I have a message stating my parcel has been delivered. It hasn’t. No card. No knock. Nothing. The chat line doesn’t answer any questions - and gives a farcical photo of proof of delivery which I will show you all

My parcel was collected 11 days ago. No idea whether it will ever get to its intended destination (3-5 day service). Every day tracking explanation says we'll get it moving in 24 hours. Really? Never. Ever. Again.

Item was left with my neighbour despite my having specified a safe place for delivery. Was not a particular problem for me but pointless for you to ask customers for 'safe place' choice and then ignore their request.

Hermes has had my parcel at the local depot since 19th November. Tracking has NOT been updated since 19th November. Computer chat with no resolve of problem. Why can't they have proper people. WHERE IS MY PARCEL......SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TODAY AT LATEST!!!!!! NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM IVE HAD WITH HERMES but I can't change a company's choice of who they use one o deliver their products

2 missing parcels supposed to have been delivered both not delivered... photo of a road with no parcel as proof!! And no help from customer services except to send us back to our supplier!

I ordered from SimplyBe - Hermes held the item at their local distribution point for 5 days then without me or the retailer requesting it, they returned the item to the retailer. What sort of service is that? It was a birthday present and the last one in stock. They are the absolute worst courier service in the UK and from now on I will try my utmost to avoid retailers who use Hermes. I have passed this complaint to SimplyBe requesting them to escalate this as a serious complaint and to offer customers alternate couriers - I would pay more for a better service from other couriers such as DPD, DHL and Parcelforce - All of these have access to someone in customer service to help resolve any situation, Hermes has an automated system and a voice system that does absolu

I am waiting on parcel which you state on website will be on move in 24 hours. that was 26th November now 1st December. Unable to speak to anyone in your company. Very stressed and poor poor service

Booked pick up Booked pick up, waited all day, after 8pm went to close the door, left open to ensure that courier knew someone was home, along with the lights and I was working in the front. No knock or ringing of the bell but card was thrown into the porch. Waited for next pick up day, expected 4-6pm. No show. Contacted Hermes , the answer, "Today @ 17:20 Your local courier tried to collect your parcel but they couldn't. They will try again on their next working day " This information is rubbish I was waiting at the front of my house, the door was open and I had family home too. This time No card left either. More damning is that I have a security camera a the door and no one showed!

Ebayer sent item ontime 😀 Then all went wrong when item arrived at depo last weds 1..everyday says arrived at depo then delayed its now 6 days 2. Emailed ...automated robot 3.phoned no answer 4.when these want paying there quick to want paying 5. Present ...passed birthday now

By far the worst delivery company i… By far the worst delivery company i have dealt with. I scheduled a return parcel for saturday and hermes did not turn up on sat sent an email to say its now schedule for sunday. On sunday they emailed saying its scheduled for monday. On monday received an email saying its scheduled for 4 to 6pm, received another email saying its from 7 to 9pm received another email saying its scheduled for tuesday!! In meantime attempted to contact someone and ended up with a robot!! Shocking service and absolutely disgusting!! And that one star i had to tick - they dont deserve! And they lie that they tried to come to pick it up but no one turns up. Disgusting practises- how are they getting away with it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst delivery company EVER!!!! They lose the parcels, always lie that they tried to to deliver but no one was home and they are ALWAYS late. And no customer service at all. How is this possible??? Why isn’t anyone doing anything to fix those issues and how are they allowed to not have any customer service available? This company should dissapear

Paid for collection via phone, to collect on 29-Oct-2020. I've stayed at home (specifically) all day, nobody came. They came next day when we already used alternative courier. Spoke to the driver, he said it's okay to cancel and we will get a refund. No refund came through. Eventually managed to open a ticket online, after couple of days automatic message came saying: 'Thank you for getting in touch with your parcel enquiry which is being looked into by Rachel at your local depot, as this is the Customer Services Team in the best place to help resolve your enquiry.' Yeah, right... There was no answer until now. When I checked it - says Solved. I mean really? No refund, no e-mail, nothing, and yet it's solved? Well, eat those £10. Will never use Hermes again and I will make sure my family, relatives and friends are also aware. Thank you.

Parcel took ages to arrive and turned up smashed into a million pieces. Customer service seems to be a bot that just tells me to take it up with the retailer. Devastated and disgusted.

Received a message saying Hermes had delivered my parcel at 21.22. This parcel has not been delivered to my house. I have tried getting in touch on line, by phone and email but nobody is replying to my question of where my parcel is. Disgusting way to treat customers.

My partner has had two packages 'delivered' by Hermes this week. The first did not arrive (but was marked as delivered) the second arrived in a battered box that appeared as if someone had opened it and routed through the contents, some of which was missing. This is not the first issue that I have had with this company and the sooner people stop using them the better. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

Received an email saying my parcel had been delivered, photograph of parcel attached but not at my property. Found it impossible to contact Hermes so had to walk around the neighbouring properties to identify the site where left. Eventually found it in the communal entrance of a retirement complex. Absolutely useless service yet again from Hermes!

Hermes is absolutely disgraceful. The driver I could see him from my flat on 2nd floor didn't even bother to come to the building gate and updated me that the driver missed my delivery coz I was not at home, like WTF?!!! what is wrong with this delivery company?!!!

Hermes is a complete and utter waste of time. You have “conveniently “ “LOST” my parcel that was in a clearly marked JD box. Someone is benefiting with my Xmas present. I can’t even speak to a human. I will NEVER buy anything from a retailer that uses HERMES. THEY ARE RUBBISH. WHY WHY WHY do companies use then is beyond me. I’m sure if they were responsible for the refunds on “lost/stolen” goods that all of a sudden the parcels would get delivered.
