I recently purchased an LG washing machine on July 26th, expecting the installation to be completed within 24 hours as promised. Unfortunately, it has been 15 days, and the installation is still not done. My experience with LG's customer support has been extremely frustrating: - *Multiple Calls:* I have called their customer support team multiple times, but each call has been a complete waste of time. - *Fake Numbers:* When I requested to speak to a senior authority, I was given fake numbers, further adding to my frustration. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and accountability from LG is shocking and disappointing. I expected much better from a reputed brand like LG. I strongly advise against purchasing from LG if you value timely service and reliable customer support.

They approved me for a refund since April o have not te pieced it o told them that they sent another heck out and sent it to the wrong address they made me surrender my serial number and model number off the refrigerator so I couldn’t get it fixed I asked for another food rebate and the said ok they the. Told me I already had one I had only one shelve working and now it’s gone completely out I have 3special need kids I can’t afford to buy another refrigerator I have not yet received refund and it’s been since April and it’s August

We bought a new LG washer. Two weeks later it failed. LG had a hard time finding someone to fix it. That took over a week. The next available service appointment was a week and a half later. LG shipped the needed part a week too late, so we had to reschedule and wait another week. Finally after three and a half weeks with no washer it is fixed. In the future I will consider other brands ahead of LG.

I returned a product which was damaged when it came. LG picked up the product on July 17th and have not refunded my money. Everytime I call they say that product is still with delivery team and they can not refund until they get it. It should not be customer’s problem.

LG customer service is the worst that I have dealt with. When you speak with them, the connection always have static and they keep on transferring you to other departments. And at the end they did not fix the issue with my washer and dryer due to their delivery company. None of them took accountability to my leaks

The worst customer service, two tvs and a bookshelf stereo system, problems with all three. Repair man has been here twice, still does not work. I was told the unit is not compatible with there own stereo, new equipment, less the one year old problems from the beginning. Stay away from this crooked, distinguishing company, LG please go to hell. I will never purchase another LG product.

The LG fridge model number GL-T382VPZX/2022 Purchased on 11th October 2022. The issue is the colour of the fridge is getting deteriorating from the bottom of the fridge door without any scratch. Worst thing is nobody from lg as well as the dealer is responding. So please think twice before you purchased such brand with big name Devendra

Very bad service, no one is listening my problems, I have raised complaint regarding my LED tv but 24 days passed and still they told to wait for service. They are making fools, it's my personal suggestion, don't by LG products.

Worst tv ever. Never could connect to internet. Had another tv next to it and connected perfectly. Called at least 5 times and only one conversation was kept and tracked. Who’s fault, mine??? Not!!! Could not warranty it because guess what after sitting for 2 days until I had time to call again it flipping works!!! Never again no lg

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have had trouble with appliance installations before so I decided to pay the extra money to have the washer/dryer stack installed and the old unit removed. On the website when you select these two options it doesn’t say anywhere that you are responsible for disconnecting and unstacking the existing unit. Apparently it’s written in the fine print of their terms and conditions. When they arrived to deliver the washer/dryer they refused to complete the delivery because the existing unit was still connected. I will take ownership of this portion as I didn’t read the fine print when making the purchase. Now is where the real issues started. No one from LG reached out about re-delivering the unit. I called their support line once daily and was told the team I would need to speak with was unavailable (during business hours) and the agent would escalate my concerns for a call back. No one from LG ever called back and this game continued for a week and a half. I would call, the agent would say someone would call back and then they never did. They also refused to refund my money or give a date or time where I would actually receive the unit. Finally almost 2 weeks later someone contacted me and the unit was just delivered. The delivery team was awful to deal with. They had no respect for our home. They made a mess all over when opening the box. Repeatedly told us how hard the job was, complained the entire time. They also kept asking us to do aspects of the install. Then he demanded I sign off, which I refused until he cleaned and I actually had a chance to look at the product and our home to ensure there were no issues. I also told him that I had paid for the old appliance to be removed, which he denied even though it was written on his sheet. Complaining the whole time he removed the old units. He made a comment asking we I didn’t remove a metal piece attached. Then treated to leave the unit. Horrible!

We ordered a $3000 LG refrigerator directly from LG. It arrived already DAMAGED. We didn't accept the delivery, expecting that LG would send a new, undamaged refrigerator. We have tried to reach them via email, phone and chat. NOTHING... we have not received any communication except to tell us that the order is complete and the warranty started. Crazy! We still don't have the refrigerator. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible Horrible extortion from LG. Had problem with refrigerator, LG sent out technician, he was there for 5 minutes stating there’s roaches in the fridge he can’t do anything about it until roach infestation is remedied(it’s been remedied btw). He left and LG charge $450 for the service call cause the fridge out of warranty. Do not contact LG and do not prepay their required prepaid charges.

Today was a very, very, very happy day. The scrap man came and I removed our high priced (more than $3 grand) French door bottom freezer refrigerator made by LG. The super expensive reefer was banished from the house 8 months after the 3 year extended warranty ran out. During the first three years a heater was added to the freezer blower fan, the ice cube maker was replaced, numerous relays/switches were replaced, the water/cube dispenser was replaced and the compressor was replaced at least once. We lost the refrigerator contents repeatedly but only got paid once. The renewal on the warranty was an outrageous price ($600/annual rings a bell) so we rolled the dice. Alas, 8 months later after yet another cooling failure the LG was banished to the garage to cool adult beverages. After suffering through 2 or 3 summers, and not be able to utilize the freezer except for frosted mugs (that were never frosty), the Asian wonder fridge released the chill on the PBR. It was so wonderful dropping that pos onto the scrap man's trailer. Bought a new adult beverage cooler today for the man cave and I guarantee I did not for one second consider an LG product. DO NOT PAY FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING! LG style is great, they look great, but they suck! Do not buy!! Do not buy! If I could, I would give them "zero" star. Worst products ever! And yes, I have spoken to LG, even harassed their reps when I see them. They don't care because they suckered you upfront, got your money. End of their commitment. DO NOT BUY! OH, and by the way, the scrap man says he sees these fancy LG refrigerators on his scrap trailer all the time. It actually made me laugh but maybe I was just so happy to see that thing depart. NEVER AGAIN LG! So, to summarize, I do not recommend LG refrigerators.

We got a refrigerator/freezer in 2018. The compressor has gone and it is 2024. Customer service is horrendous and the fact this broke already is pathetic. The technician came and said dont ever get an LG they are horrible, how sad but true. I would NEVER ever purchase an LG product again. I now have to wait around and waste all of the food and now wait 7-10 days to be able to fix this. Should be ashamed of themselves!

I wanted to let everyone know how poor the customer service is at LG, and how their linear compressors and smart inverter compressors cause issues and fail within 1 - 3 years. LG have lawsuits filed against them from 2021 regarding the linear compressors and engineers have confirmed it is the same for the newer smart inverters, and they seem to be busy changing them regularly. Unfortunately, it is a little late for me but I would just Google it and you will see the results. Do not buy their products. You will regret it. I understand electronic devices are not built to last anymore. It makes it more profitable for large organisations to keep making money by using substandard equipment. What bothers me more in this instance is LG's lack of understanding and customer service. My American style fridge freezer (model number GSLV70MCTF) was purchased in May 2022. I noticed the sound of the motor on Sunday 21/07/24. The motor noise got louder over the next few days, and on Tuesday evening I could hear it from my bedroom. At this point I reported it to LG on the morning of Wednesday 24/07/24. I was told someone will contact me in 24 - 48 hours to arrange a visit. The noise got louder and louder to the point where it sounded like an engine. On Thursday evening we noticed water on the floor around the freezer compartment. We used a thermometer to check the temperature and found the freezer compartment was at -2 degrees Celsius and the fridge was at 10 degrees Celsius. The display panel showed the temperature was OK at -17 degrees Celsius for the freezer and 4 degrees Celsius for the fridge. I also rang diagnostics from their app, which suggested the door was open!! (Obviously it wasn't). By that evening LG's helpdesk was shut and no-one responded on the online chat. On Friday I called again and was told it would take 2 business days for their 3rd part agents to get in touch to make an appointment for someone to look at the fridge freezer! After spending hours on the phone to local companies, I had to arrange an appointment with their only agents in my area, Pacifica, based in Durham (I live in Lancashire). The earliest they could come out was Wednesday 31/07/24. They were cheaper for labour costs though, so if you are in a similar situation, contact the agents directly. The engineer who arrived was arrogant and didn't listen to what I had to say. He ended up knocking off my electricity as he shorted out his mutli-meter and blamed my sockets!! I have been told 2 things are wrong with the fridge freezer and it will need 3 separate parts. The fan is the main issue. That's stopping the fridge and freezer from cooling, but the water dispenser also stopped working too a few days later. Apparently I need two parts for this as the engineer couldn't be bothered to diagnose what the problem is. So I need a circuit board and a pump. Not tested either though!! Now I am waiting for a callback from Pacifica to give me quote on the cost of the parts. That will take 24-48 hours. The engineer believes it could take up to 2 weeks to get the parts but I can't order them now until he does his report. I rang the Pacifica helpdesk as the engineer left but no details were available on his visit. Anyway, I have had to throw out around £80 worth of food. Shame really, as it is obviously the summer holidays and it's surprisingly warm for this time of the year. Rant over. Please share and let everyone know how poor the customer service is at LG and how they are aware of problems with their compressors, but are still actively using them.

DO NOT ORDER DIRECT FROM LG!!! Order arrived on July 15,2024 it was damaged. I contacted LG within 30 minutes of receiving damaged range and as of July 31,2024 I am still waiting on a replacement. Customer service is very poor. Basically they have a script they go by because everyone I spoke with said the same thing even a so called supervisor. If you ask for a call back expect to wait at least 24 hours even when you're told the next available representative will call you back. Do not order directly through LG. Star rating: negative 10. Yes it's that bad.
