 2 lipsticks and a mascara on their 30% shopping discount.

Received very good customer service whilst pairing of Louboutins however once I got home decided they were too small. Called Chris and we arranged for me to post back whilst he got a pair from another store. The new pair will be delivered to me only 6 days from my first call. Amazing service, took all my worry away, nothing was too much trouble, so very helpful.

Very disappointing experience in a "luxury" department store.NO RECOMMENDED I am a lover of make up I was very excited to go to Harvey Nichols and enjoy the amazing selection of high-quality makeup brands. My disappointment starts in the disgusting condition of the tester in Ysl, lipstick with fluff and hair on them, foundation tester dripping over displays, primer tester has a dry product that hasn't been clean in ages, unbelievable conditions for a "luxury" brand. Customer service in this "prestigious" brand was poor and rude. Spanish, Italian lady with a very poor English, serve me with very bad manners and rushing the consultation with me. When I ask to be colour match she took a set of brushes from a drawer in absolutely disgusting conditions,what for I ask her to please to make sure the brush she uses with me was clean, as I have very sensitive skin, very rude and aggressive she mentions that all the brushes were clean, when I can clearly see rest of makeup on them. I felt very intimidated by her behaviour, and how aggressive she was applying foundation on me. I ask her if there was a counter manager with who I could have a word, and with a sarcastic smile on her face, she mentions she was the business manager while she walks away from me, to speak with somebody else from another counter in her mother tongue language, again with a very aggressive body language. I was very shocked, so I left with an incredible disheartened feeling. I don't even understand how companies as YSL and HARVEY NICHOLS, allowed this type of behaviour. How is possible that a manager in a luxury department store, don't speak proper English, doesn't care about counter hygiene conditions, use dirty brushes on customers, and she is so rude and aggressive. A rash appears few the day after in my face and I had to treat by a doctor. I will never come back to this department store.
