“I feel very loathed to give it 1 star. this is a cowboy company, it seems to me like they have managed to pull in feeds from other music websites and try and present that they have music in stock when they don't anything. who in the 21st century still uses btinternet.com for a professional web mail account (most people would use the domain address). I've been waiting 3 weeks for my vinyl and neil stopped responding to me 2 weeks ago. I've contacted my bank to get the money back, this individual's website needs to be taken offline and reported to the trading standards. complete rip off and makes a mockery of all those passionate music lovers who work so hard to provide us with great music.”

horizonsmusic have had my £175 since the 3 August. They never had the stock and will never get it but still they advertise it on they website
Instead of giving me a refund when I asked for it, they want to abuse me, the customer on the phone instead.
Holding onto my money for as long as possible. Now I have to wait for the long drawn-out paypal process until I'm refunded.

These people take your order/money and then ghost you and/or fob you off with automated emails stating there are delays on orders due to a move to new premises/warehouse (they've been moving for a couple of years now!!). At no point will they commit to fulfilling an order or adhering to their responsibilities under the Trading Standards Act. The items are likely not in stock. I was fobbed off with either no info or vague statements. I had to raise a dispute via Paypal and then escalate it further before eventually receiving a refund. Horizons Music did not engage in that process at all.. scumbags. This process took almost 3 months from originally placing the order. There are extensive threads on e.g., Facebook, Discogs and other review platforms with a considerable volume and range of people that have experienced this same issue. You might get lucky, but it ain't worth the risk. The owner Neil is an absolute pleb, so too is the assistant Carolyn - both are full of complete sh!t (if they even answer the phone to you!).”

Did not receive order confirmation or ANY replies to my chasers. They also blocked me on Instagram and Twitter when I chased them up there. Had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back.
Horizons Music seems like a criminal enterprise judging by the reviews on there and Trust Pilot.

“There are loads of lovely people selling records in the UK that love music and care about their customers. Neil at Horizon Music is not one of those.. Do yourself a favour and purchase your vinyl from somewhere else. I bought a faulty 12” from Horizon, emailed & called to get it sorted out and never heard back from them. If you read the reviews you’ll see I’m not the only one with this kind of experience.. Avoid at all costs and tell everyone you know to steer clear.”

All records were "In Stock" I waited over 3 months didnt get a shipped confirmation or a reply from over 5 emails. These cowboys are dishonest and misleading to a huge percentage of their customers.
Like all music websites if you want something thats rare or in demand you gotta be there that day or have pre-order with a confirmation. If these guys are still showing it in stock when everyone else is sold out - its gone!!!
