“Absoulte shambles of a company. Been waiting since July 2020 for refund, emails sent, promises to ring, but no calls or responses to further emails. Never book with them again. Atol now informed.”

“Avoid like the plague. These are not a genuine travel agent despite being listed as one, they are simply a bunch of liars and crooks who switched off the phone lines last march bar the one you can book on, they are almost impossible to contact unless using an automated online service and very rarely reply and on the rare occasion they do they constantly lie to customers. This has been ongoing since the start of the pandemic. Please feel free to check out the *love holidays refund help * group on Facebook *where you will find 8 thousand customers who's posts back all this up.. The group was set up by one disgruntled customer in March 2020. Feel free to join us while we all fight LHs for the refunds we are all legally due. Lots of helpful advice available on how everyone can get the refunds due to them from this company who deny selling package holidays and claim to only be a booking agent when they need to refund your money. Be warned stay away from love holidays, they are no longer a member of ABTA either so no help from ABTA to obtain refunds as per the law anymore.”

“I booked a weekend away to Benidorm for 1st April 2020 for 6 people Despite them emailing me to say they had been refunded from Ryanair I am still waiting for a full refund. I should have received £450 but only received £29 for some reason!! ?? They are impossible to get through to as their “live chat” doesn’t seem to exist!”

“Absolutely appalling Company. They booked us into a Hotel that didn’t even open in 2020. It didn’t stop them taking our money. Holiday was September and still waiting for flight money”

“It should be zero but unable to leave that. Booked through Love Holidays in January. Due to go June. Holiday cancelled. Still waiting for flights to be refunded. Constantly being lied to and fobbed off. Wouldnt recommend them if they were the last travel agents on earth!”

“Booked a hotel In Rome for a weekend in March 2021, but as my flight (booked separately) was cancelled I requested a refund for the hotel. I agreed to take a refund of approx 75% of the total cost of the hotel. However, when I chased up the refund payment I was told that I would not get this until 2 weeks after the date of the cancelled break! I don't feel that this was made clear to me when I accepted the refund. I will never book with this company again. So called customer service is done via a half automated online chat!”

“Worst holiday company ever booked to go Dubai in may 2020 obviously covid hit and holiday cancelled got partial refund back in form of voucher but still waiting for flight refund and it’s now January 2021 make your own mind up how bad the customer service is from the amount of time I’ve been waiting without any correspondence from Loveholidays !!”

“Appalling customer service. Do not stick to their own T&Cs. Impossible to contact and put all the onus on you as the customer to do all the running around to try and get your refund. Tried to appeal against charhebacj which I eventually had to submit but Visa over ruled them as they are blatant liars. Will never use them again.”

“Extremely poor communication. Ignore constant contact when you try to advise them your hotel is closed. Calling 2 days before holiday due to place to offer a replacement and only willing to refund hotel not flights even though packaged hotels terms and conditions state they must”

“They only refunded few elements of holiday package which was canceled by loveholiday. Terrible and ignorant customer service, very hard to get through to them. I will never ever book with this company again. Worst ever company I've ever dealt with.”

“I live in US, my booking for hotel in Puerto Vallarta in May of 2020 was cancelled due to Covid 19. I received travel credit (voucher) that I can't use, because company isn't making booking for US customers. No reply to my e-mails, chat doesn't really work, phone doesn't work!”
