Got message saying british airways have cancelled our flights to the Domican republic in may of 2023. Offered us to us the money for another holiday or take a full refund, when we asked for a refund they then took a percentage out for them selfs so how is that a full refund. Then can’t get hold of them on the phone , And give you a computer to answer your questions that you never get an answer for, Rip of in these times. Will never use again Once I asked for refund they closed the conversation so you can’t get hold of them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY RIO OFF MERCHANT’S

Absolute SCAM company. Take your money and then can't be contacted. I will be taking them to small claims court.

Bought package holiday flights were cancelled , it has been more then 2 months still waiting for refund. There is no even phone number to call them only automatic chat which is useless!!!! Please avoid. Scammers company. Shocking experience

Would give 0 stars if possible, booked holiday through this shambles of a company, airline cancelled flights but could not get refund from Love holidays...avoid and book with a reputable company....Customer service is terrible,they do not have a clue what they are doing, absolute joke. Will be following up in small claims court...

Used loveholidays a few times and usually with no problems. However, travelled with them in April and our hotel wasn’t even open. When I submitted a complaint on my return nobody got back to us despite multiple attempts to follow up the complaint. Bad enough leaving a family with an 18month old stranded in the middle of the night in somewhere they didn’t know but to not acknowledge their error and at least respond to a complaint is disgusting. We will not be using them again.

Have booked and paid in full for 1 week in Turkey flights with Turkish airline. Wanted to book extra leg room seats so phoned Turkish airline who only ha e 1 seat for me and my wife. Told me to contact love holiday wo eventually answered on thier chat but they did not have my confirmed booking ref or my flight summary until I sent a photograph of what they had sent me. Love holidays answer was I need to contact Turkish airline. Turkish Airlines answer was I need to contact love holidays. And so the merry go round Co tinges. Love holiday I booked with you but so wish i had not.

What a con of a company. They took my deposit twice, i messaged them on instagram which i heard was the best way to contact them, but unstead ignore answering my query, they blocked me. The hotel that we paid for wasn't even booked, they told me on live chat that they don't book that until the week before, which is very odd. Customer service is a joke, staff haven't a clue & are very rude. I paid my deposit but tried to dispute it because of the company's behaviour, but they didn't refund or block future payments, so i took an overdraft out for the deposit amount with no intentions of paying it, and moved all my future payments out to make sure these con artists font get another penny of my money.

Avoid! This company miss sell their hotels. Almost ruined my holiday. Customer support number did not work. Live chat on app was not interested in helping and just ended the conversation. Had to find alternative hotel last minute and transfers. Avoid this company and book with a more reputable firm.

The initial online booking was easy including changing flights and booking transfers to and from the hotel. BUT if something in the booking is incorrect it’s a nightmare. They say you can change things yourself online. Not true in my case. No one to talk to and it took hours over two days just to get queued for a “chat”. The agent I was eventually put on to promised to get the problem sorted in 48 hours. This didn’t happen, so more hours online but couldn’t get queued again so in the end I gave up and cancelled the holiday.

I was very scared to book due to the reviews I've read but luckily everything went in my favour , flight and hotel were perfect only one thing was at the holiday we had a emergency and couldn't change dates, other then that I would book again with LH.

Paid to be picked up from the airport to hotel. No one came to pick us up. Waited for an hour. Eventually had to pay a "rip" off price to go 45 minutes to our hotel. Could not contact any of the emergency numbers given by loveholidays. When I eventually contacted them, The shuttle bus claimed Loveholidays did not pass on our phone number. So couldn't get in touch.

The 1 star was only given because I had no option to not leave any! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LOVE HOLIDAYS! There are too many issues to list. But in brief, when trying to check in online, apparently love Holidays take it upon themselves to change your email that you have to enter to check in which is not communicated. We only found this out by the gentleman at the Ryanair desk at the airport who searched through several emails for us and just about managed to find this made up email otherwise we would have been charged £55 per person to check in at the desk because we were not able to check in under our own personal email. We are a family of 6 so this would have cost us £330!!! The hotel Valaria Dar Atlas in Morocco that we booked was not a true representation of what was advertised at all! We booked 2 rooms to accommodate our large family. We walked into a room with no air-conditioning that was leaking, filthy walls with what looked like smeared blood stains not to mention the stained bedding..all in all it was disgusting! We had 4 members of our family in 1 room & were only given 2 towels. Had to request several times for our towels to be replaced after they had taken them. The food was just atrocious service was shocking communication non existent....I could go on & on. We complained to Love Holidays immediately. Was told to send an email with a detailed account of our complaint and attached photographic evidence of all we were disatisfied with and was assured this would be dealt with. After sending 3 emails, we have yet to receive any acknowledgement let alone response! They are quick to take your money but in no means the same in responding to their customer's complaints! The worst holiday experience I've ever had not to mention disappointing! Having to work so hard to save and spend so much money for a holiday to share quality time with your family it's unacceptable and complete robbery!

Please listen everyone , I booked a holiday package and easyJet cancelled not myself . I only got a third back from the flights as easyJet needed love holidays to speak to them for the rest as they paid by their card after I paid for 4 passengers on the first initial booking . I only had 316.00 back and not the nearly 800.00 and they were not prepared to speak to easyJet on my behalf even though I booked a package . Warning this is certainly not a loving company stay clear of any internet based travel agency stick to one’s that you can talk to . If anyone else has had bad experiences then I can see why

If you want loose your money use loveholidays. Once book your holiday they never reply you if your flight cancel or any other problems. I loose £3000

Was considering booking but after reading these reviews and those on trust pilot never will I use this company. Pretty sure the positive reviews on trust pilot are FAKE have a read through you will see what I mean

I booked a short trip to Venice via Love Holidays this year. There website seemed very helpful and professional and it was easy to book. However, after needing to make alterations to my trip (way in advance of going), the request was dealt with by refusing with no explanation given, even though I had ensured to have a transferable option on my holiday booking (for an additional fee, which I was happy to pay). After four to five requests I was then told the hotel was the issue and nothing could be done. However, I contacted the hotel directly and they had no issue with the change, but it had to be via Love Holidays. This again was the case for the flights. As this went on for sometime it got to the point were the holiday could no longer be changed and the entire trip was wasted, loosing a lot of money and time trying to deal with this issue. When I then tried to go through their complaints procedure none of the customer services team was willing to deal with my complaint, instead I had a scripted response stating “they were sorry I felt that way” and then ended the conversation. I’m sure this company is easy to use when a holiday goes to plan, however if additional support is required there is a very good chance this type of extremely poor customer service will be given. I will be sure to avoid this company for future holidays.

Booked holiday in Vegas in April on arrival at hotel informed we had no reservation we had to pay for the hotel could not contact love holidays .on our return we have nt been able to get any refund we speak to their reps who never return our calls .cant contact their head office no way speak to any one we have sent all details to their head office registered mail no response they deliberately don't allow you to contact them have now gone to small claims court avoid love holidays
