Well they don’t deserve even 1 star. It was almost a full time job making so many calls, explaining, being on hold, waiting for call backs, countless emails, waiting for “correct” vouchers and itineraries, reviewing everything since there was always something wrong. Then booking all the transportation pick ups and returns. We have been in Greece for 3 days and have spent 171 euros on taxis car services. The documents said paid bag for each, not true spent 58 euros for our bags this morning to Santorini with the 6 am flight. Got to The imperial Med hotel at 7:30 am waited 5 hours for room. We did get breakfast, but when I asked for a glass of water I was told no water had to buy it only allowed to have by the glass at breakfast. Nothing for the room full of us waiting for rooms to be ready. Nothing. Tried to give us one bed when we were clear 2 beds, made them change us another room. Told us only allowed one room key. There are so many disappointed people here. I do feel for the staff they are doing there best to keep up with all the dissatisfied guests. Right next to airport so there is that noise. We go to Mykonos in 3 days. Our expectations are 0. This company should be shut down.

Horrible company, do not use them for any traveling needs. There is no integrity with this business.

Be warned. Bait and switch. When I called for one of their deals to Greece, it jumped from $899 to $1799 per person. When I told them to skip it, they went into "save the sale" mode which felt like a high pressure car salesman. Suddenly they wanted to reduce the cost when I threatened to "walk." I did not book the trip.

I had an horrible experience with Ambrosia Suites in Athens Greece where they sent email stating they would give me a refund but I had to contact Jetline Vacation to obtain it. I sent Jetline a copy of email and requested refund only to have Jetline Vacation to say that they contacted hotel and the hotel wasn't willing to give a refund now. Despite having the email from the hotel manager acknowledging and apologizing for the poor service and noting my advance notice that I would not be staying another night as I elected to stay at another hotel, Jetline Vacation still did not issue me a refund and made me wait 3 months as they kept stating they were following up on it. I'll never use this service again. Oh and you can only email them, no other way to communicate with them which is very convenient for them.

We booked a dream trip to Sicily with two other family members and we’re talked into going with just one rental car when we each could’ve had one of our own based on the trip. Even at the time we did it I was saying we need to be in the same hotels since we’re just getting one rental car. As we got closer to the Time we were supposed to get our vouchers, we made multiple phone calls saying we were within the 10 day limit and should have our voucher so we could plan more details that were at least near the hotels we were staying at. After day is not getting a response we finally got through to customer service. They were not helpful at all and sent us our Voucher to the room hotel which we already had. The other couple we were traveling with called Travelzoo to see if they could help that jet line to contact us and give us what we were supposed to already have. The other couple got there about yourself so we started looking at things we could do near our hotels while we were in the cities. We finally got through to Customer Service and explained the situation that we needed our vouchers also. The woman said she would get them to us for five minutes while I waited on the line. She then hung up on me. The vouchers fid come but we noticed that we were only in the same hotel in the last of four cities in Sicily. The other three hotels were not near each other and our first city we were in two different cities. We had multiple phone calls saying we needed to be in the same place since we had taking the advice of only getting one rental car. Once again after multiple phone calls they wanted to charge us for changing the arrangements for the full price of the hotels. We told them we had already paid for hotels as a part of our package and we’re told we would be in the same place. This was not the case and they were not helpful at all. It has been an overall terrible experience. We’re paying for lodging on our own since they would not help in the least bit.

This company is a rip off.. they charged us for checked bag that the airline offered for free .. air India from jfk to India.. an they refused to refund our money back .. this is grouped family vacation with 20plus ppl we booked with them ..

Glossy brochure…..exciting looking holidays! That’s where it ends! I wish I had seen these reviews before I booked. NEVER AGAIN! The Cunard part of the trip was great but went rapidly downhill from there. New York Hotel still being renovated opposite a total building site working til 4 in the morning and beginning again at 6! All arrangements constantly changing including our next part of the holiday where we flew to Toronto, were taken to the agreed hotel in Niagara only to find that the voucher was for a hotel of the same name but in the United States! Our fault apparently for not noticing the minute print on the voucher which only arrived 2 days before we set off! They did finally pay for the hotel we went to but deducted $5 for a drink we had at the bar!!! Couldn’t believe how penny pinching this company could be. I really hope more people see these reviews and that this company stops trading.

My accomodations in Athens were in a very unsafe area. I could not go out to eat or much after dark. The sales person said oh it is easy to get the ride just use the airport...well that driver charged me double the price! I did enjoy what i could do! And I am extremely glad i did not take the agents advice,! I went to Crete rather than Mikinos. So that cost me another $400. And you can put Santorini at the bottom of my list. What a wet dream. Better stay home. Rude and full of tourists. Hawaii is much more interesting 🤔

Agree with previous, although this might not be a total scam for everyone, but certainly it is terrible to deal with. I needed to postpone my holiday due to severe circumstances. The guy said I could change dates no problem. This is not true. It’s a big problem to change dates and recoup any of your deposit. I was prepared to delay the holiday until a few months later, BUT! it cost the same price again, to make the changes, and as I looked, it was simply cheaper to book myself directly with where I wanted to go. Basically not only was there zero credit, it cost less to go to another website and book myself, than it did for their fees and high costs to get any other flight or hotel as a replacement. I finally lost an entire 300 pounds and chalked it to experience. I will never deal with Jetline again. The call center is somewhere overseas, although they say they are in London, so there is much background noise. I would rather pay 50 pounds more and deal with a reputable travel agent, who would care about my personal situation and help to at least recoup not all, but some of the monies toward another holiday.

Thank goodness I read the reviews!! I thought that I would give this company the benefit of the doubt. The deal advertised showed a 5 star hotel and flights at about £280 per person. I read the reviews and contacted the agent Parker, who as per the expected script, told me that hotel rooms at the price shown were no longer available, but there were options at the same hotel about £449. He then went onto state that he could find me better hotel options at which point I informed him that unfortunately he and the firm appeared to be true to form, in line with reviews I had read and declined business with the firm and it’s affiliated companies. Leave it with you!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I booked with them, sadly I don't think most people must. I booked two trips, one to Greece & one to Iceland. At one point someone literally yelled at me & I had to be transferred to another agent since the previous one was so rude. I am a kind person, & I consider myself pretty patient, but the interactions with them were very stressful. I found them on Travelzoo & I will never book with them again now that I completed my travel. My trip to Iceland was booked during the pandemic, they refused to return my deposit, by the time I traveled the trip cost had almost tripled in price. Due to "changes". When we actually did leave we almost missed our flight because they had gotten my birthdate wrong, which I emailed them about on several occasions. They said it was taken care of, only to find out once we were late that they hadn't done it at all. I ended up booking most of my rooms for my Greece trip as the places they offered weren't good quality. I will never travel with them again. Anyway, I truly believe you should stop advertising for them as they are taking advantage of people, are unprofessional and just plain rude. Just wanted to tell someone so I'm not letting other single parents get swindled & charged high prices when it's a struggle to pay the low advertised price in the first place.

This travel agency is a scam. If anything happens during your trip with your accommodations they leave you stranded and don’t reimburse you for the added expense. Also 0$ for the life scarring experience.

Booked a holiday with them, flight, accommodation, transfer, etc but transfer did not turn up. Had to pay again for taxi. Got receipt, got statement from hotel as they tried over 10 times to contact transfer company without luck. Contacted them immediately. They sat on it for 2 weeks and then told me it would take 48 WORKING DAYS to hear back from the company - not necessary resolved!!!!!!

Would give negative stars… MIL bought us a trip to Italy… we had to reschedule twice because of Covid… now they are not honoring their Terms and Agreements which she has a copy of… will never buy from them again.

Would give 0 if we could. Holiday for cancelled and they are still refusing to give us the money back. Appalling customer service. They are great when booking the holiday but don’t be fooled

JetLine Vacations is nothing more than an organized crime syndicate! They are exceptionally pleasant at the onset and then begin to screw you at every opportunity. Our booking confirmations show flight departure and arrival times out of JFK (NYC) but our "recommended" flights were departing out of Newark, NJ. Abbie was our travel agent and he was aware, prior to finalizing the bookings, that we were traveling with four small children and that early morning departures or late night arrivals were not acceptable. Abbie's first recommended flights included a 20-hour layover in Munich with an arrival date of +2 so we would pay for a night of accommodations in Athens but not arrive until the next day. STAY AWAY FROM JETLINE VACATIONS. Its TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE WORTHLESS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR. Any positive reviews are shortly after initial contact. Read the negative reviews - these are people - like myself - who have contacted attorneys, TravelZoo, RipOffBritain@bbc.co.uk, The Daily Express (UK) and anyone else who will put these thieves out of business. Our vacation was not COVID related so JetLine Vacations cannot claim issues with re-booking and higher costs.

If I could leave no stars, I would. They tried to refuse giving us our money back from our trip being cancelled to go to Italy due to Covid-19 mandatory country shut downs, and FINALLY we were able to get 'credit' towards another flight? Total scam. They would not give us a number to call and talk to someone, would not give us a receipt, breakdown of funds; nothing. They jacked up the prices (I did the research, they were doubling their prices without giving explanations), and when I asked ANY questions, he just said 'those are the rules'. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL BLEED YOU DRY OF EVERY PENNY.

Had a holiday cancelled due to Covid, they refunded £568 and the remaining money of £410 was issued as a credit voucher, when trying to rebook a holiday I was informed that the voucher was only worth £220, after sending a copy of the original voucher and asking for confirmation of the value , emails suddenly ceased! Obviously a difficult and nefarious company to deal with!!!

I booked a dream holiday that was advertised with Travelzoo. Oh boy, I wish I read reviews before booking. Some of the reviews that mention lying and never getting back to you, Indian call centre with no knowledge or customer care. All true unfortunately! To cut a long story short, the hotel they told me was open, hadn’t been finished and we were offered much inferior hotels as alternatives. Ended up paying for a hotel and flights that would have been cheaper to book with any agency or booked ourselves. Absolutely shocking that travelzoo associate themselves with this awful company. Please, don’t use them.
