Ordered a Christmas tree on line 11/21. Was supposed to deliver by 12/2. I called 12/3 and it is still sitting in the HD warehouse with a UPS tracking number assigned but UPS has not picked up the package.

This is a good a review I had a great experience with the gentlemen in store 1212 . First of all I had no mask he immediately gave me a mask , Then he help me with the screws and walked to me to find some blinds . Darnell from hardware is so good at what he does for Home Depot . Edwin Smith

Home Depot's customer service is so terrible that I cannot find any words to describe it. First time I ordered a washer and dryer the technician did not install it and cancelled the whole order without my approval. I exactly know why and how he did it. My wife is not a native English speaker so it is obvious that the delivery employee tried to take advantage of this situation and they did. We live in a 4 story townhome and the laundry room is on the 3rd floor so I am %100 sure they did not want to carry the appliances up to the 3rd floor. They left a note saying that the depth of the washer and dryer is too large and it should be at or below 30" which is not accurate because the previous washer and dryer set's depth was 34". To get this issue sorted out, I have called your customer service line 5 times (where 2 times I was put on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes) and requested that I would like to receive the washer and dryer not a refund. The second time I ordered a washer (the LG here) the delivery people brought it where one side of the washer was completely banged up (See Photos please!!) because someone dropped it when picking it up with a forklift. So me and my wife declined to have it installed and the delivery people ordered another washer who knows when we will receive it. Now I am on the phone with Home Depot Online and they are telling me that there is not another order under my name and I am about to go insane!!!!! From now on, I will make sure that I cancel my Home Depot Pro account and switch over to Lowe's. I will make sure to address these 2 issues to to your executives both by email and a letter. Home Depot should just terminate its customer service department simply because there are no follow ups, no professionalism and no care. I think terminating this department will save your company a lot of money. Home Depot Online Store is terrible and but the customer service is even more terrible. ALL CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY FROM HOME DEPOT AND GO BUY FROM ANOTHER STORE!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a dishwasher online and paid for it to be installed. When the delivery driver showed up he started to uninstall my old dishwasher. He then told me that he couldn't do it because there was a lip on the floor. He said that he could leave the new dishwasher but that was it. I said let me call my wife and see what she thinks. Before I was finished with that call the guy left. He didn't even reinstall my old dishwasher. He just left. Shame on Home Depot for this behavior. When you called to complain about this and request my money back the call center person said that she didn't do refunds and gave my wife a phone number She said press option 2. When she did it just said goodbye and hung up on her. This was totally unacceptable from a major corporation. I would give them zero stars if I could My recommendation is go to Lowes

I ordered an item listed as having "5 in stock" at a local store. I paid for it online, but when I arrived was told it was a "special order only" item that would arrive at the store in 2-3 weeks. Customer service would not cancel the order or refund the money. I was told I would have to wait the 3 weeks, pick it up in-store, call customer service, request a return label, ship it back to the company, and request a refund. I asked to speak to someone else and was told to call back "on Tuesday" (3 days later) when they would be available. The information on their website was intentionally misleading, and their policies are designed to scam customers. I will never shop here again for any reason.

Everything seemed to go wrong. The on line order did not work correctly until the 4th time. Then the delivery was set three ways for the 3 products. Called customer service and they screwed up the billing portion so I had to call customer service again to get that corrected. Each time they told me they would have to cancel and recharge. It was everything but simple, efficient and time saving. Never again!!! If you wait on the line after you conversation with customer service a survey comes on to rate them.....when you try to leave a negative review it says there is an error and boots you. Ha.

I was at Home Depot in Melbourne, Florida with 2 garbage cans to purchase. I was looking for a cashier and saw no one where there was a sign saying customer service. I thought maybe I was at a self checkout lane and tried the bar code reader and it only beeped. An employee walked past me, like every employee in the store does. I asked if the register was open. She simply said that was not a self serve register and continued walking away. The self serve registers are at the far end of the building. When I have searched all over the store to find what I need, I do not want to work as a cashier. Give someone a job and take out the self serve registers.

I was in great need of a washer for our clothes so I ordered a washer from Home Depot and it was scheduled to be delivered in a week. They are supposed to confirm appointment 1 day before delivery but they never called me so I was proactive and called them and they confirmed the washer would be out the next day. November 19th 2020.. I get an email at 6:30am on the 19th letting me know that there was a glitch in their system and all major appliance customers have to reorder. Why would I get an email the day of??? This is very very poor service. Now I have to reorder and wait minimum 1 week for a washer to arrive... no discounts or any offers offered to me for the inconvenience. Simply I’ve just been told to deal with it and reorder or dont. That’s my options. Really gave me no satisfaction options. So I will get my satisfaction posting negative reviews and posting my YouTube negative reviews of this incident all over social media.. Attn: Corporate if you are unaware of how your customer service is treating all the people who were involved in the major appliance glitch last week, well now you know!!! Worse Customer Service Experience EVER!!! STORE 6530 Rosenburg, Texas Placed an order online with another store 6561 (Grand Parkway) because it showed that they have the order in their inventory. Scheduled and paid for a 2 days delivery. On day of delivery, called the store and was told Store 6530 (Rosenburg) was the store that would be doing the final delivery. Called this store and the Manager stated there was nothing she could do about my order since it has been rescheduled for the next day and I was just calling at 4pm. Told her I place the order early online (2 days) prior and only called since I didn't get any delivery update from them so It was not like I was just calling at 4pm given the fact I had already scheduled my vendors that would be using the inventory to work on my project for the next day at 8am. Did care a bit. Asked why I was not called to be updated on this delay, NO Responses. Asked to given a window when the delivery will be done, stated between 6am to 8pm. Asked if She could confirm an opening between 6am to 8am, she said NO!!. Told her I would call Corporate and give reviews on all social media about this bad experience I just had with them and hung up. So long story short, I didn't get my order per the scheduled date. If you place an order online with this or ANY HOME DEPOT store, start calling them ASAP just to ensure that your order is truly available in their store (they don't update their inventory rightly per my conversation with the Corporate office), ensure you go pick up rather than schedule for them to deliver cos they don't have the trucks or flat beds, and also their customer service SUCKS!!! They cannot help nor are they bother to help resolve your issues. Its a SHAME you make your customer believe they are getting the right services they paid for!! **Update*** Next Day I was called that my items was on the way for delivery. Delivery guy was given only 20 of my 60 rebars ordered. Said they told him it was 60. We both took pictures and I called back the store, they kept me on hold for 27 mins only to be told they will start processing my 40 items to be delivered the next day. What is wrong with this store!!!! Later called and request for my refund, was told i will be called with the refund info. A guy call from another Home Depot store (completely different and not close to my home) and stated i needed to come to his store to swipe my card in order to get my refund. Asked him how his store got involved since i had nothing to do with his store, he stated they must had wrongly called his store instead of the initial store the order identified when i made my payment that it was the Rosenburg's store's mistake. Told him the same way someone mistook my 60 items delivery as a 20. When will they learn. Their attention to details is sad... Told him I refuse to go into a store for a refund for an online purchase and that they all (making a total of 4 home depot store Grand Parkway, Kings Bridge, Rosenburg and now Katy) should fix their issues and refund my money. I AM TOTALLY DONE WITH HOME DEPOT... THIS IS A BIG SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!!!! YOU ALL DROPPED THE BALL. Corporate need to ensure they have the right people working for them

Waited for 3 months for a refrigerator still waiting. They don’t let you know when you get a delivery until the last minute and they will have you wait until forever

Horrible installation service and follow up customer service. Everything was so good when we were purchasing over $3000 worth of appliances and paid to have the microwave installed. When microwave was being installed I told him it was wrong, but he insisted it was correct I did not want to get in an argument with him and thought I would call Home Depot the next day and explain the situation. I learned a hard lesson. It has been a month and all I am getting is a run around. Home Depot says it is installers responsibility and installers say no, call my home owners insurance because vent pulled loose from roof. Even though their installers did it. I’m so frustrated by this, it is starting to affect me health. I am a senior citizen and I wonder if I was younger would I be ignored. Home Depot is the worse. One more thing....they still have installation fee. Will never use again or recommend.

My main complaint is about Home Depot policy and their choice of XPO company for delivery. I ordered a "Available On Line Only" granite vanity top (bathroom sink). After waiting nearly 3 weeks, it arrived BROKEN. The replacement, 3 weeks later was ALSO BROKEN. The tracking #'s provided by HD at time of sales were unusable on either companies site. The XPO phone system will give updates, but I found drivers can lie about locations and "attempted" deliveries. Past the XPO automated system is a Call Center in the Philippines.. The Home Depot call center was better, but all they can do is offer an apology and take your next order. HD needs to offer better shipping options for these items that can't be purchased in store.

My wife and I went into home Depot today to buy some paint.we do foster care so because of this some of the kids you may have to paint a lot so when we found three gallons of oops paint on the shelf of course we would want it. We asked the girl in the paint department she said it would ring up as oops paint. At the self checkout the paint was ringing up full price we told the attendant who was playing a book of games, that it was oops paint which was running down the sides of the can. The girl was so busy playing with her game she got an attitude with us went to the paint department would not sell us the paint I asked for manager to come, he was just as rude as the cashier said they cannot sell it because it didn't have a sticker I told him it only takes a second to print out a sticker and he would not do it. The store manager and cashier made it look like we were trying to steal in front of all the customers we were so humiliated I think we deserve a written apology.

I'm writing about the Home Depot in Woodbury Minnesota. I found the most mystical reindeer on line. I couldn't have it delivered but I could pick one up at the Woodbury store. I live in Coon Rapids and even though it was a little bit of a hike I loved this one of a kind reindeer. I purchased the reindeer and at the time there was 2 of them. My order went through and was paid for. So I drove to Woodbury Home Depot to pick it up only to find it out of stock. I was so disappointed. I asked if I could have the display and they said no. I asked if they would be getting more. The nice lady at the counter said no. I asked why then couldn't I get that one and she said they don't sell there display. Back to Coon Rapids. Disappointed I tried to order another one but no luck. Everyone I talked to couldn't have been nicer. Finally, I was told it was up to the Woodbury manager. So, what do you think I did......I called to speak to the manager. I will say he was very put out to hear my story. I asked why if your not getting anymore why won't you honor the sale? He told me it brings people over to the area. I asked when would he sell it to me and his reply was 2 weeks before Christmas BUT he couldn't promise anything. Even though the sale was confirmed he couldn't promise me. He was not sorry in fact he wanted to get rid of me. I have to say all the people that I talked to from Home Depot went above and beyond to help me. Especially the lady who went down to the supply room to see if it was there. Who ever is the Woodbury manager could learn alot from his employees. He never apologized once for the mistake and I felt he could have rectified it by giving me the display. Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR HOME DELIVERY FROM HOME DEPOT. I watched the video on the Home Depot website that said they would take all precautions for delivering appliances during this pandemic. NO THEY WOULD NOT PUT THE MASKOVER THEIR NOSES. I asked the man several times to put his mask over his nose. When he refused, I told him to get out of my kitchen and my House. He refused to move. I taped him. He would not leave my house till my husband told him to leave. NEVER TRUST HOME DEPOT.

It's so surreal that I have to come here to leave a store review. Home Depot posts reviews of stores on their website, but there is no obvious way to write one. Do they make them up? Anyway, went to HD today to buy paint. The store was packed with customers, during a spike in the COVID pandemic. They used to limit the number of customers inside, and I guess they just decided to he!! with that, let everyone in. And about 1/3 of customers were not wearing masks. I asked the paint department person about people not wearing masks and she giggled and said, "Well I guess some people don't want to wear them". WTF? Are we still in a pandemic or not? Why yes, we actually are. Then my husband mentioned the lack of masks to a checkout person who said, well it's all up to who the manager is that particular day. Oh really? There is no store-wide policy? Just throw caution to the wind and put your customers at risk? OK then HD I'm done going to your store and buying stuff from you. If you don't care about me, I sure don't care about YOU.

The reason we have to come here and write a review is because there is NO way to leave a review on home depot. They are the worst. Poor customer service, dishonest advertising, and no way to actually make a complaint and have it addressed.

Went there to buy a certain washing machine. Asked to saleswoman if it was in stock and she rudely asked "why did I want to know?" Bought the washer and scheduled delivery. They left me a voice message that it would be delivered between 9 and 1 the next day. Received a text the next day with the same message. Took a day off from work. Never arrived. Turns out they could not get one till late November. This took place September 23. Found one at Lowes! If I could give this experience zero stars I would!

I bought a stove and was informed I had to wait 25 days for delivery! Also, I could have my old stove removed for an additional charge. When installer came to my house to determine measurements, I asked if all was good to have old stove removed and I was informed again that it was not a problem. Two days later I got a call from HD saying installer refused to remove my old stove! That I had to find a way to disconnect and remove the stove! Then a week later got another call saying my original delivery date was canceled and rescheduled for 8 days later! I already had to take 3 days off from work (one for measurement, one for delivery, and one for install). Now I have to take an additional 2 days off for delivery and install! No helpful service with this purchase whatsoever! Will NEVER buy from HD again! Not a nice way to treat customers at all. Very unprofessional. I have already informed all my friends and co-workers not to shop at HD and they are now taking their business elsewhere.

I'm never shopping at Home Depot again! We ordered new kitchen cabinets in June. When we received them at the end of August, half of them were either damaged or missing! The next delivery contained a drawer that wouldn't pull out and another with cockeyed doors. After 4 more weeks of waiting for the replacement cabinets, I finally told them to come get the cabinets they delivered and asked for a refund. I got the run around and spoke to 4 different managers, but never the store manager. We had to go to Cheyenne to process the refund. I've been without a functional kitchen since September 2nd. We are eating out for most meals and doing dishes in our bathroom sink. It's awful! When asked if there was anything they could to to compensate us for the increased cost (contractor putting in the few cabinets we had, paying for missing cabinets that were not even ordered in the first place, and having to eat out), inconvenience and stress, I was told that since we returned the cabinets and got a refund, there was nothing they could do. Nothing? Really? I've filed a complaint, so we'll see where that gets us. #homedepotsucks
