Yes, it feels like a scam. Everything people said online was correct. I experienced no any support from the kiwi.com, you don’t get any refund even within 24 hour of purchase. You pay $1700 for your flight and they cannot even guarantee anything. Its not secured, as I was traveling back to Nepal after 4 years and their flight doesn't allow checked baggage, only 6.8kg carry on allowed 😡are you kidding me? They could not even modify my booking after i requested within 24 hrs of booking, no refunds, no add baggage , in-short nothing. Everyone is like computer robots with same disgusting answers which is not helpful at all. I suggest everyone not to book with kiwi.com , you will feel helpless and your words will be useless.

Horrible experience! They don't have people that are there to help you after they mess it up, it's like talking to robots. I was supposed to fly from Bucharest to Oslo, and from Oslo to Stavanger. One night before, they have decided to change my flight from Oslo to Stavanger to Oslo- Copenhagen- Stavanger, with a 50 mins layover. This means I m going to Norway, then they send me to Denmark and then they send me back to Norway. I have tried calling, I didn't find any number. So my only option was talking on the chat, with 3 different people. I even gave them the solution and search for another flight that goes to Haugesund( at least I m still in Norway, 2 hours by bus from stavanger and I don't risk staying in vopenhagen because it's not enough time to do the transit). The flight that I have found was through the same airline, which is SAS Airline. I have asked them to do the change for me because I cannot do it by myself and it's more logical to do one flight than two flights, which is paid by the airline anyway. Short long story, they said they cannot fix anything. I even called sas airline and they said the request for the flight change has to be done by the travel agency, which is logic. I advise anyone that wants peace of mind to avoid this travel agency... in my case, I have managed to change the flight exactly as I wanted and was more logical with the help of an awesome employee from Sas ( I am really grateful for his help 🙏). As about kiwi.com.... AVOID!!!

A highly unreliable and irresponsible website incapable of accepting responsibility for the errors they make. Check my booking details (322041368) and you'll be able to read the irregularities and misleading information. I advise any passenger to keep well away from this website. The website stutters and makes you mistype the passenger's name. When I approached customer support to alter 1 letter they took 9 days to respond and then offered to send me a payment link to make a change.

Do NOT book with this company!! We flew transatlantic to Toronto ( 7 hr) to fly then from Toronto to Pittsburgh. We were NEVER notified that the flight to Pittsburgh was cancelled , rental cars sold out we were able to find a car a drive 5 hrs to Pittsburgh. By the time we reached our home we were up for 24 hrs . Plus the drive was laden with fog! Never book through this agency as we are still waiting to see if we get refunds for our flights! Not to mention it’s virtually impossible to reach these people. NEVER,NEVER USE THESE CROOKS!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! I always had issues with booking flights with this company! Customer service is horrible and they are so disorganised! I have sent a refund request for a luggage that was charged eventhough the details on the e-ticket included that luggage! I no one could help me at their helpdesk, I talked to different people all the time and they didn't even bother to read my messages. I had to repeat myself a number of times. One assistant told me that I was eligible to receive the refund, but then it got refused be another assistant. They aren't worth your money! You're better off with paying a bit more and treated with decency!

Booked a flight with them in a single package using two carriers. The first flight was delayed by two hours so missed the connection. Kiwi.com told me to take the fight anyway so I was stranded in a third city in another country. Then Kiwi.com's only solution was to make me buy another ticket at a higher price than the original ticket [in the range 450-650 euros]. The airline returned me to my home city so I could book a much cheaper flight, but Kiwi.com then said that this invalidated my return ticket too. I am at home having now had to spend over three times what I paid Kiwi.com, and Kiwi.com are so far refusing to refund me even though they did not get me to the destination I paid for at the agreed price. I am also out of pocket for accomodation and a tour I booked. DON'T RISK USING BOOKING.COM.

Kiwi booked a trip from Costa Rica to Ottawa via Washington airports. This was fine until I realized that in Washington I am arriving at Dulles airport and departing from the Ronald Reagans airport - they are 45 minutes drive apart. I called Kiwi and there is NOTHING they can do for me!!! it's going to cost me and EXTRA C $250 in cab...!! Careful to read your itinerary very closely and don't assume you will arrive in one airport and depart from that same airport - Never doing business again with Kiwi

Kiwi's customer service is the worst I have encountered. I worked in the service industry for years and understand that customer service can be difficult because customers are rude. I'm forgiving if I encounter someone in customer service who is not having the best day. However, I spoke with 3 different customer service agents and ALL were the most unhelpful individuals I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Each kept repeating rote phrases from their policy that only vaguely addressed the questions I had and, when I tried to ask for clarification on those policies, interrupted me to recite the same phrases in louder and more insistent tones. The issue I had was never resolved.

Never buy a ticket from Kiwi.com. Unfortunately, I purchased a ticket from DFW to YEG with a stop in LAS. When I arrived at LAS, I realized that my connecting flight to YEG has not been scheduled. I contacted the airline, and they confirmed that they do not have any flights from LAS to YEG that day! I contacted Kiwi's support, but they left us stranded to investigate the issue! Eventually, they admitted that they had a technical issue when they issued my tickets (invalid tickets!). I requested to talk to the Kiwi's support supervisor, but they hung up on me! I eventually bought a new ticket and departed for my destination. Because of Kiwi’s technical issue, we experienced huge stress, as we were supposed to travel to YEG for a very important meeting. We also missed one day of our hotel and car booking because of this Kiwi’s mistake. My advice: pay attention to their terrible review score. I regret that I did not. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Lack of any respect for the customer, really bad services I bought 8 flights at a time, 4 flights one way going to Bali, 4 flights return home; I payed also an insurance and a tax for getting special help from Kiwi if I need it; after the first flight, I already had a situation because of it I could not catch the other 3 flights; I tried to ask for any kind of solution - changing flights, cancelling flights, anything and all I got as an answer was “it is your fault, nothing can ne done”; everybody knows there are a lot of solution, you can change flights, cancel, get refunds and so on. They even told me it is my job to talk with every airline involved… When I asked to talk with a supervisor…after waiting for another 5 minutes, sudenly, the call ended… Please don’t make the same mistake I did, choose any other option of booking your planes.

Es la peor compañía que en vida haya usado. El avión llegó en retardo y no pude hacer la conección entonces me dejaron para otro avión al día siguiente. El hotel me costó 160 dólares más los gastos de comida total adicional al ticket 220 dólares. No recomienda nunca usar esta página. Le peor y debiera ser cerrada.

For a long-haul flight from Saudi Arabia to Japan, I paid $1,500 for a return flight. On the final leg of my flight from Bangkok, Thailand to Fukuoka, Japan, I discovered my ticket did not include a check-in allowance with Thai Viet Jet. I was charged $39 for 7kg by the airline. Upon contacting Kiwi.com about the issue they put the responsibility solely upon me because I did not request check-in baggage allowance. Since when does the passenger/customer not receive a minimum check-in allowance for a long-haul flight? Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs.

Horrible company. I booked a flight. They had a technical issue and cancel the booking. The price of the flight is 70£ more but they didn't give me any compensation for this. I don't understand why I have to pay more if it was their technical problem. Also once the refund is turn into credit you can't get the refund in your card. I called the customer service and they couldn't do ANYTHING. DON'T USE IT! Waste of money

They are scammers!! Don't ever book through these people. The horrible rating of this agency shows how useless these people are. Airline will not entertain any change request if you go through this agency. This agency will not bother helping you or contacting the airlines for you, so even in a state declared emergency you will be left with no choice but to throw away your money. What horrible customer service these people have. The worst travel agency ever!!

LASST DIE FINGER WEG VON KIWI.COM !!!! ----------------------------------------- Flug online gebucht und bezahlt. Kurz vor dem Reisedatum, angeblich Flug vom Betreiber gecancelt. Alle angebotenen Alternativen mehr als unverschämt teuer. Habe dann alternativ gebucht und Mehrkosten von 1200 Euro gehabt. Rückerstattung des Tickets nicht mal 100% , obwohl doch die Airline storniert hat. Bucht definitiv nicht hier, absolute Frechheit.

You guys spelled the passengers name Eyra Melissa Rodriguez Gomez : as EM RodriguezGomez on her boarding pass Frontier printed this on her boarding pass. She wasn't able to get through security with her name spelled wrong. The line to get through security was really long and the wait time was long. Frontier told her it was going to cost $715 to reprint her name correctly on the boarding pass, unless she called kiwi to get it fixed. I called you guys, 30 minutes on the phone, I was told I would be called back 30 minutes later. By the time you fixed the error it was too late. We paid $715, which is complete robbery to frontier or whoever at the cancun airport to reprint her boarding pass with her name corrected... because even after you fixed the problem, the time it would take her to go back to the frontier desk and wait in line to get the new boarding pass, and then get back in the long line for security, she would have missed her flight. This person is coming to denver to speak at a conference on Friday and Saturday for 80+ guests who all paid their entry fees already. And you guys are fucing up her name on the boarding pass, when the order was made with her name spelled correctly. What a horrible experience. We need to be reimbursed this $715 asap.
