My girlfriend works here and it's awful, they make her go to work at 5 in the morning! She has to wake up at 3 in the morning just so she can get ready for and drive to work!

i bought a custom masonite door from the lowes in Pirnceston nj. The door came in the first time made wrong. Getting anyone to help at lowes is a joke. they are great at hanging up on you, lying and general rudeness. we finally got someone to help us after complaining to masonite. we re-ordered the second door, which a month later also came in wrong again. again the people at lowes were rude, lying and general worthless. Now, 3 months into this we had to go back again to masonite for help. we were told that they would get this straighted out and that we would be compenstated for our time, 6 trips to lowes and missing 2 contracted installs. the correct door finally came in. we set up an instll in March. Please note this started in October. the people at masonite then told me that they are going to do nothing for us since lowes is the problem. the people at lowes offered nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES IN PRINCETON AND CERTAINLY STAY AWAY FROM MASONITE PRODUCTS. BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES OFFER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CARES FOR THE CUSTOMER. THEY HAD OUR MONEY, END OF STORY ONLY SORRY THERE IS NOT A LOWER RANK THAN 1 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assistant store manager rude & arrogant. He mocked me for being gay. He would not return my item with a receipt and item had a money back guarantee

Appliance extended warranty no actual customer service, file a claim,no repair person apparently in the Syracuse area, they will locate someone, somewhere within 2 days if they accept my claim,LG washer/ dryer not completing wash cycle,dryer keeps shutting down, doesn't ignite on lower settings. So I wait 2 days for them to find a technician, then how long to actually see the technician and does he have parts to fix the issue,what a joke.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Spent nearly $20k on flooring and have NEVER (after about 25 attempts) been successful reaching anyone at the store on the phone for help. They take messages and leave it with the flooring department but I never get a call back. This is the Carlsbad CA store. And their installation contractor, Keller Interiors, are borderline incompetent. Just bought carpet at Home Depot (for all the reasons above) and had an amazing experience.

well bought a washer and dryer had it delivered and hooked up well thats the problem the vet was just pushed through the hole and not hooked to anything and they wired the dryer plug incorrectly causing 2 ceiling fans to burn out now they say there gonna pick up the dryer they just brought out and hooked up wrong then i buy a new one and at there convenience will drop that one off i will hook up my self since there clearly incapable of doing it right then maybe they will reimburse me for the 1st one they hooked up wrong wow even being a simple man that don't sound fair at all definitely should have brought the washer and dryer from a reputable company that stands behind there workers i suggests buying appliances elsewhere

We had the BEST customer service at the Lowes store #1798 in Wake Forest NC Galaxy drive. The man who helped us with bathroom Fans was named MIKE (Millwork) He spent about an hour with us and was extremely knowledgeable and very patient answering all our questions. This is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced and it def makes me want to shop at THIS location again. Thank you Mike!!

After spending more than $15,000 with Lowe's for replacement windows and when problems arose, how we were absolutely ignored by Lowe's and their management teams, I decided this story must be told to warn others to think really hard about from whom they make major purchases. We decided to upgrade our windows in November 2023. We went with Lowe's as they seem to offer a good product for a reasonable price. Home Depot is who I usually use as we have always had a seamless experience with them, but in this part of California, Home Depot is about 50 miles away so Lowe's it was. Well, that turned out to be mistake number 1. After the initial meeting, the salesperson never sent our quote. We had to call him to get him to send it to us three weeks later. He claims he actually sent the quote the next day but it never made it to our email. That should have given us a clue to not move forward with Lowe's, but we, unfortunately, did. Here is a timeline of our experience. December 1, 2023: Windows ordered January 26, 2024: Windows delivered January 30, 2024: Windows Installed, but unfortunately, the bathroom windows were delivered without obscure glass, as ordered, and were, therefore, not installed as they had to be reordered. After speaking with the installer, he assured me that these windows would be re-ordered and I should have the correct windows in about two weeks and that I did not need to do anything, that Lowe's was already notified. Since these windows were not installed, we refused to sign the installer's paperwork that said "all windows had been installed" and "were working properly". I'm very glad we did not sign because not only are the three bathroom windows yet to be installed (finally ordered on March 12, in fact, over three months after the original order was placed and over 6 weeks after installation of the other windows), some of the windows must be adjusted because some of them are not locking and not properly opening and closing. January 31, 2024: received a call from installation support to talk about the installation experience. I asked about the new windows and they said it would be no problem and the windows would be ordered that day. February 7, 2024: received a call from installation support to tell me that the windows had not been ordered but they would be. Customer service fail. February 14, 2024: received a call from installation support to tell me, again, that the windows had not been ordered and that they were escalating to the management team of the Martel, CA store (who did absolutely nothing about it). I asked for a call back that day to confirm that the order was completed. Needless to say, no call came back to me. Customer service fail. February 19, 2024: I called the Martel store and spoke to an assistant manager. I tell him the story. He promises to call back to confirm the re-order was complete. The call took place at 4:42 p.m. and lasted 19 minutes and 2 seconds. I spoke with the manager for approximately 7 minutes. The rest of the time was spent on hold (Very surprising that Lowe's really wants their customers spending that much time on hold???). I asked for a call back that next day. Call never came. AN ASSISTANT MANAGER DID NOT CALL ME BACK!!! EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL NUMBER 1. February 23, 2024: After not receiving a call back and waiting several days, I called the Martel Lowe's again to speak with a manager. I placed the call at 9:16 a.m. and the call lasted 4 minutes and 58 seconds, all this time to only leave a message for the store manager WHO NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! A manager did not call me back! This is EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL NUMBER 2!!! March 6, 2024: After waiting two weeks, I finally hear from someone named Pete who has been assigned to take over all of George's (original sales rep) accounts after George resigned from Lowe's. He states he will get windows re-ordered, but did not place the order for the windows for another week,Tuesday, March 12, 2024. I was questioning whether Lowe's values me as a customer and did not have high hopes the windows would be delivered, but low and behold, they arrived on April 15 and were finally installed on April 17, 2024. So note this timeline, it took more than four months to get my order complete and Lowe's was paid on 12/1. At this point, I have a screen door, that was part of the replacement window order, that the frame is bent and I can't get the screen to latch. I contacted Pete, the replacement salesman, and he told me he would have to talk with management and the installer before he could say anything so this saga isn't over yet. This is beyond absurd and Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves. The responsible directors need to look at their workflows and find out why all this has happened. Although I requestetd an explanation of why I am experiencing this HUGE delay, they could offer nothing other than "oops". These windows were paid for back on 12/1/2023 when they were ordered. Almost 5 months later, my order is only now complete. Had I gone to Home Depot, I don't believe I would have had this experience. I rarely complain about service because, honestly, it just isn't worth it most of the time and usually honest mistakes, but this reflects so poorly on Lowe's I feel I had to give this warning. Shame on Lowe's!!! By these lack of actions relatetd to my case, Lowe's is telling me they do not value me as a customer and I am extremely disappointed. It isn't like I walked in to buy a 2x4. This was an over $15,000 purchase. Lowe's should know better.

I had to buy a new dryer, so I wasn’t in the best mood. I went to pick up the new one at the Lowe’s on Banks Ford Parkway, store #2870. Victor and Demar were so sweet and helpful. They turned my rough day into a good one !

We went brought it to Lowe's Niles purses, 13 sheets of half inch 12 foot sheets of drywall, 15 rows of insulation to 80 pound bag of concrete 42 / 4. They set us up to be delivered Saturday. Never showed up after 3 phone calls. Call them Sunday morning, told to go I had the guy the major that I had a Doctor's appointment at 10 o'clock. He said they'd be there at 4 o'clock. We get Home. Everything's laying out in the driveway. Not would not ever ever recommend Lowe's delivery to anybody. You did a p*** poor job. Thanks a lot for breaking my back. Randy Bryce.

Lowe's is not customer friendly they would rather lose my business then let me return a $10 item with a receipt. Proof I bought the item in the store, it is still being sold in the store even though it with more than 30 days ago. Guess where I am NEVER shopping again. Too many other options with much better customer service hope it was worth it Lowe's!

Was in line buying $225 worth of products using Affirm. I've bought alot of stuff from this Lowes using this method of payment. A 'head cashier' was called to show the cashier how to do this ( customer has to put the Affirm card numbers in manually instead of tapping,) She immediately came over with a terrible attitude. Said we don't do telephone sales, but I will stand her and watch you...Wth? Ok, so I start putting in the number and I said I don't know why its such a big deal as I've done many purchases this way. She then says to me " Hey lady, I don't make the rules" I did not ask to be treated this way and a snippy little 20 yo isn't going to be talking to me like this. I'm 67 yo and won't tolerate that kind of disrespect. I said I wanted to speak to a manager who then said he'd talk to her. I can tell that he isn't going to do anything. I asked for a corporate number and he said that I can call corporate but that the call would come back to him. Olympia Lowes is a joke. Oh, did I mention that I was also ordering a storm door install for about $750? Canceled my purchases. Home Depot, here I come. Hopefully they treat their customers better.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Because of Brandon we will now shop home depo. Order a vanity and 2 toilets. Only delivered to liter and it’s been a nightmare.

I will inform each and every person out there that my experience with Lowe's internet ordering and their overall service from the actual placement of the order until the delivery of the order was nothing less than total disappointment and the ideal that they entertain themselves with about seamless customer service in my opinion and in my experience of just doing something as simple as ordering a washing machine off the internet and requesting haul off of the old and also delivery of the new with hookup I will say this the delivery team who were contracted delivery personnel they were not Lowe's associates. I will give the delivery team five stars for their ability to actually make me feel a little better about all the other things that occurred by just simply asking for seamless customer service and all I received was a bunch of ridiculous ridiculous redundant customer support and service ridiculous to the point that I even recorded the time that I spent one day just trying to get someone to take my call and listen to the experience that I was having with this so-called seamless customer service It was terrible customer service It is not deservant of anything less than my opinion which was once again a terrible customer service experience that was caused by Lowe's customer service team to begin with then it trickled up and down there for a little while and then when I ask to speak to a manager everyone got scared but never fear when the manager called he wasn't very well versed in the proper answers that a customer sometimes appreciates hearing It seemed to me they had more issues of pointing fingers at one another's departments and customer service and etc etc and so on that A I began to become extremely bored with their attitudes of pointing the finger somewhere else and then I began to wonder why why was I being treated like this and I'm the customer or wait a minute should I say I thought I was a customer evidently I wasn't the customer or The employees that were continually spending me in circles and creating the redundant patterns of redundancy kept on practicing these patterns of redundancy It was nothing less than absurd. I certainly do not have any problem giving attaboy's where at the boys are due and deserved and the delivery team deserves a lot of attaboys a whole lot of attaboys because they did a great job from the time they called me to let me know when they were going to be here to the very time they left and took all of their stuff with them and the only traces I seen of them was the tail lights of the truck that they drove up! And once again the seamless customer service was somewhere that day I just am not sure where it was It certainly wasn't at and had anything to do with the people that I spoke to that worked for Lowe's that was not the case at all so I decided that since they were spending so much of their valuable time pointing fingers at one another within the organization I said okay so now the refrigerator and the dryer that we're getting next month I believe me and my wife determined unanimously that we won't be shopping at Lowe's.

I went into the store to order a room air conditioner. I bought the Hisense model #4350808 which weighs around 50 pounds. I arranged for it to be delivered-I assumed by Lowe's employees. The sales clerk said it could be carried upstairs. Well, it was dropped off today at my front porch by a Door Dash driver. It "isn't his job" to carry it upstairs. I have had knee surgery, and my husband is in a wheelchair. I now own a room air conditioner that is of no use to me because it isn't where it is needed. Thanks, Lowe's, for your "great" customer service.

Customer service is Terrible in store and corporate. Warning do not do the Bye, now pay later, they do a hard inquiry on your credit score and then don't ever get you.Your product that you purchand then don't want to Help even though they made the mistake. We'll never Shop there again!!!!!!!!!
