I was returning some cold air returns.

I SPEAK TO THAT STORE AND IM INFORMED I THE CUSTOMER CANNOT GET A FULL REFUND UNTIL THE EMPLOYEE WHO SCREWED UP RETURNS THE PRODUCT BACT TO THE STORE.

Why is it the Appliance Rep don't know this? Or do they? For Lowes to take the stance of only 48 hr for appliance returns the business performance, quality, ethics, and sense of responbility (to include the employees and staff knowing their products and job description) has to at least be close to being dress right dress: and it's not.
