“Ordered phone on April 29th, and now I know that despite the website stating 8 in stock, they do not have it. Was told shipment as soon as possible on the 4th of May, then they said shipment on Monday the 9th, on the 9th they said that it would be shipped on the 10th. Today is 10th and nothing, no sign of the phone existing. I have requested a refund on order #8124. They've said they will do it as soon as possible....who knows when or if it will happen.
They do reply to queries, but with completely useless answers, and they do not do what the say.
As constructive feedback, a company should not take the money until product is effectively shipped, and there should be precise information provided. As soon as possible does not mean anything! And if you do not have something in stock, you must say it, and perhaps offer alternative models, or offer a refund immediately.”

I ordered a Samsung galaxy A7 from this con site and received it in about 3 weeks. The phone is faulty as back key menu buttons are not lighting on, is getting very hot all time and also the charger. I've contact them on customer email for refund but no answer. Looks like they are based in : Address Room 801, Hanley House, 776-778 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. So no chance to any money back, however I've contacted already Trading Standards in this mater. The good reviews on this page are fake !!!!! Do not buy from this site!!!! BIG CON !!!!!!”

“I brought a samsung gear S form this company, all was good I received fast and everything was ok. Then the watch started dying and crashing without warning. I took the watch to samsung who said as the watch was A GREY Import they could not verify the warrenty. I contacted Gadjet monicle who said as the item was over 15 days they would only do a repair and not replace. They wanted me to pay for the repair locally and invoice them. I was not ok with this. They then said I had to ship to them before they could do a refund. i was not happy about shipping to HONG Kong as i could not track this item, i was also expected to pay for delivery costs. They are great on price but this is because once you have brought the item there is no after thought at all. they asked me to ship to a uk warehouse, i checked this out and it was no more then a empty ware house used for handling deliverys etc etc . I WOULD NOT RECOMEND AS IF YOU PAY £300 FOR AN ITEM AND IT STOPS WORKING YOU CAN KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE.”

“I bought online a gold samsung galaxy j5( item number 5941) from gadget monocle on Saturday 30/01/16. I received it by post from your post address which is: key Mail UK Ltd, 12 Saxon Way Trading, West Drayton, UB7 0LW 0lw, GB on 04/02/16. As I was not satisfied, I return it in the same address above on 05/02/16. After that I send to you four email asking for the refund of my money but till now I didn't hear anything from you.
You policy said that when the customer aren't satisfied for what he has purchased after he has returned the item to you he must wait 15 days to get its money back.
I tracked the retuning item and I got the confirmation that the item has been delivered to the address above on 08/02/16. From that date to now it's more than 15 days and I still don't get my money back .
Please could you refund my money in the next few days if not I am in an obligation to take a legal action against your company.

“Although the company claim to have warehouses throughout the world, actually they are a grey import company, dispatching from Hong Kong. There is no manufacturer's warranty attached, the only warranty is from Gadget Monocle itself. I ordered a Nexus 6P. It arrived in reasonable time, but all the written instructions were in Chinese (I got English ones off the internet), and there was no UK plug. I complained, they apologised. GM said to buy a certain charger from Amazon and they would refund me. The one they chose was not correct. I complained, they apologised and offered another. I bought that and sent receipt for refund. The refund came through Paypal and had fees deducted. I complained, they apologised and said they would correct. Then I noticed that they had sent me a 32Gb version, instead of the 64GB I had ordered. I complained, they apologised and asked me to return it and they would replace it. That would mean being without a phone for a few weeks, so I said I would keep the phone if they refunded the difference in price. They agreed and did so. However, they still hadn't sorted out first refund, so went to Paypal and told GM I was doing that. They sorted it faster than anything else they had done.
Nothing went right with this transaction and GM were very poor, although always polite. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't ever recommend them”

“I have ordered a Sony Xperia M5 phone. They first dissapoint me by sending M5 Dual phone not what I have ordered. Then phone had software problems I couldn't even use it for a day. I have ask for refund. They approved the refund, they told me to send the phone back. I did send it back when I check the tracking status item says it is delivered on 24/11/2015. Even though it is delivered no one is answering none of my e-mails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'm not satisfied with the service that they are providing.
