I purchased expensive SteamPod straighteners from Look Fantastic, after using them once it was clear that not only did they not work, they had been damaged. After spending four days in total trying to raise the issue with the incompetent customer service team, via the live chat, message and email platforms accessed on the website, I was told that even though the company breached The Sales of Goods Act for failing to provide a product that is fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, I would not be entitled to a refund of the £300 product. Absolutely disgusted with the unacceptable and unlawful handling of this issue. Never using this terrible company again and I'd recommend that everyone else do the same. Avoid at all costs!!

I bought 3 items from lookfantastic ( AESOP Moisturizer, toner and mouth wash ) I placed order on the 25th July and till today I have not received the items. I lodge complaints for them to do the checking and hopefully will send me a new batch, I called few times to Aramex to understand and the reason they did not deliver because it is damaged along the route so they are not able to deliver. So, I lodge the complaints with lookfantastic to do the checking and resend me another batch. Up until today, I have not received my 3 items and everyday following up with look fantastic, their standard answers are I am sorry keep you waiting and the case still pending for an outcome why the parcels not deliver. I actually cannot understand why it is taking so long and it is not fair on my side. The credit card due and I need to make payment and the reason I placed the order is because I almost finished using the moisturizer and toner. And now I am stuck because my items ( not sure when I will received, and even I received, can I still use it ? It is summer now and everyday temperature is above 40'C, I am not comfortable to use these after been heat up in the warehouse for almost 1 month ). I have purchased online before and I never have to wait so long for missing items to be replaced.

Terrible customer service I am dealing via private message on Instagram and getting nowhere the past few weeks. All I’m asking for is when I should expect my delivery date having ordered on the 22/7/20 today.. 19 Aug have not received my order. Refusing to give refund or send the parcel again. They keep saying they have to wait for an update from the courier. First and last time to use

I have used this company many times and unfortunately after my current experience, I will never use them again. I will be warning anyone else not to use them, as if something goes wrong with the order, they do not resolve it. I have had my products stolen and almost a month later they have not confirmed that they will be giving me a refund, even after multiple times of chasing them up and asking them to confirm this. They have £80 of my money and I have not received the products. Their service has left me extremely stressed out, not to mention out of pocket! All they are doing is telling me that the courier team are investigating the issue but it has been weeks and I am none the wiser on what is going on. I never gave the courier any permission to leave products in a safe place or with a neighbour as I live in a block of flats and do not know the neighbours. It is very clear my parcel has been stolen as the courier emailed me to say they delivered it (whilst I was at home) and nothing was delivered. This is an extremely terrible thing to happen, especially when Lookfantastic have not done anything to be helpful or keep me informed and I'm starting to think I am never going to see my money again. During these current times this is devastating. I will be reporting them, please do not order from here!

I’ve placed my order a month ago and got a bit worried when tracking number didn’t work. I’ve contacted the customer service on the day the parcel was supposed to arrive and they notified me that the order is somehow on the way back to their warehouse. I was told that they will resend the order or process refund once the parcel reaches their warehouse. It’s now been weeks since I’m getting automated/ scripted responses from their customer service with different excuses why they can’t proceed with refund. It’s becoming a joke and I’m seeing a lot of customers are facing similar issues. It’s starting to look like a scam... I’m appalled by their customer service and will never order with them again.

Hermes damaged the goods, but Lookfantastic aren't dealing with it. Made an order over 2 weeks ago and was informed that the goods were damaged in transit when on delivery by the courier (Hermes). These things happen and i understand. However, Look fantastic are refusing to do anything until they receive confirmation from Hermes that the goods were damaged. Customer service has been rude and unhelpful. I don't think I'm alone in thinking that the relationship between lookfantastic and Hermes is nothing to do with me, and sitting with £150+ out of pocket, refusing to re-process my order and not issuing a refund is extremely unfair.

lookfantastic is the worst ever, so stupid & childish customer care ladies, asking how they can help putting on smiley emojis yet doing nothing. i ordered mine it's been over a month now & still no signs of receiving it. They close their chat box while am still chatting with them. May the worst happen to them & their families. all this cash you are ripping off from customers i swear to one God one day you'll pay for it DAMNHEADS

I didn't receive my order after constantly messaging to see what was happen I kept getting the same replies, to give it 5 more working days or that they have passed the enquiry onto there courier team. 4 months later I still have not received my order and I have not been offered a refund. Terrible to deal with

I ordered a Hair/blow dryer and i received a product for out of the country 3prug ..which the USA does not support. I received notice that since the item was already shipped they could not take care of cost of shipping the item back. That is a joke because i would not have known the wrong item was sent until i received it in the mail. This is not a good company to deal with being the company is not in the USA and they send wrong products. This company should have known what type of product to send customer in the USA. Now I am out of my money and can not do anything with this dryer. I want a full refund and Lookfantastic to pay for the retn.

I placed an order on the site as a guest, used PayPal to pay - they had no issues charging my account, but never sent me any info, confirmation, nothing... I waited and never received my products. Contacted live chat and it was a waste of time - they can't find my order nor info. It's sad because they carry products I really want. They need to fix their faulty system and address customer's issues... I have opened a dispute with PayPal - they tried to help, but said I wasn't on their system. Not sure what else I can do. I'm still waiting for my money back or satisfactory response.

Placed order on the 6th July, one month later and still no sign of order (worth €120). Sent numerous emails only to be told “we are currently looking in to this issue” and then I hear nothing! Stay clear!

Lookfantastic is the worst online store in the market. For the second time they charged my account for the order that I cancelled 3 months ago. Do not ever give them your card details because they will rip you off money!!! Once I told them I am not going to pay for the return As I didn’t order those items they said it’s my responsibility to cover those costs. Very bad experience and not helpful service. I won’t ever buy there again and I discourage all of you to buy from this store.

After i placed first order i realized something is not ok with the lack of security of payment. Then i saw they have no phone number for contact and all the 1-star feedbacks. I blocked my card as soon as possible for i surely know it's all a scam. Save your money and buy somewhere else.
