“I bought a ticket Pattaya-Dubai-Tel Aviv-Vilnius. I wasn’t allowed on board on a flight Dubai-Tel Aviv because the layover was too short (Kiwi sold bundles, connected tickets, so I trusted that they know regulations). Long story short, I spent 10hours stuck in Dubai, they sent me to Warsaw instead of Lithuania. I then had to buy a ticket from Warsaw to Vilnius at my own expense. You know what was Kiwi response? You guessed it - we cannot control carriers. :) even though they sell tickets and do not check layover times and regulations for them. Customer support is robotic, mechanic, zero empathy, denied everything, didn’t take any responsibility, left me alone solving my problems trying to return home, stuck in airport. At the end, all I asked was at least to refund money for that extra ticket I had to buy from Warsaw to Vilnius. Nope. Not gonna happen. :) Never again I will use this broker.”

“Just money grabbing company. They will only refund full amount (even if you cancel 2 weeks earlier), to Flexible ticket, which means you have to pay $40 extra just to have the ability to get funds back, any funds back. Now they will get refunded for my ticket by the airline, and sell another ticket, and just get my $210 as a gift for the horrible business they run. Stay away from this company! Milica”

“Firstly cancellation of my flight from Newcastle to Heathrow, secondly they check in for me with Aegean air but the time of departure was not the right one, They checked for me from Athens to Bristol for 13,35 and easyJet left 12,55 I travel from Newcastle to Rhodes with nightmares, please please don’t book any flight with Kiwi.com”

They collected my money No refund Please Nobody should go close that that fraud company If you want to write reviews they will force you to give star before you can proceed. “The couldn't confirm check in last minute. my flight is tomorrow, and I cannot go, because of their technical issues. when contacted customer service, I got told that 'yeah we cannot do anything about it, you can buy another ticket :)'. AVOID KIWI”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI COM! My flight was cancelled due to weather in December. Although I purchased flight insurance, they simply cancelled my flight without the option of rebooking me. If I wanted to rebook it was going to cost me $5000! For a 5 hr flight, originally $1000 (xmas prices). The airline confirmed they had sent the refund to Kiwi.com two months ago and kiwi continued to deny they had received it. It is over two months now, and they have since disconnected their phone lines so there's no way of contacting them. I finally got confirmation that the refund is "being processed, but in a different department and there are many factors outside of their control so they are unable to give me a timeframe for when I'll receive the refund" The flight was $1000, I never took the trip and now I'm paying interest on my credit card, while Kiwi scams everyone, withholding their money for as long as possible. The worst company I have ever dealt with, they're corrupt, don't use them!”

“This company is a scam.....they take your booking.....send confirmation.....then you get a e-mail flight cancelled....try and get your money back...it cost us $438.68....they refunded only $36??????? forget customer service....they don't exist....don't get scammed...DO NOT USE THEM AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS”

“Totally disappointed and dissatisfied. I booked a ticket n try to change, CS told me it's done and I ll get my refund but later after a month when I check with yhem, they keep changing the statement and never got my money. No one EVEN BOTHER TO GET BACK TO ME. ITS CRAZZYYYY”

“Awful service after buying tickets. I did book two flights from Madrid to Japan with reference number 304032883 for 1189€. The back flight to Madrid was cancelled without any reason, after that I tried to talk to them to change our cancelled flight for another one with the same company (ITA Arways) one our later, but they didn't offer me any solution. I'm still waiting for my money 4 monts later.”

“Kiwi.com just robbed us with $1465 for the trip we tried to rebook. This company is a total scam. They will take every penny you have and they don't care about their customers. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR BUY TICKETS WITH KIWI.COM. THEY WILL REAP YOU OFF.”

“This is a scam. Don't book your flights through Kiwi unless you want a daylight robbery. I am a million mile flier and travel regularly. I booked a flights for the first time with Kiwi and got to the airport to find out they did not have a reservation for me Y outbound flight. The airline said they had a partial booking and I had to purchase a new ticket. My outbound ticket was not made properly. I paid Kiwi about $600 for the flights I booked and found out there was only a partial booking. The flight I waa planning to travel on was full, so i had to book a hotel that night for $160 duebtobtheir mistake. Then I had to buy a full fare ticket at the airport for the next day, that cost me over $1000. I could not get a hold of any of the Kiwi customer service agents to speak to. All of this happened within 24 hour of a booking window and the airline was willing to refund Kiwi the full amount. The airline confirmed they canceled my booking in time, so KiWI should in turn refund my fare in full. When I contacted Kiwi, they refused to refund the ticket and gave me a $10 KIWI credit. THEY RUN A SCAM. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD. They have very poor ratings and reviews, and i see that I was not their firat victim. Airlines need to stop allowing Kiwi to book tickets and rob people. I'm reporting them to the regulatory authorities and filing a complaint with IATA.”

“One of the worst site I have ever visit this is the biggest scam I have ever get I lost 1800$ I get my ticket online when I go to check in they didn’t include my baggage that was one story again I try to check in by paying but they make my flight like I have to check out in the transit again need to check in I was ok with that but airlines didn’t allow me to get that flight because they said I need a transit visa which I was not aware just because of that I couldn’t go on that flight. Now when I ask my refund they don’t want to give even half. I just loose my 1800$ without traveling 😢😢😢”

“I wouldn't even give one star to this company. This website is plane scam. I lost my $5000 just like water. I booked a flight for my family and had to cancel within 3 days due to my bad car accident. I have been working with them since last June. Every single time when I message, I get new person gives different information. Now they saying they won the case and there is no refund will be issued. I am disable from my car accident and Kiwi saying they claim that amount as fees for dealing with my bank. . They are money hungry. Don't waste your time with this company. This is scam.”

“It is a SCAM !!! Never book with KIWI !! I booked and paid a flight with them (more than 1000 EUR) and 24 hours later they emailed me saying they were not able to issue the ticket and suggesting I get a credit with them for other travels or they would refund me through my credit card, but this will take several days (according to their own words) !! So now I have more then 1000 EUR blocked in my credit card for NOTHING ... it is a fraud this website !!”

“They are the worst, please don't book with them... They scam people and offer very poor customer service. They sent me the receipt then a few days later they deducted more than the amount in the receipt. Also, even though i bought insurance, i could not get any support when i discovered i couldn't travel. You cannot talk to a person and when I asked them specific questions on their chat or help desk service to help me evaluate my options and decide what to do they only told me that i can cancel and get less than 10 dollars back even though I had paid close to 1000 dollars for the ticket and the airlines had told me that the ticket was refundable!!! They did not address all my questions. I had to contact the airlines directly to know my options and I realised that because i had booked through them any cancellation money would go directly to them and not me, so in actual fact if i cancel they get the money they paid back but they don't actually pass on the refund to me because it is a saver ticket!!! This is ridiculous! A scam! It is the first and last time that i would use this terrible website and will warn all my friends from booking with them because if for any reason beyond your control you need to cancel you will lose your money.”
