I have been sending and receiving parcels from my hermes for years. I am aware many people are not happy and perhaps not received the service they would like but I don't believe its the fault of the company just a handful or employees. My local couriers have all been really good at delivering parcels, friendly and nice. Sometimes the temporary drivers aren't great as the parcels have been damaged but thats probably because they have too many parcels to squeeze in to the vehicles. When I have had issues the customer services have been friendly and resolved the issues. When I have been posting all of my parcels have been delivered. I can keep a track of the parcels on the my hermes app and check any updates. I really like my hermes and the service has helped me a lot. The prices are excellent. If people want a service with bows and frills then go to another courier who charges 4 times more. although sometimes my hermes can provide bows and frills.

Parcel delivered to wrong house. Contacted courier who tried to get it back but householder too busy to look for it ! We know which house but they will not answer door to us. Hermes in Bodmin has been appalling recently.

Most useless parcel company I came across. As working person could not get parcel twice. On first occasion Hermes mark ticket as second delivery attempt it’s close to fraud by my standards.I tried to rearrange delivery, no options to leave it in safe places or nearby shop etc. then I went to depo only to hear that they can’t do anything as my parcel if on WAY back to sender!!! Avoid at any cost!!

Is so bad service, I experience horrible about my parcel, I lose my 2 parcel, total I spending money is €58.97pound, delivery men not leave card for where is my parcel? so after I contact hermes customer support service, they are take pictures proof is my neighbours house number on the gate,not my gate house number, not take pictures proof for parcel?I contact hermes support customer service, also live chat, and just kerp going show me my neighbours and house number gate, from 21th October to now, still not sort out and not answer me, just show me email not long use, is lie lot, when I first contact is work! So hope everyone use this hermes delivery company need carefully your parcel! Thanks

Stole £800 worth of parcels in one week after a week of chasing parcels that was sent next day delivery one an iPhone has apparently been damaged beyond repair The other a bike still waiting to hear about I keep being told wait 48hrs and getting nowhere

Lying thieving Ba....D's you say you delivered my parcel and I signed for it you forged my signature and send me a picture of a warehouse I am now seeking legal advice and will see you in court for fraud how dare you say I signed for it you thieving bas...ds.

Received an email on the 18th November 2021 at 4.49pm to say the courier had tried to deliver my parcel and I was not at home. I hadn't left the house all day

No point in writing a lengthy review. It has all been said before. This company is not only useless it is incredibly useless so much so when you read the reviews you have to laugh. Why does anyone use them. What is the point in a business saving 30p on post and losing a valuable item and a customer. Seems very short sighted to me.

Brand new item arrived damaged. Paid for insurance cover but used every excuse to avoid paying compensation. Seller won't accept return as the item was pristine when despatched. Now left with an unusable item and £100 out of pocket as item was for a present so will have to purchase replacement. DON'T BOTHER PAYING FOR INSURANCE COVER.

Message after 5 days to say there is a delay with my parcel - well that didn't need much detective work did it? Nothing further from Hermes - they've evidently lost it. Retailer has to send it all again. I don't understand why anyone still uses this carrier. Every time I have had to use them there is a problem. One driver even chucked the parcel over the side garden gate (6 foot high!). I was in at the time and told her off. Surely it would have been easier to ring the door bell? Would never recommend Hermes. In fact I would say avoid if possible.

If you value your customers do not use HERMES Ordered item 10/11 Update online from HERMES 13/11 - We have your item and it will be delivered by a courier on the next working day (That would be Mon 15/11) 15/11 - No parcel. No update online. Automated Customer Service unable to process anything other than pre-scripted messages. Stating item will now be delivered in next 48hrs (so, not next working day then!?) 16/11 - No parcel. No update online. Automated Customer Service still stating as per 15/11. Phone customer service is also automated. No help. 17/11 - No parcel. No update online........ I ordered other items from Germany on 11/11 (a day after this order) and they were here on 15/11. If you value your customers go elsewhere for a more reliable service.

If you could choose another courier to deliver your parcel, would highly recommend it. On 5 November 2021, I received a notification from Hermes that my parcel has been delayed due to an event in my area. It is now 16 November and there was no notification as to what is happening with my parcel. I tried to contact them but their chat service wasn’t helpful nor calling the number I found online as it was as useless as the chat. There’s no way to speak to someone just to get an update or to follow up my parcel they are holding for some reason. It is frustrating and disappointing Hermes!

I ordered a set of coffee tables was sent on 24hr delivery delivery was suppose to be 10th November l am still waiting for delivery l also got a bike costing £150 that never turned up still waiting for this after 5 weeks this company deliver anything on time l stopped using amazon as there use Hermes and now when look at other companys that use them there not answer emails and there no telephone number to speak to this company think any company that use hermes going to loose customers unless there use another delivery company

Please don't send your parcels with Hermes this Christmas because they are having a serious internal problems with deliveries. Already they have backlogs of parcels to deliver and it's not Christmas rush yet. If you want your loved ones to receive their Christmas presents be wise and use an alternative and reliable courier. Be smart! Hermes is struggling!!!!

They have more than two of my parcels undelivered for over three weeks. Loads of friends also in the village of Droxford Hampshire are in the same position but Hermes does nothing to help at all
