1. Clothes look good in pictures but in reality quality is really poor, like ''plastic'' and they're made in China. Maybe the dupes you can buy in Aliexpress are the same, who knows... 2. Also, size eu 32 was definetely TOO big, I'm very petite but that was the smallest size and the measurements that they have in the website are NOT accurate. 3. AND they say you will have your order in 10 working days BUT I received my dress like TWO MONTHS later... WTF!? NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP.

This web sucks. Custome care sucks. Never ever buying from this website again. Poor and extremly slow shipping and REALLY BAD customer care. DO NOT BUY!!!!

This has been a terrible experience overall. I should have heeded to the warnings from the reviews I read but thought I'd take my chances. I ordered 2 dresses on May 6 and have still not received them. I just was made aware that delivery of said dresses was attempted May 16 but was "unsuccessful" because they needed a signature. That was Saturday. So now I have no idea where or who to contact for my items. I hate that there is no immediate response because you have to do everything by email. Terrible! Just do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation because that's exactly what you will be when you order from here: aggravated!

This site is the biggest scam i have ever encountered. I ordered 3 items from them, whilst they have a HUGE sign on their website (which I have screenshotted) saying NO DUTIES OR TAXES on items under $200, my total purchase at the time was about $130. First of all, they emailed me and told me 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were no longer in stock and i wouldnt only be getting 1 item. Alright fine, it happens, then they proceeded to let me know they have "NO IDEA" when I will recieve my refund for the items that were already paid for but not being delivered. So now I am out $100 and they are extremely vague in their contact as to whats happening. My 1 $50 dress finally arrives and now FEDEX has called me to tell me I have a $44 customs fee...on a dress that is worth $50...I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS, the website CLEARLY stated that I would not be charged any customs fees and this is the only reason I bought ANYTHING from this website. or else I would NEVER have, I am so upset, I am now refusing the package and they wont issue me a refund for my product, so I essentially was robbed $130 of my hard earned money by these thieves. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE IF YOU ARE IN CANADA THEY ARE THIEVES Absolutley no help either, I have sent them multiple screenshots of the fact that they said there would be no DUTIES or TAXES on items purchased under $200. They are a disgusting group of people. They are actual thieves.

Disgraceful! I ordered on their website after they displayed free next day delivery, this was an absolute lie as when i ordered for next day my parcel of course didn't come the next day. Instead i get an email saying there will be a 1 day delay and a poxy 10% off. I asked them to refund me 10% instead as i needed my items for the next day hence the order so for the inconvenience they should do it. They couldn't do it of course, so offered 20% off next order but again no update on delivery. Kept badgering them, for them to finally tell me there would be another day delay and one of my items is out of stock so therefore I will be refunded on it. It's disgusting how they advertise their offers yet can't fulfill them and then think an apology will be ok?! No stock inventory control, no delivery process and no customer retention policy. My order is now 2 days late and with one less item, which I needed!

EXTREMELY POOR ! In regards to the whole shopping experience I have received from missguided, I'm disgusted with how they react to problems that occur during purchasing from the site. My order of £112 was flagged due to some confusion of billing address. This was flagged AFTER the money was taken out of my account. (surely this defeats the object of flagging orders of concern to avoid fraud?). Missguided did not attempt to contact me concerning this matter. I patently waited for my order a day over the next day delivery that was expected for a purchase of this amount. I then contacted missguided care regarding the matter and had to wait another 24 hours for a response. It was only then, did they inform me why my order was flagged and instructed me to produce passport identification and proof of billing address to continue with the order. So I produced the documents needed so that we could resolve the matter as quickly as possible. After many more exchanged emails from a different individual every time, over 7 days after original day of purchase, I was basically told they could not continue with this order. I was then further instructed to cancel my order and start again. I then explained that if I cancel my Order I cannot simply re-order as the items are now sold out and that I had received 10% off the transaction price on the day of purchase. I then received an impersonal (copy and paste form) email to tell me that indeed they were sold out. I was hoping for a more informative explanation as to how this could possibly happen, when missguided had already taken the money for these items out of my account and that my order history states that the order is on hold. Foolishly I took this as the items I had indeed purchased were still available for myself to receive. As many would agree missguided caters for a young, fashion and price savvy customer profile. Cancelling a order of this value and the instructing the customer to simply re-order but still wait up to 5 working days for the money to be refunded, I would say is not meeting customer profile needs. I have shopped from missguided quite frequently and this is not the first time I have be dissatisfied by the service provided. For example not following through with next day deliveries and not to mention a very glitchy website. I asked missguided to contact me via mobile phone as the emailing process was taking far to long, they did not make any attempt to acknowledge my request let alone make that phone call. Ultimately the point I am trying to get across is that when choosing to brand yourself a "fast fashion" retailer, you should follow through on the impression you give off. Fast service being a solid commitment that other online retailers provide and people expect. And of course customer service and customer satisfaction should be the core of your business as a retailer. The service I have received on my recent order was impersonal and frustrating, the matter was NOT resolved but is now closed. My impression of missguided is that they do offer affordable, fashion must haves but cannot follow through with direct customer service. I will unfortunately consider never shopping with missguided again. A more personal and apologetic response from missguided would be appreciated, yet I will not hold my breathe on this matter! Sam D

My daughter thought she had ordered a skirt at £21 put took it out my account 3 times still waiting on my refund emailed so many times disgusting website will never order another item again

I wish I could give zero stars! Service was horrible. I paid express shipping for 2 business day delivery, items came in 4 weeks. I was issued a "store credit" instead of a refund for the shipping charges. I purchased over 3,000 in merchandise, and their way of thanking me was to put my transaction on hold for a week because of "suspicious" activity. I then had to send in snapshots of my credit card information, as it was a corporate card, the billing address didn't match the address of my ID. Being that you are never talking to the same representative, it took over 5 days for someone to actually understand the dilemma. They kept telling me to cancel the order and restart it but I refused to because that would mean the $600.00 discount I received due to a sale, would not apply to my new order. When my products finally arrived, about 2 weeks later I received a package from fedex saying as per the sites request, I was to pay an additional $500.00 fee for duties, customs and taxes. This site is a joke, and scam. Many of my items did not look the way they did on the website, weren't accurately sized, and the crop tops' strings popped before I even tried them on. Shoes were the wrong size as well. $3,000.00 worth of merchandise! Save your money and your time. Wish I'd visited this site before hand.

I've had a lot of problems with missguided!! Firstly when I tried to put items in my bag they kept leaving. When I finally got to order it they took a day to send me a order confirmation and 3 days later I still hadn't got a tracking number and when they finally got the tracking number every shipping website said that was an invalid tracking number. I still haven't received a correct tracking number!!!

basically a rip of do not deliver products on time, the products do not look the same in real life, they once told me my delieveru was on way the day before I needed it I had to email them to ask they told me that it was out of stock did not tell me before I ordered it!! disgrace save ur money and go to Boohoo!!

Should be an option for negative stars. I live in Australia and couldn't be bothered paying for the express delivery so I went for the 5-10 business days option. 11 days after I've placed my booking I STILL haven't received an email to inform me it has been dispatched. Have e-mailed demanding a refund. Bloody useless.

I admit the clothes on the website look very tempting to wear but seriously beware of purchasing from this website. I live in Australia and I placed an order of 4 items and paid extra for express delivery, which was meant to arrive in 4 working days. Two days later, I placed another order, and this order arrived before my first order. I 'tracked' the order via the website and it said that it had been 'despatched' and gave me a link to track it via SkyNet. However SkyNet didn't have any recollection of my order and the tracking number didn't exist. I emailed and emailed and was pretty much at war with the company to track down my order, which they kept replying with 'we definitely sent your order etc etc.' yet the tracking number doesn't exist? They finally asked if I wanted a re-despatch, which I said yes, then two days later they said 3/4 of my items had sold out and therefore a re-despatch wasn't possible. They then cancelled my order. They also said sometimes I can't track my order because of the glitch on SkyNet.... I believe this is a lie. Seriously beware of this company.

Items on sale on website & showed in basket however when I paid the prices were full price! How can they advertise sale but charge you full price? Very misleading.

The entire experience was awful, firstly they took over the allotted time to deliver my order, then they closed the tracking before the order even arrived without reason, this required me to ask them to open a new tracking label. When the clothing arrived the majority of things were ok, I just needed a smaller size in one item, I filled out the return slip included in the package and put it back in the mail. After a few weeks I emailed them asking for confirmation about whether they recieved my package or not and clarifying about the return, they replied saying they didn't offer exchanges to Australian customers!? Why would they include an exchange slip then? Next they asked for me to provide an image of the returns receipt, which I didn't have because I put it in the mail, a tracking number and a name of the items I have returned, all to get a return! This service is ridiculous and infuriating, I will not be ordering here again and I feel as though I just got scammed out my money.

While their clothes are beautiful (sometimes overpriced) their site is the most glitchiest site i've ever run across. Prices change soon as they're put into the cart. I contact them on numerous occasions and they tell me that i should empty my cache. I proceed to do that and wait a while and STILL glitchy. They tell me to try another browser. do that and STILL glitchy. I even switched computers. STILL.....glitchy. shipping is about two weeks and you have to sign for it which is a pain but they have nice merchandise.

This has been a shocking experience. Long story so i shall put it in bullet points: 1. i ordered a really nice dress. I qualified for free EU delivery (i live in the netherlands). This is quoted on the website as taking between 5-8 working days. I need it by the 8th day, no problem. 2. After reading COUNTLESS terrible reviews to do with missguided's delivery, i emailed customer services to ask for their assurance that they have received my order and that it will arrive within max 8 working days. 3. I get a reply saying "you will get it within 10 working days". 4.I reply explaining that their website says max 8 and that they should change this if it is incorrect, and otherwise i expect it within 8 working days, as people use this estimation to time their deliveries correctly. 5. I get a reply saying "you were on the UK website, youre confused". I ONCE more reply with a screenshot of the EU website which indeed says between 5-8 working days. I am not an idiot, i was not on the UK website. 6. I then get a reply telling me they are sorry for the confusion (not even addressing my delivery date anymore) followed by an automated email from the website saying my order has been "CLOSED BECAUSE IT WAS OUT OF STOCK WHEN I BOUGHT IT."...what...is ....going...on!? 7. I once again email back asking what the hell is going on, where is my order etc etc. 8. They reply saying I will receive my package within 11 WORKING DAYS. CONCLUSION: i will not have the dress in time for the party. They managed to drag out their faulty delivery estimation with random uninformative emails. They put items on the website that are NOT actually in stock, thereby taking your money and taking weeks to refund it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE (unless you don't mind waiting unspecified amounts of time and terrible customer services.) extra: they also proceeded to do this to my housemate after she paid 15 euros for express delivery. It didn't arrive on time and they refused to refund her the extortionate "express" shipping costs until she threatened to pursue legal action.

I'm in Australia. I ordered my items on the 17th and they dispatched it on the 21st, that is 4 completely wasted days that extends the shipping time. It is now 2 weeks in and I still haven't received my items yet. If you're looking for an outfit for an event around the corner I would absolutely encourage you NOT to order from this site to save disappointment. For a big online clothing store you'd expect prompt delivery and a better service. That is all.

I bought a long floral dress from here very recently. The dress is beautiful and the size is almost perfect, which is rare considering I'm a very petite size. It came after 4 days which was within the expected time, so I have no complaints there. Overall my experience with Missguided has been marvellous!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered a dress from them. With shipping it took a month to receive the dress. The dress quality is TERRIBLE and the sizing is completely off! Now I returned the dress and shipped it out on with tracking and insurance. The dress was delivered to them on April 7th, It is April 22nd and still no refund! I contacted the company and was told I have to wait 15 BUSINESS DAYS! This company is a joke! I cant believe that they are still in business!!!
