Organised them to collect a parcel from on Monday 15th of June, nobody came, website states they were unable to collect and will try again on Tuesday, it stated that the courier has my parcel and is out for delivery, what parcel am not due any parcel, anyway Tuesday and Wednesday came and went nobody came, spent £7.61 for them to collect it on Monday, now Resolver are dealing with this case, have organised another company to collect it on Thursday, what a mess if I hear that name Holly again think I will get some and stick it up where the sun don’t shines, I know Holly is only the virtual assistant

You have managed to lose 2 expensive parcels, containing 3 beautiful trees. How is thus possible? I am still awaiting my refunds as I have had to refund customers. I have lost 3 sales because of your incompetence.!!!!!!!

Ordered from a supplier on a Thursday, item being sent by Hermes stating parcel would be received by Saturday on their 24hr service. Tracking shows parcel is at my local depot and has been sat there since Friday (day after order placed) it is now the following Thursday so the 24hr service is actually going to be 7 days. I could drive to the depot and pick the parcel up myself, it’s that close!! Sort it out.....useless bunch of muppets. Can’t contact anyone in Hermes, way too difficult to actually speak to anyone.

I’ve not had a bad experience with them and I ship so much with them. Lovely people and very cheap!

Parcel not delivered or signed for but Hermes are saying it was. I cannot speak to anyone at all and because their system is updated with the driver to say he’s delivered , all I get is It’s delivered! I have heard so many complaints about this company . Do not use them and if you do , don’t expect any replies. They couldn’t care less.

Don’t bother claiming..... Early June 2020... Sent a package.... a shirt sold on eBay.... damaged in transit by a (deliberate?) cigarette burn. Through the plastic bag and through two layers of the lovely Ralph Lauren shirt. Put a claim in for £19.00 as you are covered free up to £20.00 with each parcel. So it says... I submitted several photographs sent to me by my customer, put a claim in... 2 weeks+ later no reply. Then, on chasing up, an email from Nadia. Stated that my claim was rejected as it was “not covered”. So, I’m out of pocket and I have wasted at least an hour of my time contacting them, compiling the claim form and submitting 5 photos showing clear proof of wanton deliberate damage. This company is probably the most corrupt company in the UK and, judging by the amount of people complaining on here and other review websites, it rightly sums them up. Use at your peril. I am an ex customer from today

Most disgraceful. 3 parcels collected and 3 parcels not even processed yet and customers complaining that they are already 1 day late. You have lost a loyal business customer, i will be moving to Royal Mail. Dont even think of sending anything, because if your parcel goes missing they have no one to chat to or phone. You can only talk to a live chat bot that will never connect you to a live agent. Below standard in this day and age. At least Royal Mail will be reliable! ***UPDATE*** Waited over 35 minutes 4 times and cut off from the call without being spoken to. I have sent 3 emails and not one has been answered either! A complete shambles of a company! They simply do not care about anything. I send around 200+ parcels a week and only the last week tried them with 5 parcels and all of them are late or lost. SO TRUST ME - They will lose your parcel or it will be delivered VERY late! It was the same last year when i tried them and i had to claim which was not made easy to get my money back. Pay the extra 5 or 10p for Royal Mail, they are reliable or Collect Plus.

i took 41 parcels to a drop shop, labelled as provided by hermes online. next day they emailed saying they had issue wrong labels, expect delay.14 days later they start to be delivered, they relabelled with a 3-5 day label, not 1-2 days, or the 1-2days labell i paid for. i lost nearly £2000 of small plants, and had to refund most of my customers. use these again? tell others not to also.... be warned, spread the word - this is myhermes

Sent the goods to address in another county. A new one was delivered and the next day the original one was received. Refused twice to return a mirror to Next. Said it was too big but he was the driver that dropped it off, Third delivery was lost. I would never recommend them and will try to avoid using them if possible

None of the live channels work and they are only focused on tracking. It has been made as difficult as possible to get an insurance form for goods that have been badly damaged in transit. I have tired all three suggested methods of communication with no response other than automated nonsense.

Two recent experiences: Ordered a collection for last Tuesday for something I sold on eBay. Tuesday came and went with no contact, then Wednesday... Finally gave up and took it to a drop-off point on the Thursday afternoon, which then took another 4 days to arrive at the buyer. Not bad for a 24 hour delivery service. Then bought something from Amazon with Prime next-day delivery. Just had a notification it had been received at the wrong distribution depot, so there are likely to be delays. If I never have to use this shambles of a company again it will be too soon. Don't be fooled by the lower parcel prices, pay a couple of quid more for someone else, that is a small price to pay for peace of mind and better service.

According to Hermes they have had my parcel since 11th June but no delivery. Is this the norm for this company?

Terrible company, beware! My parcel was due to be delivered. Throughout the day the time of this kept changing until eventually the delivery driver ran out of time. The tracking was updated saying the parcel would be delivered next day. This was not the case. Nor was it delivered the day after. Nor the day after. In fact there has been not even ONE attempted delivery of my package. Every time you want to contact them you have to go through their ridiculous Holly online assistant who just parrots back information that you already know. I had to contact Hermes five times in order to get any response. First they said they would look into it and get back to me. Then, finally, a week later, and only after me emailing again and again, they said the package was lost and I would just have to go back to the sender. Tough, there's nothing they can do. With the recent expose of Hermes selling packages at auction I find it interesting that a package can go from sitting in a van to be delivered to "lost". While, I accept that the pandemic has meant that response etc are slower it should not take multiple emails (many of which were ignored as it shows on the email chain they respond on) to get an answer. Nor should the pandemic magically cause packages to disappear from vans. Hermes are shoddy and if you have any choice (you often don't if you are the receiver) go for someone more reliable.

would like to have given them no stars at all if i could. Can agree with every other comment but can add my courier refuses to deliver because we are a "security threat." Cant get any sort of response from HERMES or any explanation as to why. Seems wrong that a courier who is just too lazy to do her job can say things such as this. Why would big high street stores give their business to these people is just beyond me.

I have had serious problems 5 times with Hermes. Parcel from USA of rare CD never arrived and hung around in Hermes warehouse for weeks. Twice people in the Netherlands tried to send parcel and never arrived. REcently UK firm tried to send and never arrived. Local Hermes rep maintains he doesnt know the address but its very clear; he lives nearby. . Hopeless; why use them?

OMG so frustrating. Recieved email 2 different days to say parcel would be delivered. Nothing waited in both times. Phoned customer service just an automated message of no help what so ever. Put me off ordering online again. Shocking service.
