I went to Lowe’s on 133rd and state line yesterday and went in the contractor’s door. Curtis asked if I was looking for something and I said yes a cart. He not only said they were outside but went and got me one!!! Great employee!! Great service!!

We continue to have issues with a flooring installation at our home since October 2023. We did the entire first floor of our home with carpet and flooring. The material has been good so far; however, the installation workmanship was very low quality. We have tried to work through the Lowes store and their installation contractor but have not received a serious response. We have sent multiple descriptions and pictures of the install but have only received delays, excuses and avoidance. There have been several instances that we are promised "someone' will call or a work order was created to address the issue, only no one calls. When we followed up, we were told they stopped the work order and didn't even tell us. Last Friday we were told someone would call on Tuesday to set up an appointment, it's now Wednesday evening and still no one has called. Their customer satisfaction is absolutely terrible. We are so sorry and upset we contracted with Lowes and will not purchase major products or projects from them again.

The fantastic employees at my store in Mechanicsburg. I have been dealing there since I moved here and built my new home. The girls at the customer service desk go out of their way to help you. They are so knowledgeable and friendly in particular. Melissa T, Mason and Pam. It is a pleasure to shop the store. The employees are so knowledgeable and I have never been disappointed. Thanks again from a very happy, happy customer Cherie.

I like Lowes actually but when I went in to buy some plexiglass and have it cut there was a sign that said “out of order”. OK I said. these things happen but after going to 2 other Lowes and seeing other “out of order“signs on the same machine I realized it should have said “We are understaffed and no one can help you now.”I could accept that except the gas I wasted going all over the city to the other Lowes and in my frustration I bought a sheet of plexiglass and tried to cut it myself at home and screwed it up. now I’m out $50 bucks and gas because they weren’t honest with me. Maybe there was a simultaneous breaking down of ALL the plexiglass cutters in all the Lowes but I doubt it.

Lowe's is absolutely the worst place to go to for flooring, and as I have learned, pretty much. Anything else. There customer service is horrible. Been try to find out what's going on with my flooring. I constantly get told someone will call you. Nobody ever calls. Or I get told, I can't find the order. Mind you. This is in stock items. Not special order. Now I see they sent via email, to my husband info that is 200.00 more than the contract I signed. That is total butt. So I have to watch they don't take more from my account. Again, when I contact them. They say. Someone will be in touch with you shortly to explain the difference. Again, nobody calls. I will never use Lowe's again. And will steer anyone I know away from them.

I used to be 100% lowes. I got a card with them and about 6 years it got hacked. They canceled my current card and said they would send me a new card. It has been 3 months and still no new card. I got a letter saying that they are canceling the account due to inactivity. Now I have to reapply and get a credit inquiry on my credit score if I want to have a new card. My business is going elsewhere

Don't buy any appliances from lowes they are crook we bought a fridge they delivered it had to take the doors off to get it inside Don't know what they did when they put it back on but when you close the bottom part the freezer part pops open now they tell me I have to contact the manufacturer to see about it they give you a number to call but no one answers they full of bs so if you need anything I don't recommend lowes they just take your money and the he'll with you after rude customer service they train them well 😡 oh almost forgot to mention that they dent the fridge trying to get it in the house after my husband told them it wouldn't fit so I guess that's our fault and had the nerve to want too give a discount if I want a discounted fridge I would have bought one I wasn't asking for anything free just wanted if replaced...

Lowe's is turning into a full self-checkout in McMinnville, Tennessee. I don't know how many others are doing it which can barely any associates in the store. Horrible shopping experience

Never use Lowe's there corrupt and if you didn't know don't buy a mower till you plan to use it because it is a set up. They sold us a mower in April went to use it in June and paid 400 for a warranty the mower wouldn't even start we charged the battery then ten minutes later it started smoking and wouldn't start there horrible they wouldn't do nothing for us but offer to refund it and even had the nerve to tell us that we still might have to pay to get it fixed because our warranty doesn't cover it. Why do you pay for a warranty? I rral. If anyone was in our shoes you would not accept this mower because we paid for a 3000 dollar new mower and this isn't a new mower. A new mower starts when you go to start it and don't blow up on you. Never shop here Springfield ohio location manager name Ashley is the most disrespectful unprofessional manager I've seen. You guys this is from experience. They did this to my 85 ll6 year old grandma it broke down June 1st took them 2 weeks to cone get it and thry siad teo weeks to fix it. 😂 It's just when you shop at Lowe's you expect the best and far from the best. We've contwcted state attonrey general bbb consumer affairs and Lowe's at least 20 times with no sympathy from Lowe's or even ownership for being in the wrong selling us this mower. My grandma's cried everyday since June 1st because of these people there corrupt.

Customer service is the worst they don't know how to answer the phone. I think these big businesses should take all of their phones out in put them in the garbage because the workers don't answer the phones anyway.

They just delivered and installed a new LG washer. After install people left my wife started a load. Water poured out all over the floor. I got in touch with the install people and they came back. All the connections were fine--the washer is defective. All he said in broken English was call customer service and don't use. Am in 20th minute on hold waiting for "customer service". Buyer beware. Lowe's will sell you a broken product and strand you.

Lowe’s in Rocky Mount NC. The absolute amazing supervisor and two employees went above and beyond their duty to help me to get a patio table. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much for your help and customer service.

I bought a "New" impact drill kit from the PaducahKentucky store. After opening the package I noticed I was missing parts. While on the phone with customer service and further inspection of drill I noticed the drill was used. Handle was cracked and also was off set from the other side. Further more it was covered in black suet. Customer service pretty much told told me I was out of luck and would have to drive the 90 mile round trip to return to the store. Also I had a broken razor knife with a "Hassle Free Gaurantee" I was told in the store that they no longer carry that exact knife and would not replace it. Very disappointed.

The Lowe's store in Woburn is a terrible place, you go on line it says it has the product and you go there nothing it's happened many time getting tired of this I live two towns over and have to go to Salem NH. which seems the have everything I'll stick with Home Depot at least they have what I want so goodbye Lowe's

Read reviews! Lowe's is going down hill fast! Very Sad but when they don't stand behind returns... now their policy is no receipt, no in-store credit. This all equivocates to poor customer service. Thank goodness Home Depot is just around the corner.

I was lied to every step of the way. I’m possible to speak to a real person in “Customer Service.” Had to pay $79.00 to get a lawn mower delivered because I no longer at age 74 have the strength to get it off my truck and as a widow without any help it would be impossible. The assured me it would be delivered set up and even spoke with a so-called manager. Denied the set-up promise. Was told they would call two hours before delivery. Instead a non-English speaker shows up unannounced at my door to drop the boxed mower at the foot of my driveway. I will never buy from Lowe’s again, let alone pay rediculous charges and get no customer service. They expect y.ou to do all the work for them online. I am a widow and have no one to run interference for me.

First of all there was no one around to even ask for help, had to go back up front & ask for someone to help us. Showed him a picture of what we wanted, it was texted to us, but he couldn't help if we didn't have the part number??? Is there no training for these people that when a person comes in the store in person there is no one who can find anything without the app or their phone? Also, it was so hot in this store, Arvada store on 52nd & Wadsworth, no air conditioning at all. No knowledgeable employees. I will NEVER come back to this store & I will tell everyone I know to go to Home Depot always, before they ever consider Lowes.

lowes sent installers to my home to do upstairs and stai5rs had to show proof i paid for stairs i notified installers i wanted surplus carpet new and old and metal strip was not needed so i figured i return for credit , JAG floor covering installers took items out my home i called no response so i notifed lowes and local police was notied , finally got items taken out of my home i quess i pay for padding but did not get back lowes not accountable for actions of their contractors so be aware next time home depot

Placed an order on Monday, the web site said ready in 3 hrs. It is now day four. Four hours ago they said the order was assembled and ready for pick up. I was just told that they are still working on it. Probably need a manager change.

We have been customers for years!! We spent quite a bit of money updating our farmhouse with products from Lowe’s. We purchased a range hood for a kitchen remodel - when it was opened we realized it was not the correct size. We tried returning it and we were told it was outside of the “large appliance” return policy. WE HAD NO IDEA this was even a policy! AND A RANGE HOOD CONSIDERED TO BE A LARGE APPLIANCE??????? I’ve tried customer service with no help. We will cancel our card and let everyone and anyone know that we will never shop at Lowe’s again. We are now stuck with a range hood that doesn’t fit.
