“Item delivered damaged and leaking the customer service will not get back to me thank goodness I only ordered one item this time although very expensive but was going to do my Christmas shopping on here so will not touch them again”

“I recently ordered an expensive Strivectin Tightening Face and Neck cream Paid £41.5 from Lookfantastic online shop for my birthday, which I had a strong reaction to this cream. Only after used 3 days, my face and neck were red, itching, and burning, especially on my forehead and nose had small water spots!!!!!!! I stopped using it and contacted the Lookfantastic team, providing with the photos of my face reaction and all relevant information about this cream. After a week, I got an email saying not action Lookfantastic team can be taken, except an apology!!!!!!!! I am so shocked and disappointed with the way how Lookfantastic treat their customers!!!!!!!! It should be legally able to return/refund in 14 days!!!!! I don't feel this is a safe online shop, as customers interests are not being looked after. Lookfantatic DONT CARE THEIR CUSTOMER'S SAFETY!!!!!!!! You would be the next one ending up buying an expensive cream from Lookfantastic but getting an apology with an email,when having reactions!!!!!!!! DONT GO FOR Lookfantastic online shop if you don't want to be treated like me!!!! Don't recommend Lookfantastic online shop, as they are NOT HONESTLY FANTASTI !!!!!!!!!!!! “I placed a large order for my sister's 30th birthday presents, I chose next day delivery even though it was a week in advance to make sure it arrived in time. It's now been 4 days, the item has not been delivered and the tracking seems to be inaccurate as it just says 'with courier' since Tuesday. This is so unacceptable. No response from Look Fantastic and no attempt to help.”

“Initially, I was skeptical after reading numerous negative reviews about LOOKFANTASTIC but decided to give it a go as their prices r so irresistible. Thk God everything went smoothly n I recd my well packed goods within 5 days! The peanut butter n NUXE oil were authentic, absolutely perfect!”

“I ordered two times only from this website. Luckily I didn’t have any problems with them. However, my friend ordered from them in early aug. Until now she still hasn’t received anything from them so she contacted them. They said she should have contacted them within 40 days and now they are unable to track the item. I could not find it on their website. They said they are not going to replace and refund. Does anybody know whether they have breached the consumer rights act 2015 ? So no product and no money back. That’s the risk that every customer has to take. Why would a customer near the risk. I will definitely ask all my friends not to order from them ! Why would the customer bear the risk from them. My friend was trying to be understanding because of the COVID issue so the delivery must be delayed. Rubbish company. Horrible customer service. No credibility!”

“I’ve bought products from look fantastic before but the last order I bought has been a complete and total nightmare. The courier returned my package as no one was there to accept and trying to deal with lookfantastic to get a refund or replacement has been IMPOSSIBLE. It’s been over 3 weeks with no replacement or refund! At first I asked for a replacement to be resent and they’re too incompetent to even handle that. No matter how many times I’ve written to them ( they don’t take phone calls!) they reply back with the same stock email promising to fix the issue blah blah blah. Fast forward three weeks now they say they can’t amend the order??? Now I have no products and have been robbed of £80! Never use this company! If something goes wrong youre guaranteed to have lost your money and there is NO ONE competent enough to help you.”

“Lookfanstic was offering 25% on all purchase so I applied the promotional code and saw the price was discounted. However, I was charged for the original price. I also found Amazon selling the same product for $10 less so I sent it a screenshot and contacted them to either cancel the order or do price match. They said that the order was already submitted to the warehouse, they will be able to process a refund after I ship back the item. When I received the item, I sent them an email to inquire about the return. They now said that I have to pay for the shipping fee in order to get a refund. The shipping fee is too high for me to shop back so I have to accept the fact to drop the case. I will never shop from this company. I should just order it from Amazon to save all the trouble.”

“I have been subscribed to lookfantastic for about 6 months now.i have never had an issue with shipping or being disapointed with my orders.i have ordered quite a few items after trying their products sent in the sub box.my daughter has been with them for alot longer .she loves them also.”

“I wasn't planning to write a review but I think that this company deserves it. I paid for fast delivery, which was suposed to come within 1-2 days and even after 4 days, my stuff didn't arrive. I received an email from look fantastic informing me that the delivery failed since nobody was home ( which is not true, because there is always someone ). Apart from that, I received a phone call this early morning (from the delivery guy) informing me that they will not do the delivery today, since I leave a bit far, they have a lot of work today and for these reasons, they will pass by tomorrow. Not only that I couldn't take my products on time, but I even paid extra for fast delivery. For sure I will NEVER buy from this website again. p.s at the moment that you are planning to cheat your client, I highly recommend you to coordinate with your delivery company first :).”

“Terrible response to my reporting a parcel not recieved. Queries not addressed, messages replied to the wrong person in my correspondence. They took the evidence of GPS van co ordinates as evidence of delivery when My Hermes told me they had sacked the driver involved due to a series of same issues. Look Fantastic did not reply to PayPal Correspondence so case found in favour, thank god I paid PayPal as they were not going to honour the order. I have spent thousands with this company and never had a problem. The one time it went wrong it was beyond frustrating. They wouldn’t answe my query about how to cancel a beauty box subscription because I have lost faith. They are now too big to care. Buyer beware.”

“Very expensive charges for deivery and tealised only after paying. Have requested 2 min after order to amend order to avg cost of delivery and response was negative. To cancel order you need to send a letter... Delivery charges scam, I learned my lessons”

“Does everyone know about the bundle box free when you spend a lot of money in a order? FAKE. THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANYTHING. It is disgusting see how all your savings are gone to reach a gift and you expect to get something THAT IS IN THE ORDER but never sent to you. Of course I sent a message, they replied to say sorry and that's it, that they need to remove it from the web, but of course they won't do it to gain more money. And today there is an offer disccount BEAUTY20 with 20% disc and free bundle but they can't give me mine? Disgusting.”

“I am terribly disappointed with everything about this site. First of all the site took my money despite me cancelling before the bloody payment. Furthermore the customerservice sucks ass, why you might ask? Well they ignored my question about them robbing my money. Lasty, the cherry on top was me recieving a package that was full of conditioner that had leaked out over everything else i ordered. Avoid this site at all cost. Kind regards from angry customer.”

“Avoid at all costs. Breach consumer rights and offer no protection of delivery of goods. I ordered over £350 worth of GHD equipment as a present with next day delivery. Despite giving no authorization for the parcel to be left in any “safe place” the parcel was left outside. Which in turn was stolen. I raised the non delivery on the same day but after over a week of back and forth with customer services I was told yesterday I would receive a refund to only receive an email today revoking that and stating they are satisfied the parcel was left in a “safe place” outside my property. I have spoken with citizens advice who have confirmed my rights regarding this and the fact it is a breach of consumer rights and their contractual obligations to deliver the goods securely. Customer service are at a shocking standard and simply put there is no Care for the customers. I have now raised a formal complaint with the business and it is my understanding they are unwilling to use an ADR/ODR complaints resolution service. Trading standards is the next step”

“Bad bad bad company if im aloud to call this shop run by amateurs 9 days for my order to be delivered with 13 emails and time spent on chatting line postage very bad for fragile items nit worth the money and your time better business minded companies out there very very very bad not worth even one star”
