“ They don’t offer exchanges and charge you £2 for a return (when you’ve already paid £5 for delivery) Though this was an odd system for an online offering personally but I went along with it as I really wanted the shoes. ”

You also don't get free returns if you want a refund or an exchange! They take an additional £2 as a return fee and don't refund you the £4.99 delivery cost even for an exchange. ”
