“My experience with Macros Inc and my coach has been fantastic! I have been following other programs for 10+ years and never been able to fully achieve my goals after having 3 babies.
When I started working with coach earlier this year, I was using the macros coaching. She helped me learn macros, how to eat for my lifestyle and helped me through a deficit to finally get back to my “feel good” weight. We then moved into maintenance macros through reverse dieting. I was following another workout program, but had stalled in muscle gains. “I enrolled in nutrition coaching during COVID and I cannot say enough good things about my coach, Jen Evans. She was there for me in every sense of the word and have learned a lot from her about many things - healthy choices, what it means to trust the process, how these changes are a lifestyle and that it’s a marathon and not a quick race. About functional fitness and how to listen to my body. Most importantly that failing to plan is planning to fail! She also supported me through some personal issues which I felt were above and beyond her role as a coach but I’ll be forever grateful.
