Horrible customer service! Their monthly membership “Do Not Accept Ever” They give you several forms to complete and fill out but never really point out what you should be made aware of.

I always enjoy going to my massages and facials at the Tamiami location. From beginning to end its always a great experience.

Yesterday 11/5/24 at Fairlakes location, I had the Worse experience with this company. I am old rude woman wouldn’t understand our question so he had a terrible manners and a kind Hispanic lady helped out, thank God!!! I paid facial for 1 hour and I received 30 minutes service. Customer service were explaining the membership for 15 minutes, I went in at 12:15 noon. At 12:45 the service ended, the person left me in the room and she said, that I needed to get out because she needed to clean the room for the next customer. I complained that I have paid for 1 hour. She said I had to leave. When I was waiting for my sister in the Lobby, the Manager got out of her office, started to make disgusting comments about a nice Hispanic lady that was helping out with this terrible situation. I will never go back and I do not recommend anybody to go there. The Manager should be fired for disrespecting customers waiting in front of her, disgusting comments. I wouldn’t even give 1 star 😡

The customer service at this Massage envy is horrible. The front desk people, not the therapists. The therapists are amazing. This morning I had an appointment and the place wasn't even opened. My massage therapist was waiting too. Another massage therapist showed up waiting and another customer, too. She kept texting the manager with no response at first. The front desk person who should have been there at 8:20am, Linette, wasn't answering her texts. We waited in the cold outside for 40 minutes before I decided to leave. I went over to Home Depot and then came back later and this Linette person refused to even apologize to me and tried to blame the manager. The manager wasn't there. Linette said she wasn't allowed to cancel the monthly subscription and she couldn't print out the credits that I have. She said that she emailed the manager, but I haven't heard back from the manager which I doubt I will. The last time I tried to get a hold of the manager at this site (they double billed me), I never was able to. I would leave phone messages and no one would call me back. I find it really ironic that if a customer doesn't show up to an appointment or cancels the day of, they are charged the full amount of the appointment, but the company doesn't do the same when they don't show up or cancel on the customer. I haven't even been given an apology and my appointment charge is still on the books. Needless to say, I took the time to drive all the way over there, waited 40 minutes and then still didn't get a massage. Of course I'm a little cranky.

I had an appointment scheduled and they called to reschedule. The man who called said I will note your account and we will give you an “add on” up to $15.00 for your inconvenience. I arrived for my appointment, I opened the door, and no one greeted me but I turned and walked out only because I had forgotten my wallet. This time I opened the door the lady was full of energy and said HI and proceeded to take care of me while the man did not even look up (Note: he was the one who rescheduled my appointment and noted my account). I had a bad vibe but ignored it. Once my massage started, I asked the therapist about my add-on. She ran out to ask the man and to retrieve the add-on but he said no. I said no worries. When it was time to pay, I recalled our conversation and told him that he noted my account. He asked the receptionist to check if he noted the account and she read what he wrote. He said you can use it the next time. I said what makes you think it will be a next time. He proceeded to talk about becoming a member and I said no I want to check out a few more places before I commit. I explained that I’m BIG ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND TODAY I JUST DID NOT RECEIVE THAT FROM THE FRONT DESK.

Reviews for ME maybe poor, but a certain someone always makes something special. At the Murphy location on 14th, Sandra Z is an exceptional masseuse. She listens to your issues, and she provides the massage per the requests - she is FANTASTIC In East Plano, please visit Massage Envy and ask for Sandra Z

I called to inform the staff that my husband tested positive for flu to make sure they were comfortable with me coming in. They said they were not. At that time, they also went ahead and charged me a full credit for being a good human and letting them know The situation.

Absolute completely unprofessional place. They change policies last minute without any notice. Refuse to accommodate their clients in regard to the changes THEY made by sending anything via email - instead they make clients have to take off from work and adjust the clients schedule to accommodate Massage Envy for the changes Massage Envy made. No apologies, explanations, nothing. Arrogant, self centered and entitled customer service. Run don’t walk away from doing business with these people. They also charged me for years of membership after I cancelled during Covid so shady business all around. Be very careful when doing business here.

So disappointed! I have a Massage Envy membership for at least a dozen years, and just had the worst massage of my life at Lake Pleasant. The massesue was very inexperienced - very timid and hesitant with every step. She used far too little lotion, no hot towels, started 12 min. late and ended 12 min earlier (more than the set-up and break-down norm at the 20 plus ME locations I have been to around the nation, had no process for the massage (only did the fingers on left side and not on the right side), did completely different massage on right foot than done on left foot (no masseuse does this!) I have never complained about anything at a ME, but this was a disaster! I complained to the receptionist as soon as the massage ended. She took notes and promised me that the senior manager would call me next day (today). I received no call. I will likely cancel my membership over this matter, but I guess ME doesn’t need my business.

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Jocelyn at Coconut Point. She was very professional, and customized my massage to my specific needs . I left feeling relaxed and totally pampered. I will definitely be back!

I am from out of town, scheduled a massage here and within a week they called to cancel because the therapist was going on an extended leave. They said they would keep my spot and see if another therapist could help. No one called, so I called them and they still didn’t have anyone. The week before my visit I still hadn’t heard so I made an appt elsewhere. I called Massage Envy to cancel but they said now they found someone so I agreed to stay with them and canceled the other one. 15 min before my appt they called to cancel again because the therapist was sick. No time to reschedule anything else for that evening. Very frustrated as this was in between 2 half marathons I was running and really needed it! Will never go here.

Please i was scammed of $405,000 to a fake crypto trading site which after i was scammed i needed a serious help for my money back which unlucky for me i fell for a fake recovery company which scammed me $12,000. Belive me the whole situation got me frustrated and i was in bitter tears  becuse i lost both my life savings. a month after of depression i was scrolling on a site on the internet on "Scam Detector" which i saw a review of a lady on the site giving testimony on how her crypto funds was recovered successfully, i was thinking if I'm going to fall for another recovery scam again but something truly moved me to  contact the recovery manager that helped the lady recover her scammed funds... i contacted the recovery company manager via the manager email id, after few hours  the gave me feedback asking me how I found them and who referred me. I told them how I got in contact with them, the demanded to send every details on how I was scammed, I sent to them and after 24 hours the gave me a trace result from my details specifying is possible to recover my scammed money.. the only need to upgrade my account from a basic account to TPM account so as for me to make withdrawals to my bank account, the charged me to pay $5,600 before they can upgrade and withdrawal my funds, i paid the charge fee of $5,600 because my scammed funds was much. according to them the said the higher your scammed funds the higher your TPM upgrade charge fee..I was stranded and afraid due to my condition, I took the risk to sale my car just to raise and  pay them for the TPM upgrade immediately and I paid it in 48 hours my $405,000 was transferred to my bank account successfully and when I received my money back, I was in tears to be sincere with you and in shock too till date. I scheduled a 60-minute massage at the Concord NC location. It clearly says $85 on the pricing tab right where you schedule. I was charged $145 when checking out with some very quick explanation of the $85 being a first time charge since my first massage there was in Dec 2023. I have had massages in many different states and have never paid $145 for a 60 min massage. This is clearly illegal and a scam.

Lu was my massage therapist. She made me feel comfortable at all times, my body felt better from it and I would highly recommend her! It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a peaceful setting. I will definitely be going back!

Totally bad experience at Preston-Parkwest In Morrisville NC Beware of their manager at the desk. Totally untrained and unprofessional. Eager to heavy charge not doing any service. Excuse of policy. Pathetic!
