It’s the Voice of Customer. I purchased a HP laptop online for £399.98 on 26 June but never delivered. They said the order has not gone through but the money of course was paid in full to HP! They did not refund the money yet as of 7 July! It's not my business to remind the HP management that HP UK has been UNABLE to sell, or how the sale team's poor performance is. They probably know better, I just needed to get my money refunded. I was told that I will get refunded 3-5 working days since 28th June, but that never happened. They even deleted the order number from the sale database!!! I don’t know why HP do this sort of stuff to poor customers ?! I hope I can get the money back from HP UK. I promise not to repeat my mistake to buy any of their products. Based on my horrible experience I recommend not to approach HP. They can not sell…

HP recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now Microsoft Photos which is the photo processing app of THEIR choice is no longer compatible with my 3 year old Spectre. HP won’t fix it without charging me. The whole reason I purchased this model was because it was highly recommended for photo processing

HP deliberately delays repair case to wait for warranty to expire to avoid repairing faulty product ‎Computer initially damaged due to an internal fault on March 17th. Customer rep encouraged me to wait until May to schedule the repair due to my studies. On the 1st May I make contact to discuss repairs and collection. I am again encouraged to wait a week to schedule collection. On the 8th May I contact to discuss repairs and collection . HP 'agrees' to repair device and advises me to wait for a call to arrange this. On the 11th May, I still had not received a call to arrange the collection. I contact HP and they inform me that the case is under review and being handled. On the 15th May, having still received no contact from HP, I make contact and discover the case has been closed without informing me. I am told to contact New Zealand HP to arrange repairs. On 17th May I am supposedly given the contact for New Zealand HP by the UK rep. I attempt to contact HP New Zealand via whatsapp. I am placed in the wrong queue at 5.31pm BST on the 17th and remained there without contact until 8.02am BST 18/05/2022. On 18th May I discovered that I had been placed in the UK support queue, not the New Zealand support queue as requested. On 19th May I finally made contact with New Zealand HP support "Please tell them the unit has global coverage So you can arrange and service to the unit” I contacted UK HP and was told: “Your device repair are supported by Australia and New Zealand only” On the 23rd May, HP said "as this unit was purchased outside of UK, HP can only provide technical support on best effort basis" On the 24th May, HP said "we are ready to honor the Global Warranty Policy, and have requested our support team to reach you by phone to assist further with the issue with the unit" On the 26th May, I finally made contact with HP and was on the phone from 14.22 - 15.10, quoting my case number to agents who subsequently sent me to different departments, placing me on hold several times. I was then informed that the case number I had been given did not exist in the UK system. A new Case ID was created for me, and attached to my complaint. I was asked to send photos of the damage, and I did so. On the 27th May, I received written confirmation that " We have successfully received the pictures you have sent us. We escalated the case to the right department, as soon as we get an update we will provide you with all the information" On the 30th May, I received an email " After checking with our engineering team, we would like to send the unit to our repair line. We will need to discuss it directly via phone" I called them at 14.19 and was told that my case had been escalated and would be sent for repair, and would be collected on the 1st June in the morning. We discussed collection arrangements, and I was told I would receive an email confirming this. On the 31st May at 14.28 I still had not received this email, so I called HP to follow up. I was informed that my repair case had been closed, without informing me. Consequently, I believe that this month-long interaction has been designed to bring my product closer to the warranty expiration date, such that HP has deliberately obfuscated the repair process for a product protected by their global coverage warranty so as to avoid responsibility for repairing the faulty product.

Absolutely the worst sales customer service. I tried to purchase a gaming monitor on HP site, the price was advertised as $154.99 and when I add it to the cart the price jumped to $229.99, when I tried the chat option to get it fixed I was told they could not fix it and I should save screenshot and try later when the problem was fixed. The next day when I tried to purchase it again, the advertised price was changed to $234.99 and when I used the chat option and explained the situation and that I was told to use the screenshot to get it at the original price, the agent kept reading the statement form a script that prices change and I must pay the new price. In car dealerships this is called Bait and Switch, I guess HP is following the same practice.

I ordered a laptop to use for my online classes. Several days after the expected arrival date I called Fedex and was told that they dropped the laptop. Up to that point I had received no information from Fedex or HP that I would not receive my computer. I contacted HP and told customer service that it was urgent that I receive a computer for the start of my semester on May16. Despite my urgent request I was informed that they would not send another computer until they received the damaged one from Fedex due to their corporate policy. HP is holding a replacement laptop that I have bought and paid for hostage all the while I fall further behind in my schoolwork. Corporate greed at its finest.

I have tried all angles of communication and can’t get through to anyone. Absolute zero customer service unless you want to communicate with a robot that is only programmed to answer about for specific questions. Don’t waste your money with extended warranty because there is no support. I tried, live chat (which isn’t live chat), email no response, telephone doesn’t get through to anyone….

The fact that you all can STOP me from printing documents because I’m on an ink subscription is ridiculous. HUGE over reach into my personal life. I tried to print documents for a job interview and ended up missing it because my printer was in an error state. Turns out if you miss a payment they remotely lock your printer!!!

I've bought a HP Pavilion laptop and has been facing issues continuously with it ever since I've purchased it. Initially when I bought the product, it is supposed to be 1TB memory but was given only 512GB. When I contacted the HP sales team from whom I've purchased the product they have added additional 512GB SSD card. There was again issue with the laptop after that. The laptop was getting shutdown automatically while working without any notification with a blue screen and all my work is getting lost because of that. After few days there is some other issue that my screen was flickering for no reason and there were dots on my entire screen. When I contacted the HP support team, it was diagnosed as a hardware issue and a technician was sent to my home for replacement of the hard drive. He verified the device and said it was not the hardware issue, it's issue with the SSD card as the SSD card used in my laptop was of Samsung and not the original HP's. I've again contacted the sales team and got the SSD card replaced with the original HP one. But still the issue is not resolved. Again my laptop screen was flickering and I again contacted the support team and now they said it was the OS issue and installed new OS on my system and I was told there will be no issue in the future again. I'm so very frustrated that the issue still persists and the laptop is getting shutdown for no reason again with a blue screen. This is really very annoying and I'm so frustrated with the product. I will never purchase or suggest anyone to buy it. There is some or the issues occurring since the day1. I'm being so patient with the product but I'm not getting permanent resolution for the issues neither from the sales team nor the support team. I would've given zero rating, since the option is not there, I've given 1 star. This is really bothering and I'm not able to complete my work on time due to these many issues on my hp laptop. I will never buy hp products at all in my lifetime.

Purchased desktop, changed my mind, returned it, charged restocking fee, which HP failed to mention. They have had it for a week, and have yet to issue credit. Total ripoff company. Never buy from them

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service in the printer industry. They put Instant Ink cartridges in all of their printers and then shut off your printing unless you renew. I've been on the chat with them for 4 hours with no resolution. We are throwing this printer in the dumpster and buying a Canon that has easy set up and Excellent customer service.

Ordered two identical Pavilion Laptops. One was delivered in 10 days, and I am very pleased with it. I have not received the second one. It’s been 6 weeks exactly. Customer Service is worthless, just excuses. FedEx has now joined in the fun, delay after delay. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow, we’ll see!

bought brand new cartridges for my printer from the HP Canada website and they didn't work upon receiving them. I called the company for technical support and the tech immediately confirmed they were faulty so put me thru to sales to refund my purchase however as soon as I explained it to them they said this is a technical issue and put me back to tech support. I then held for 47 minutes before an automated voice said plz call again and hung me up! their customer service and their products are TERRRRRRRIBLE!

If you want to order and pay for a PC and then don't get it - go ahead and order from the HP Store. When you try and phone aftersales (as there is no telephone number for them so phone sales and they put you through) you will receive excuse after excuse. They told me there was a internal fraud issue and then it was an issue with after care, then they didnt know why the computers were not dispatched as they were in stock. They told me to write in with a complaint - I'm guessing to get me of the phone as i never got a reply to my complaint either. If you want your item delivered - order from somewhere else other HP.

Ordered a custom laptop. Was told estimated delivery date. That date got extended twice. Was then told I could cancel for a refund or exchange for a ready to ship laptop instead. I responded that I would like to cancel because I’m going out of town for 3 weeks soon and am a full time student so I didn’t want to risk getting my delivery extended again and not having a laptop during my trip. I planned to use the refunded money to buy a laptop in person to guarantee I would have one for school. Then I was told my cancellation failed even though I requested it the same day they offered the option? But I still haven’t received a ship notification and I NEED this laptop. I have called multiple times and the individuals are nice but ultimately unhelpful. I will never order or use an HP again. I get the supply chain is bad right now but HP should warn people that delays are possible BEFORE the order is placed not AFTER. But of course they won’t do that because it could mean a loss of sales. Instead they would rather tarnish their reputation and leave a bad taste in their customers mouths.

Diabolical customer service Diabolical customer service - it’s impossible to reach customer services, I’ve had zero help with my problem! I’m left with no ink after their instant ink scheme stopped working. Bought a new cartridge - printer won’t let me use it. Now I’m sitting with a totally useless £80 printer. Avoid at all costs.

I bought an HP Pavillion laptop in August of 2018 and by September of 2021 ( about 3 years of ownership), it stopped working due to hardware failure. I bought another HP laptop in Sept 2021 and after 9 months, it lockup up randomly multiple times a day. Since the PC was still in warranty, I called their technical support. Got a rep on the phone after waiting for 45 minutes, first of all, the rep had a horrible grasp of the language and it was almost impossible to understand him. We finally managed to get him remote control of my PC and watching what he did, I had the impression that he didn't know what he was doing. Afte close to an hour of troubleshooting to no avail, he told me to reset the PC and abruptly hung up the phone. I did not follow his ignorant suggestion and took the PC to a repair shop (software has only a three months warranty) and in less than half an hour they fixed the problem. The problem was sure to file corruption! Will never buy anything from this company again.

Horrible company. I bought a brand new laptop from the online store and it has been faulty from the start. Their customer services dept treated me so poorly and won't give me a refund or replacement. I've wasted a lot of time on this issue and I wish I'd just bought from somewhere else. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I never will again.
