I am so unimpressed by this company at the moment. I normally love this website, I get all my clothes from there but this time it was Very different. So I had ordered during the Black Friday sales and found a beautiful dress which dropped from £120 to £60 but what misguided neglected to tell me via email or through even a text ( yeah they text me because I got a random text from kourtney chatting about her new collection which I really wasn’t here for by the way) is that my order was sent back because the website was showing the wrong information and didn’t display the fact that it was sold out, which has now left me only a few day before my 21st birthday without a dress! I am incredibly angry and they really need to work on their communication because in those days in which I waited for my dress I could have been actively out looking for a new one!

Slow response! They under delivered based on the fact they stated through the chat they will get back to me within 1 hour. But it took them a minimum of 4 hours. Very disappointed. Other online stores such Boohoo and Very are MUCH better! Such a shame I wasted my time. If I could give half a star I would.

out of stock of what i ordered sent something different put same product code on invoice i now have to return and wait minimum 14 days for refund ! disgusting! will not bother again they took my money whilst being unable to supply then tried to palm me off with something else !

Probably the slowest, most difficult and most frustrating customer service around at the moment. Very, very poor. They take a week to answer any message and constantly ask you the same thing - clearly designed to make you give up. Dreadful. Avoid.

Placed an order Wasn't pleased with some items so returned them Didn't receive any credit for some of the items so messaged them eventually, after waiting to see if i'd get any communications from them as they do say allow some time. Still didn't hear back so i contacted them. They refused to give me back my money but offered a credit note. I accepted it as i would lose my money otherwise, but the code was useless!! It wouldn't work!!!! messaged them severally, they all use the same troubleshooting process like robots!! Even after telling the next rep that the previous rep had me do the same thing! And the funniest thing, their response was always, it's working on our end so it should be fine at your end. really?? misguided, really?? and you call that customer service?? it's November now, i'm still £60 short and have no items to show for it. Today 22/11/2017, they are STILL refusing to sort this out and are also refusing to provide details of their governing body.

I have only ever returned items to Missguided three times, once earlier this year and the second and thrid time was last month, i returned two packages at the exact same time to the exact same address, as provided by Missguided. All three times my returns have "gone missing"! ???!!! I didnt follow up with the first package because i forgot about it, but I wont let it go this time. There is ZERO customer support, i have tried contact them on the live chat and facebook and to say they were absolutely useless is an understatement. I dont know how they can get away with this. My next move is to report this company to all the consumer rights watchdogs and I would urge others to do the same. Its not fair, they are clearly keeping customers money wrongfully on the basis of returns "going missing", in my eyes this is a form of THEFT!

Failed to let me know that item was out of stock. Only after pestering them did they admit it was not available. Then they tell me it will take two weeks to refund me, ridiculous. Don't risk your time and money.

Worst company, you place an order then receive an email to confirm order and product on its way ... but nothing arrives you contact the company with a live chat feed.. to be told the product wasn’t sent they offered to reorder it or refund, of course reorder.. to be told it will be with you in the next 19 days. Ok great then received a email of a refund the product out of stock ... but they don’t refund you in full I paid for next day delivery so I want that back as well. Will never use this company again

Their customer service is terrible. I oredered two items. One was out of stock and I've been refunded. The one that got shipped got lost on the way. Wrote them an email explaining and they said I have already been refunded. Told them only for an item that was out of stock. It took 15 emails and I still haven't been refunded for an lost parcel. They said I will be refunded for a top, I had to ask them to refund me for delivery too. Refund should be on my acc in 48h. Nope. Contacted them again and they said if I can send a copy of proof from post office (???). Then went on a web site chat, explained again... now I am waiting for my money, see how this goes. Never again. You have to explain 20 times that your order was lost in transit.

Sent back several items £185 worth of clothing and still waiting for refund.. They stated they have not received items although I have returns receipts. 1st item sent on the 30th October SERIOUSLY THEY ARE JOKERS.. WILL NOT be shopping with them again!!!!!

I ordered a dress for £120 next day delivery and they sent the completely wrong dress, I contacted customer service to be told I had to send it back and wait for a refund. I wanted the dress and didn't have time to wait so I ordered it again in the meantime and was sent the wrong item again! When I contacted them they just told me to send them both back! Except you can't just take them to the post office you have to arrange for them to be picked up and sit in all day between 8am-8pm waiting for the parcels to be picked up when it was an error made by them. Won't be ordering again.

Shocking experience. I've ordered two items from Missguided from the first time. I've ordered some underwear and a dress on Friday. The parcel arrived on Monday and I was very happy about how fast it was delivered. Unfortunately, when I opened the parcel I've noticed that only the underwear was delivered, and the dress wasn't there! I gave it another couple of days thinking they might have sent the items separately for some reason. I checked my bank account and noticed they charged me for both items anyway. I then went on the website and spoke to customer service through the "chat" option. This is where the shocking experience started. The first customer experience member has ended the chat without answering my question. The second person took over 10 minutes to respond, so I had to end the chat as I needed to go somewhere. The first person was very unhelpful and cheekily offered me a refund and a 30% off my next shop?! I'm sorry, but I don't plan to invest any more money in a company which can't even inform me that they will not be delivering the items which I've ordered. The same person then told me that the dress wasn't delivered because it's out of stock. At the exact moment and time, I went back on the website and to my surprise I was still able to add the dress in my size to my basket?! No apology, no explanation. Absolutely rude and shocking. Number for complaints on their website doesn't work. a charged 0870 number works, but I'm not willing to spend money on a incompetent company who will; probably put me on hold for 30 minutes. Shocking experience. Do not recommend!

Absolutely shocking Customer Service! I returned items back in September 2017 and am still waiting for a refund. I have been promised twice now and nothing has been refunded to me. Each time you have to raise a new query with them and go through the whole scenario yet again and send them evidence - they seem to ignore previous emails with the information on. Not once has anyone apologised to me for the inconvenience or stress of having to try and sort this out. I have now been promised a refund for the third time...so fingers crossed third time lucky! I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs...I know this will be my last time!

They deliberatley raise prices so they can offer discounts. I thought i got a discount but turns out i ended paying the same amount. Misleading crooks

I've been a customer for 3 years now i think. I've never experienced any issues with orders or delivery, sometimes the clothes come and the sizing is off, but i can deal with that. What i cannot deal with is poor customer service. My order was placed 03.11.17, delivery to be 04.11.17. It was never delivered by Hermes. Apparently there was an issue with my address...so i contact Missguided and ask what the heck is going on, because no one has bothered to contact me. I confirm my address to 2 seperate people, and 2 days later its still not been delivered. I ask again where the order is and im told to wait another 48 hours, which i refuse to do. I ask what is wrong with the address, what specifically is the issue, and no one can tell me what the actual issue is. I just want my order refunded by this point, but i'm told they they have to request this back from Hermes and can take 10 days to get back to them, and another 5 days on top of that to get a refund. So today i contacted them again to check it had been requested because i had lost faith that it had. I was told its been requested and i can have a refund now! well why didnt that just happen last week? I felt as though the people in customer services are really limited with what they can do to help you and a lot of it felt quite scripted, as i had the same answers quite a few times. This has put me off ordering with missguided now, because it should have been a lot easier to resolve. If the order is failed, they should have contacted me to tell that there was a so called address query, not me chasing them constantly. Such a shame

Ordered 2 skirts last week. Only one came but was charged for both. I gave it a few days but still heard nothing so I emailed about it. They then informed me that the skirt was out of order so they would refund me within 3-4 days. Not even as much as a sorry for inconvenience caused. Awful customer service. (skirt that did arrive is horrible)

Terrible service. They sent me the wrong return label (wrong weight) which makes it impossible to send back the items if I don´t pay it myself. I try to find a solution but they will not send me a new return label or refund money for the shipping (which will be like 35 euro). Their chat is useless. They don´t care about the costumers at all and are not willing to find a solution for the problems they have made. Will never buy from them again.
