After I bought tickets, I find out they have baggage restrictions. I ask for cancelation and refund. They said I have to wait 3 months for my refund. They are still sending me ticket information on the tickets I asked to refund. They never canceled the tickets and they are not refunding ny credit card. I don't think any one there speaks English or they are playing stupid. I am convincing that Kiwi.com IS A SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. STAY AWAY!

Never ever book to this rotten and deficient site. Our flight got rescheduled by them, which unfortunately will not work with us because we have another connecting flight but they are so careless and unbothered, id been begging to help me but they are so worthless. Shame on you KIWI.COM!! Such a DISAPPOINTMENT

DO NOT USE THEM THEY SOLD ME FRAUDULENT TICKETS AND LEFT ME STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT. COST ME $1,600 TO FIX

the airline has rescheduled the flight by moving it to the same time on another day. Kiwi.com accepted the reschedule on my behalf without consulting me, as they have it in their terms and conditions, that if the reschedule is less than 24 hours, they automatically accept the reschedule. Of course, I cannot make the new time and won't be able to travel on a rescheduled flight. Now, I cannot even get a refund from the airline, I can only get 10 EUR voucher from kiwi.com on 300 EUR ticket. Shame on you Kiwi.com! I will never use your services again. Given the amount I am losing, the slightly cheaper price of tickets does not justify using Kiwi.com ever again

They changed the dates on me and the only way I found out was the alerts on my phone. When I called to try and fix the dates I was told that I was to late and I could not change the dates or get a refund. Didn't get to go to a Marines retirement and lost over $300.00 with nothing to show for it.

I booked through Kiwi.com as I wanted one ticket for RBAHAM. The suggested option routed me via Madrid on two carries of the one world alliance (Royal Air Maroc and Iberia). Turns out Kiwi.com sold me two disconnected tickets and then things started going wrong: RAM changed departure time and location, and I had to rebook the second segment - at a fee. Then RAM had technical problems and the plane had to return as a result of which I missed my connection. Because Kiwi.com had sold two sperate tickets neither of the airlines will refund me, rebook me or in any way help. And Kiwi.com is like, well you should have paid us the extra EUR 100 for the "guarantee", but since you purchased a standard ticket, no help, no refund. Never again! Next time I will go with a a more reliable online agent who actually manages to book one single connected ticket. In addition to being out of pocket by some EUR 500 I also spend 30 hours travelling for a trip which ex RBA would have taken 6 hours. Date of experience: December 13, 2023

Giving one star because there is no option for “no star”. I recommend not to go for this website because if you don’t pay for their full package of help you are not going to get any help in anyways

There is too bad service with kiwi.com. I called 3-4 times but they are not answering properly to my questions. I sent to request for adding bags. And I wait 48 hr for their reply. And I don’t have a time to pack bags. I sent to request before week ago to my flight. But they are not answering… it’s really hard for me. I don’t like this service.

A Terrible company which has no commitments to their customers! I booked a flight that included 20 kgs of checked-in luggage which they confirmed. Later the fail to secure the luggage and left me in a position where I have to pay 8 times more at the airport to pass my checked-in luggage. Reached out multiple times to their customer service and they were of no help at all. They kept repeating the same none sense without understanding the severity of the situation their company put me in!

They are trying to cheat and overcharge at every step of the booking process. Have to be very careful to book anything from them with a final price. They overcharged me 200$ by adding a second passenger to a trip. When the same passenger was added a step earlier on sky scanner the price was correct but when added while booking it on kiwi.com it suddenly became more expensive. Do not recommend it

A few of the review resonates with my recent bad experience. Kiwi.com had a failed transaction causing check-in denial at the airport, I have to paid the shortfall to board the flight. Upon feedback, they gave me all kinds of excuses, evading from the hardcopy evidence provided by airline. I think the disinterested customer service is trying to get an easy way out of issues.

My husband booked flights with Kiwi, he is currently stranded in Poland because kiwi is refusing to assist him, because we did our due diligence in researching transit visas which stated he wouldn't need one however Kiwi hasn't done theirs. Because Ryanair didn't allow him to board his flight because he didn't have a visa for Jordan, so Ryanair also doesn't know that he doesn't need one? Now, my husband has the Kiwi guarantee however they didn't do anything to help him instead said it's his problem! This flight was so expensive already and Kiwi is saying no refund!? Not what their policy is saying especially in a situation like this. So what now Kiwi? You just gonna leave your client stranded? To find his own way? No help! Absolutely poor service I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service.

Terrible service, borderline scam (can't/don't believe it's legal to operate this way). Summary: the flight we booked through their website got cancelled. Kiwi.com refuses to refund us for the flight or to provide alternative flights (because we did not purchase the additional "Kiwi.com Guarantee"), Their solution: buy a new flight via kiwi.com (and pay in full again). The 'alternative option' they suggested us to buy from then was overpriced: we checked the actual cost of the flight directly with the airline and Kiwi.com's price was 50% higher. The customer service rep Karthik advises me that I you should been more careful going through their extensive list of terms and conditions when doing your booking. First and last time I used this platform - highly recommend not to use them if you want to travel in peace - overall travel ends up being double the price.

Total Scam. I searched flights on google for December. I clicked on KIWI and booked the flight. For whatever reason the flight KIWI sold me was for a month later. I contacted KIWI 10 seconds after booking asking them to refund it so I could book it for the correct day. They told me they would keep about 75% of the fare and I was entitled to about 25% as a refund. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT BOOKING WITH KIWI IS LIKE, JUST IMAGINE PAYING THE PRICE OF THE TICKET AND IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE AT ALL, BURN 75% OF YOUR MONEY AND BOOK WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. JUST BOOK THROUGH THE AIRLINE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF

Booked a flight from Milwaukee to Honolulu, that consisted of a Sun County flight from Milwaukee to Las Vegas, and a connecting Hawaiian Airline flight from Las Vegas to Honolulu. Paid my luggage fee at Milwaukee, but I was told to pay luggage fee again at Las Vegas. The only note I had received from Kiwi.com was that I had to recheck my bags at Las Vegas. Nothing about having to pay the luggage fee again... I complained via email. They kept saying they could not give me any refund and when I said I'd report this to the FTC or BBB, they said go ahead. NEVER use Kiwi.com. the worst customer service and the way they sell flights...
