Disgustingly poor quality refrigerator and worse service. Three people, including senior staff, called and promised rapid follow up and a return call.NEVER HAPPENED! This piece of junk fridge is 2 years old, under warranty, making the loud constant noise of a broken compressor. The first LG agent I spoke to said I had to listen to the noise for 24 hrs before she could make an appointment. She never called back. Ditto for the next two which were supposedly escalated agents. Bought washer/dryer and fridge thinking this was a great brand. 2 years later my dryer is dead and they say the warranty is out. Funny they sent me a screen shot that is was a 3 year warranty. I'm waiting for the other appliances to go out soon. I'll never buy this LG brand again. TRASH

This has been the hardest and worst warranty. It’s been 2 months. Each service provider doesn’t show up or makes excuses when they come. LG is not pushing hard enough on these contractors to make things right. They should request the contractor get the customer sign off to get paid. These contractors are cheating Lg and us customers too. In the end, if i have to buy a new appliance why would i choose LG?

Only lasted 4 yrs. Bought a really beautiful Electric stove, solid easy to clean cook top, fast boil burner... just beautiful However F3 error came up, repair person said keypad is gone... $400 to repair, 9 months later...F3!! Again. Won't buy LG again, not worth $$$ Also the easy clean steam ....doesn't work. Bottom of the stove always grungy!!!

I will NEVER EVER buy another LG product as long as i live. Purchased a washing machine, since the purchase, had to replace the agitator 4 times. The last one was out of warranty and LG charged me close to 400 dollars back in May of 2024. Not even 120 days later, the washing machine is making the same noise. LG will not honor the repair and now wants another 400 dollars to fix it again. Save yourself some headaches and NEVER buy LG products.

My washer was leaking water. I called LG to arrange for a technician to come and do the repair. It took over 1 month for the repair to be completed because LG couldn't find a technician to do the work, but they took my credit card information. Once the work was done, I called LG to request a detailed receipt to submit it for a warranty claim. This is when the nightmare experience with LG really began. It is now 1 month since the repair was completed and I have called and spoken with the LG Service Solution team 8 times. I am still waiting for the service receipt. Each time I've called, they have given me incorrect information and tell me that the receipt will arrive within 24 to 48 hours and still no receipt. I even spoke with a manager who assured me that I will receive a call back in 1 hour, still no call back and it has been 2 weeks since I spoke with the manager.

$1200 for literally nothing I ordered a 45" 240 hz monitor and they sent the wrong item. They shipped me a 34" 100hz monitor and they refuse to exchange it for the correct item. I've never seen a company make such a big mistake and then just tell me they are not going to fix it. Worst customer service experience of my life.

Our LG fridge freezer freezer stopped cooling just after warranty run out. I called LG call centre to arranged a repair. I had to pay £195 in advance to book a repair engineer. A week later I still didn't have an appointment. I called them and they put me through to the service center and was told that they were too busy and had subcontracted the job to another company. I rang the other company and they had not received the work from the initial company. I complained to LG and they then arranged the repair date over a month later. The solution they came up with was to cancel the repair and contact a local engineer to carry out the repair. I could have done all that in the beginning 😬😬 Do not buy anything from LG as their products fails after warranty ends.

In whole my life experience LG team is worst they have taken the money through their LG.com site but never delivered the product not refunding the money either. Even after following 100s of time no-one is bothering to resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service! They literally lost my washer and dryer. A month later I’m still calling everyday! they refuse to give me a manager to talk to or even a managers name.Then when I finally give up and cancel order they say I can’t get a refund until 3-5 days after it returns to their warehouse!! It’s lost at one of the delivery warehouses! No one can find it that’s why I’m canceling so I can’t even go buy another until a week after they find it. Awful cannot believe a big company treats their customers this way. Actually I can companies are so large now they have no accountability to customers. The delivery service called and swears they never received it from LG. I simply asked lg this send another one to me and they can take their time tracking down the other one but they refused to even to that.They would not work with me at all just said to be patient while they went through there procedures. Yet every time I called I had to start at square one . Awful company!!

Bought over the stove microwave. 5 months later the interior light went out. U can’t get to it w/o taking microwave down. LG does not cover the take down and reinstall under warranty. The tech support guy said they didn’t think the LED light would ever fail so they didn’t make an easy access to get to it. Well is that my fault. I know a light is not a big deal so I asked the support lady what if the unit completely stopped working and she said even then the install is not covered. DAMN

RNP240917090419 - raised a complaint more than 1 week back - no response. Raised complaint again - complaint has been closed without my consent. Wonder why LG sells products when they can't service the customers.

We bought a Kenmore refrigerator with LG equipment in 2019. We paid $3,300. After the first 11 months the compressor went. The part was covered but it was $400 for labor. In August 2024, the compressor went again. Sears is out of business and we didnt even bother calling LG. We couldn’t wheel that thing fast enough to the curb!

I have made several attempts to get my lg refrigerator fixed. The compressor went out and I've tried multiple times to get a repairman out. The compressor was under warranty but not the labor. After over a week lg sent out their repairman. They made me pay labor in advance. He came and "fixed" it. It worked for about 8 hours and went out again. Another week until they would send out their repairman again. He came a week later but didn't fix it. Said he would be back the next day. Of course he didn't show or call. Since it was a Saturday they said they would call me on Monday. I've since lost a lot of food. Also my wife has medication that needed refrigeration for her cancer. Every time I call they say I'm prioritized but it's just talk. I will never buy an lg product again. This was my second lg product and they both were defective. They don't deserve 1 star but that's as low as I could get.

My refrigerator is 5 years old. When I called on the warranty I was told I'd be contacted via email or phone to set up an appointment. Its been almost 2 months and I've called multiple times. I have no answer. Talked with one guy that seemed as if he was doing something and thats all I have heard. Please don't ever buy LG again as they have no problem taking your money and walking away. Customer service is poor. I purposely bought an LG in the thought of a higher brand being held to a higher standard but I guess I was wrong. I will never buy again. Thanks for taking my $1,600 like nothing.

WHEN MY WASHING MACHINE START LEAKING ,IT WAS STILL IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD ,I CALED lG CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT WAS THE GREATEST DISSAPONTMENT I EVER HAD, TERRIBLE SERVICE INCLUDING WAITING ON THE PHONE OVER 20 MINS ,I WILL NEVER BUY LG PRODUCT AGAIN, BEWARE BUY LG AND YOU WILL BE SORRY ! IF SOMEITHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN ,AWFUL SERVICE, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING ,DONT BUY LG !

May the 27th 2024 we purchased an LG refrigerator to replace our old Kenmore The new one is on the same spot & same water line as the old one After A few months the water started to taste chemically I called LG they gave me a nr for their subcontractor here in Miami , they sent a young boy , the first time he had a filter with him , that didn’t work , second time after waiting for 6 hours the same boy with nothing showed up I called his supervisor complaining about the poor service , explanation : we can’t do anymore for you, you have a braided water line !! After some argument & me informing him our old refrigerator had been hooked to that same line & 0 problem he said “the old one had a better filtration system “!! To call Brandsmart where we purchased it Called Brandsmart they said the 15 days return window was closed & the warranty ( we purchased a 5 year one ) doesn’t cover !!! So the blame game was on , nobody ask us what kind of water line we had or warn us this might happened yet we are left with a poor made product from LG that doesn’t work 💯 & they don’t care . By the way many other customers have the same issue I saw it online , stay away from this 2 companies

Less than one year old washer ruined my clothes, sheets and bedding even after having two service technicians come out twice, the first 7 appointments which were missed (no call, no show). As well as the “claims” I’ve made through LG to get compensation for my stuff that was ruined were never recorded.

You have given me the run around for over a month on my LG fridge compressor. Your service team acted like they were on my side. I was promised a check for this inconvenience......never happened. When I called back to find out where my $1200 was the next rep said there was no mention of this in the notes. I trashed my new LG fridge but I want others to know how bad your company is. This is a known issue and you prefer to mediate. Hope it costs you lots of money because you've earned it.
