“ I have always worn Karen Millen but after 35 yrs I will not be shopping here again, Do not order from Karen Millen if you don’t intend on keeping the item, the returns portal does not work & they do not accept e mails you can only contact them using apple. What a shame this company is now run into the ground along with their reputation ”

“ I am happy with the quality of the items I ordered but having having no free delivery options regardless of what you spend is unfair. You also don't get free returns if you want a refund or an exchange! They take an additional £2 as a return fee and don't refund you the £4.99 delivery cost even for an exchange. ”

“ Wish I could give less than 1 star. The worst ever returns system. Doesn't work. Impossible to navigate If (big IF) I ever need to purchase from them again & need to return I will send to their head office by a secure signed for method. Only ever use PayPal & only every correspond via PayPal. Conclusion: lovely clothes. Shambolic operation. ”
