“ Same as above. I am unable to use the portal that doesn’t work: they have no customer service phone number: email takes 72 hours to respond : chat also takes time. They lied about delivery date. I will still try to return as the dress doesn’t work for me but I will NEVER ORDER FROM Karen Millen AGAIN!!!!!!!!! ”
