Still waiting for flight refund from holiday cancelled by them over 3 months ago. No way of contacting them, appalling company, DO NOT USE!

Price is great but comes at a cost when trying to change anything and they don't want to know you.. Concern for customers is shocking as there is none.. I will never use this company again.. Questioned them on FCO advice to be told it is advice we still expect you to travel

The worst holiday company I have ever dealt with. COVID has shown their true colours, by avoiding their customer responsibilities. Not refunding package holidays as they claim they are just middlemen in the booking process. Could not give a zero rating because that’s all they deserve. Avoid at all costs.

Not worth a star! Cheating and lying to customers. Been waiting since May for refund and the excuses are laughable. Another trip booked with them, spain was shut for entry, yet loved holiday did not cancel my travels. I had to rebook and costed me more..I could wait for them to cancel at 99 with only 2 days before my travels and did not want to risk losing money as flights were scheduled They book your flight but if something goes wrong they wash their hands and say deal with Airline directly. They not travel agents and cant be trusted They should also have rule to compensate if travels cancelled shorter than 14 to avoid what they have been doing to wait till day before travels to cancel. They lost my business I booked yearly group holidays with them😡

In Turkey sept 2019.git the news THOMAS COOKwas no more.turkish airline eventually flew us home.love holiday still won't refund. For that flight.one minute u get refund.nxt minute u ain't entitled as you were flown home😡😡.yes we were LH.but not by YOU.NO COMMUNICATION from you last few days if holiday ruined.money wanted to ging home to UK trying to find out when an how we getting home..u shud b ashamed of Ur self's

I wouldnt give them 1 star ,Still not had a refund from them after leaving us stuck in Turkey when Monarch went out of Business ,We were promised our expenses back of £550 ,we have not had a penny We still have proof of booking ,our Atoll certificate everything ,but no money back .Worst company ever ,They left us to find our own Hotels transfers food and drink everything ,Rubbish company .

Holiday cancelled 6/5 flying 22/5 accom refunded. Flights refunded by RYanAir 20/8 LH still haven’t refunded the Money to me. As of today 6/9

Our holiday was cancelled 1 hour after we arrived at destination due to Covid. Love holidays told us to make our own way home. Despite being without a hotel or flight love holidays refused a refund. Awful customer service would never use them again.

An awful company, they have no customer service at all. I will never book with them again or recommend anyone ever book with them again, I booked a holiday for june and am still waiting for my money back or from any correspondence from them as to what is happening. Awful company!

Having used Love Holidays for many years without any issues and each time all communications went smooth. This time however due to Covid-19 our package holiday starting on 4th May 2020 was cancelled, which we were expecting. We have requested a full refund and despite several attempt to contact Love Holidays to find out what stage our refund was it we have had no response at all. This is even more annoying when we read the people who were due to start their holiday some time after ours have been fully refunded the money they are entitled to. Initially their statement was that they would be working with refunds in date order, well that seems be have thrown out the window. I know times are hard for businesses at the moment but it is also hard for members of the public who have parted with their hard earned cash. The way this has been handled by Love holidays will do their future business no good what so ever , with almost all those waiting for their refunds vowing never to use Love Holiday again.

We have recently returned from 10 days in Sicily based at the CDS Hotels in Terrasini on a fully inclusive basis. The resort is advertised on Loveholidays web-site as 4 star, we would say it was more in line as a 2 star, rather like an Italian Butlins with 98% of italians occupancy. The holiday was way over priced. The Italians were not really aware of social distancing and it certainly was not apparent in the dining room although face masks were worn whilst queuing for food if you can call it queuing they just barged in at the food station. Food quality was not up to Italian standards and hot food was generally cold. At the bars around the resort you were served drinks in tiny plastic cups which basically one swallow and the liquid was gone. The Room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom had signs of mildew in the shower and and there was a faint smell of sewage. The weather was good and swimming in the sea which made up for the holiday. We arranged our own Taxi's (Airport Taxi company) rather than the Hotel recommended Taxi's as they charged per passenger making trips 39% more expensive.

DO NOT BOOK WITH COMPANY Totally shocking and disgusting company, messing me about on giving me my refund, rubbish uncaring customer service, I will get my refund for my cancelled holiday I will not stop until i have it and justice is done.

For God sake if your reading this dont book a holiday with this company. They are making up excuses so they wont have to give you back a refund. Alphrooms and Travel Republic gave me back refunds but my daughter cant get her due refund back because they said the holiday went ahead even though she could not get through to them

Waiting on refund still from 1st July cancellation. Communication from this company is terrible. Ignore emails. There was no way of contacting this company during lockdown took all their phones off. This company has caused me and many others extreme anxiety with no apology. Still waiting for a £1200 refund over eight weeks later.

I have travelled twice before with Love Holidays last minute bookings at very cheap prices..... both absolutely great no problems it all worked. Booked in February for travel in September 2020 and due to pandemic flights werecancelled by the airline in March . It would have been easier to communicate with the dead ! No one answered the phone or responded to emails . I had proof that Jet 2 had sent my refund to Love Holidays but nothing was forthcoming . Managed to message on Manage my booking , but was told a lot of tosh . Now 5 months on I was so frustrated I contacted my credit card company to do a charge back . Low and behold within 10 days I had a refund from love holidays of £9.22 who knows what that was for as the amount paid was £990 24. Charge back worked, now have my money back . I would never book with Live Holidays again or indeed book more than a couple of weeks in advance. Love Holidays need to be prosecuted and probably have the business wound up. The owners / directors should be prosecuted as well as none of them are capable of managing a business.

Flight was cancelled, love holidays didn't infirm us the airline did. Love Holidays were almost impossible to contact, lied when we did finally contact and did everything to wriggle out of their responsibility. Your licence to operate should be revoked

We were lucky. Kos. No issues but our first hotel closed. We proactively drove to get a hotel change, and proactively contacted the hotel, and transfer. We experienced little issue ( still on holiday there as I type) but....we had to use our wit and guile to secure it. Personally, would I travel with them. Answer is no. Buyer beware!!!

Found out our hotel was closed in Dominican due to coronavirus took hours of waiting to get onto to live chat to be told incorrectly if we didn't get onto the flight we would loose flight money sent over 23 emails all ignored chats closed down on me messages on manage my booking read and ignored in the end I got refunded by my bank discussting service blatant lies and I will never book with them again
