Ordered online and paid for next day delivery. There’s no number to call to customer services. Emailed 5 times but no reply for 9 days. Eventually got a reply saying it’s delayed because they busy. Sorry. DISGRACEFUL REPLY DISGUSTING SERVICE ABSOLUTELY AVOID.. This is the reply I got after 9days, sending them 5 emails chasing my delivery, even though I paid for next day delivery. “ Thanks for reaching us, Due to the high volume of the parcels, the delivery will be delayed. At the moment we are unable to provide the expected time.” I was left shocked!!

A promotion of spend £60 on clinique to receive set valued £206 for £60. However at checkout it simply took 20%off the £206 set, (the standard reduction for all gift sets). Tried several times, different days, same result. Webchat couldn't explain. To rub salt in, promotion now finished but I get emails offering the set at 30% off!!

Click and collect items missing. They refused to refund money. And changed their version of the day those items were collected.

Ordered a Christmas present for my son on 8th December and received an order acknowledgement to say that my goods would be with me by 14th December. On 9th December the money was removed from my credit card. Since then, no despatch confirmation, no tracking number, no goods. Wrote to them on 20th December - no reply before Christmas. Reply now received, but I had told them that I would escalate to my credit card company if I did not receive a reply, which i have done. Apparently they had 'warehouse issues'. HOF - always best to be honest about the potential for an unfulfilled order BEFORE you take someone's hard earned money. Won't be using again.. ever

The worst customer experience ever. My order form House of Fraser has been lost by Hermes, there’s no number to call, just an auto char. After airing for nearly an hour, I be been connected to an agent via chat. That person promised to investigate and send an email. Still no email, no refund… Do not waste your time and order elsewhere,

I wish I could give a zero! Look at their facebook… flooded with people who haven’t received orders. I ordered a number of things with an eye watering delivery charge (a vase counted as a large and bulky item…!) they have then then not replied to their chat bot, Facebook or Instagram (getting to 2 days before Xmas and no reply!) the rest of the order has arrived and one thing is damaged and 2 things are missing… people aren’t getting their presents because of HOF. Avoid at all costs. There is tape on the bottom of the very very late order, it looks like it’s been damaged or dropped or stolen from.

There is no customer service ! House of Fraser should not be allowed to trade ... House of Fraser has robbed me of £90 . I value my mental health so have given up trying to get my money back ! Well done House of Fraser

Terrible customer service. Paid for next day delivery and queried when my item didn't arrive. Was told that although my order was placed well before the cut off for next day, they hadn't processed it until later meaning I didn't qualify for next day delivery. Such a scam to offer next day delivery but choose not to process orders until its too late. Customer service were rude and unhelpful. No attempt at an apology whatsoever

They worst customer service i have ever experienced. I brought my partner a pair of boots for Christmas. They turned up in a horrible state which were obviously returned to them. I thrn brought another pair which arrived in a worse state. I have been back and forth for over a week now. Speaking to countless people via messenger (no phone number and no response to my emails.) i have been asked for the same information more than 10 times, despite it being in one thread. All signing off as Gemma as if its one person. I have asked to speak to someone on the phone 6/7 times, each time this was ignored. I now have to send back both items(which they will probably resell) then i will have to wait up to 14 days for a refund. Discusting service. Never again

I ordered a dress and a Valentino handbag ,been charged for these items and never received them .Sent emails regarding this matter and have totally been ignored .I’ve been robbed .

Bought an item in Manchester and I can’t return it in Leeds. You can’t phone customer service, there is no online chat and you can’t email customer service without an order number, so surely someone in store would help! No!. It is in their policies, but I also won’t get a cash refund. So I have to drive back to Manchester for a credit note to spend in a shop I never want to go in again. Leeds ‘manager’ was horrible and stood over me, ignoring personal space let alone social distancing and was so unhelpful and obstructive. Urgh!! AVOID if you like customer service, a shame as I spend a lot in the shop….sorry I did.

I bought a pair of boots which I needed to return at my cost. I did not receive any paperwork for returning them and after trying to contact them for over one hour I gave up!!. I tried the customer service number which cuts you off and also the virtual customer service which does not respond!!. I used to love the HOF but sadly it is not the same now. Customers like myself will not bother to buy online a second time!!. Extremely poor service which makes me wonder how long this company will now last. I would sum up by saying beware of spending your money with this company on line!!. 15th December 2021.

It's the second time when I ordered clothing online. I've been provided with a link from their postal service Asendia which doesn't work. Asendia doesn't reply to any queries. Moreover, the description of the item ordered on Asendia's data is different from what I actually ordered. Their customer service staff keep sending me silly advice on what I should do, instead of real assitance.

Terrible!!! Cannot get a refund from November to January only a credit note or exchange. It is not clearly stated only a small sign. Disgusting. Will never spend another penny in this store.

Do not purchase anything off them. I tried to return a jumper and they would not refund my money only offer credit note or exchange. Could not speak to anyone I shop or online. Absolutely disgusting as I was not told this is the procedure. If I would have known I would not have bought. They should not be allowed to get away with this. I will never shop there again.

I ordered a pair of Barbour burnished leather thinsulate gloves for my son in law’s birthday. Unfortunately when he opened them, there were 2 left handed ones. I have sent dozens of emails stating I was sending them back for an exchange. I then received an email saying they were out of stock.I not only paid £4.99 delivery but also charged postage for returning them. I then received another email a few days later saying “ exchange of faulty item”. I’ve still not received the pair of gloves ordered at the beginning of November. Another email arrived last week “ Ticket resolved “. No idea what that means as I have neither the gloves or a refund! Horrendous customer service, rude disinterested staff in my local store.

Ordered a christmas tree on line from House of Fraser over a week ago, expecting delivery within 7 days. It hasn't even been dispatched and the status just said ready to ship all week. There is no phone number to ring to talk to someone so had to use webchat. It was half an hour before anyone was available to talk to me. I was told delay is due to an IT problem and it will take up to 3 days for someone in their IT dept to respond. They wont provide a refund because the computer says no. Still waiting for it to be sorted out. Please dont buy anything from this company. Shocking customer service.
