Delivered an expensive computer to the wrong address. Won't buy from any company that uses Hermes. It's a zero delivery service.

Hi This tracking number (H0067A0008038297) shows my parcel has been sitting at your depot since 5th June. There is no option to arrange a delivery or ask why its is sitting there for that long? (please dont tell me otherwise) All i get is a robot that is obviously not set to resolve problems relating to this nature. When i call you "NO HUMANS" same thing, when i email you i am directed again by a robotic automated email to the first robot to be told the same thing again. that tracking number i have given, will give you my name and post code. can you resolve this or is it going to be another robot? You don't have to call me or anything "Just please send the parcel out for delivery, instead of it sitting there" You have all the information. P.s. ill be heading over to all you social media with the same message, until I get a response or my parcel Thank you

Again it seems hearmes have lost my parcel,again they tell the sender they don't know where it is,?? Worst delivery lot ever, . I know ask sender before I shop do you use hearmes, if they do I won't shop with them,also delivery people don't speak ,don't knock door just leave parcels. I hate hearmes incompetent.

Item left on doorstep. Yes, they even took a photo of it but unfortunately that doesn’t help when no one is home! Email I received this morning clearly stated that if no one was home Hermes would attempt delivery the following day. I have not allocated a safe place - and if I had it certainly wouldn’t be outside the door. I’m not back until this evening so whether it’s there or not is down to fate - and the honesty of any passers by. Who just leaves a parcel on a doorstep and then drives off? Oh, yes - it’s Hermes!

Lazy, awful, unreliable, they can’t be bothered delivering so just say you were out. That is 3 different occasions, you can’t call them and they have no proper complaints procedure. I want compensation for four days now I have had to stay in for a parcel to not turn up

My parcel was posted on 15/6 ..then tracked to local depot on 17/6..on it's way,but not out for delivery..by 5pm on 19/6 still at local depot 6 miles away..poor!!!..Contact Customer care..asked to insert tracking number..inserted, but no way of sending the number to them..tried umpteen times to supply Tracking number..but no way of doing so..really annoyed and shall avoid buying from supplier using Hermes. 😡

Just Awful service.. No human contact at all was on hand and repetitive robots.. Spent an hour trying to get through just for some answers to a problem with a parcel not being delivered. So frustrating, bad management for not acknowledging and customer care appalling. Still left with no answer and a possibility I have been scammed with no help!.. Hermes you do really need to listen to your customers and not rely on robots. Regards

They keep my item a Battery which cost me £66 I had to send it twice and didn't advice that I not suppouse to send batteries. Paid over £40 for to send the battery and I didn't get a refund for postage and also they keep the Battery. Customer service hang out to me at least 3 times. Usless emails flowing up and down without arriving to any conclussion. I waste my time, my money and my patience with this SCAM company. Avoid at all cost.

They don’t even deserve one star. I’m so upset I can’t even describe it. Lazy driver didn’t even bother knocking on the door and I’ve just gotten email saying there was nobody home. And there is no way to contact the driver or customer service at this time. I will call them first thing tomorrow. Useless, completely useless. I can’t believe they’re still in business hiring people like that

i ordered a bbq for delivery and quoted 5-7 days. on day 5 notified by hermes (their courier) that there was a delay but my parcel would be delivered between 1 and 3 on the tuesday so on that day left work for 2 hrs to wait in. at 2.30 got a text saying delayed and would be between 3 and 5 but i had to go back to work. notified on tracker missed delivery at 3.30 would redeliver next day but no time and no update on tracker. next day tried for 3 hrs to contact hermes but no way possible of speaking to anyone and no information, no update on tracker so called jd williams 3 times who kept telling me nothing they could do as they cant contact hermes either other than email which hermes have up to 72 hrs to respond to - but offered me £3.50 compensation as a good will gesture!!!! still nothing from anyone, no calls texts or update on tracker the next day so called them again to be told, all they could do was email hermes again to escalate but still the 72 hour buffer to reply. Customer service is totally non-existent and their courier company, which is the worst in the country are allowed to carry on like this. I still havent received the parcel or any information regarding its delivery so will be going to b&Q to buy my BBQ today and refuse delivery of the JD Williams one should it ever appear. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely useless company paid for next day still waiting 3 days later with no customer service and tracker says we have it. So frustrating as I needed this hence the next day. Bunch of idiots

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time WITHOUT FAIL when Hermes have a package of mine in their hands they ALWAYS seem to loose (steal) or delay parcels that I have paid next day delivery on. There is not one occasion where I can say Hermes managed to deliver a parcel to me without any issues!! Furthermore, there is no human you can get through to when you have an issue, just a pointless online bot that can’t help and ridiculous automated phone voice when you try to call their so called “contact centre” which doesn’t exist!!! This has got to be the worst company in existence, I cannot believe the sh*t Hermes are getting away with and I cannot believe retailers are continuing to use this useless delivery company. I am totally surprised that they haven’t gone into administration with this appalling service (if you can even call it that)

This is worst courier in existence, I cannot contact anyone on chat, telephone or email, jd Williams who I purchased the item from said there's nothing they can do but email hermes who have 72 hours to reply ( so don't buy anything from them) and hermes have allegedly tried to deliver twice without giving me any delivery times or dates but I've been told by jd Williams that they will attempt once more before the item is returned!!!! What kind of service is this and why has trust pilot got them on more than 0.5 stars.

dont use this company i send parcel to Germany and i pay for my parcel but the receiver has been charge 141 euros i would never use them agine. first time and last time

Absolutely disappointed with Hermes delivery. They are the designated delivery service for a company that I needed to return an order to. Having collected my parcel, they then lost it during transit and it was never delivered to the company I ordered from, thus risking my refund on the items. They were unapologetic and unhelpful in locating the item and took no responsibility for the fact that they did not complete the returns delivery. Hermes provides exceptionally poor service.

Ordered goods on 7th June and was promised delivery on 9th June. Parcel still sitting in local depot (15th June) and no way of contacting other than through the useless digital assistant. Complete waste of space and not only will I not use them, I won't purchase from other sellers who are stupid enough to use Hermes. Waste of space.

Delivery driver..did knock..but knocked on my blooming living room window with his phone!!..then left package leaning against front door only to fall over when I open door!!..very unprofessional.

Thieves and non existent customer service. 2 grands worth of full tower pc stolen by staff in their Airdrie Depot. Although they state it as "lost"! Bit ridiculous trying to claim a box of this size would be lost expecially with components in it harder to get than a ps5! No way to contact human help just ai that has you going round in circles. One apologetic phone call eventually received by a Beverley Cooper Hermes Executive Office who pretended to be on the case and would be in touch asap! That was last contact from her! Recommend you Google this company as they seem to have quite the reputation for no customer care and stealing parcels!
