Left a card saying the missed me and despite not authorising to be left with a neighbour or a safe place the card said they had left it with a neighbour. When I went to the neighbour they did not leave it with him. I tried to contact them however only robots on the phone and online chat I requested a CALL BACK through the website said be within in 48 hours. 5 days later I got an email saying my issue was resolved as the driver said it was delivered to the correct address .... how can this be possible when I have no parcel and a missed you card Clearly the driver stole the parcel or gave it to some one who did as it was am expensive pair of trainers sold out and the drivers can see where the parcel is from This company is digusting do not want to deal with complaints and do not help hopefully sellers and retailers will get sick of refunding all missing parcels and use a company not filled with cow boys.

The drivers are thieves reported missing item and all I got was the parcel has been sign for and case resolved. I NEVER received my parcel. Hermes CANNOT be trusted customer service is non existent. Worst delivery company ever WARNING DO NOT USE MY HERMES they are a bunch of w#*#ers

Delivery nearly 10 days late, says its delivered but no sign of it, and we were in the house when it was supposed to have been delivered at 12.15pm. No photo either. Can't get anywhere on the website. Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs.

Terrible awful company every time I get some thing delivered through them it always goes wrong, says attempted a delivery at 13:58 when I’ve been home almost sat by the door and no one attempted anything, companies need to stop using Hermes!!!

Having ordered an alternator for my car, and booking my car into the garage expecting it to be delivered on time, you can imagine my horror, upon contacting the seller today to find out why it hasn't arrived, the couriers are Hermes! The seller provided me with a tracking number and upon checking, my parcel has been collected by Hermes but 4 days later it still hasn't even arrived at their depot. I have had so many bad experiences with them already, children's birthday & Xmas presents that haven't arrived on time. Now I have no working car, had to cancel the garage & lose my booking. I'm having to borrow a car to pick my daughter up tomorrow as she is 15 miles away - Tell you what Hermes don't worry about the people that are wasting their money and lives waiting on a joke of a company that have NO customers service and i mean F all!! You cannot talk to anybody, you cannot complain, you cannot find out anything. All you can do is hope that your parcel eventually turns up! How is a company allowed to run in this day and age when they are so bad? Why do companies use Hermes to send our bloody goods? Because they are cheap, well they definitely aren't cheerful! I bet the people that work for Hermes don't even use them because they know what a shower of s**** service they provide. Parcel2go was used & they give options for couriers, the tracking is then done through them but they do nothing to contact Hermes and have advised that if nothing has changed on the tracking tomorrow then I need to get the seller to make a claim. In the meantime we will all pop our lives on hold for those scum bags! When i tried calling Hermes (yeah I know, even though I'd done this previously and know it doesn't exist I still tried) there was an automated message that said there 'was some issues with labelling on some parcels and please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.' doesn't sound promising if they've managed to screw it up at that stage, I dread to think where my parcel will end up!

I have had many bad past experiences with Hermes deliveries, but this week Hermes has excelled itself in the poor service category. On Monday I was notified by Hermes to expect a parcel between 2 and 4 pm and so we rearranged our entire day accordingly. At 12.47 The doorbell rang and as I opened the door the delivery man was driving away, having left my parcel on the front step. No note was left. Yesterday we spent the entire afternoon relaxing in the back garden, but when I opened the front door at around 6 pm to water my plants, I found another parcel on my front step. It was fortunate that I had opened the door as no note was left and the parcel would probably have been there all night and possibly stolen. When I later looked at the tracking details, I was informed that my parcel had been delivered at 9:47 pm! Unbelievable! It is pointless attempting to complain to Hermes directly as their website does not facilitate it. Basically they do not want to know about complaints. Hermes was the mythological Greek messenger of the gods. How unfortunate that Hermes the company choose that name but cannot live up to the reputation of its Greek namesake!

Several times, when checking on tracking my delivery, it has been noted as delivered, when it has not. Actual delivery is much later and just left beside door without ringing the bell. I assume they note it incorrectly to make it look as though delivery takes place when promised. Poor service.

Be afraid, be very afraid! This is the worst company I have used for deliveries. I had a parcel uncollected by them and was unable to get anything intelligent from their 'tracking' system. It was a few days later when I kept asking about my parcels that they said they had not been collected. They advised I would have to cancel the order and then re-book their service for a collection to be made. I had endless frustrations with their chat bot and not getting proper answers. In the end I lost the items because the seller sold the items to other customers. The only compensation was my postage refunded. It'd say it was a joke company if only it was funny, but it's not and they don't seem to care or be accountable in any way.

I paid extra money for next day delivery, hermes say that it will arrive the next day. I'm optimistic, it says it is with your courier and will be delivered today. Shock it wasn't delivered. Wasted my money on delivery.

The worst delivery company in the world, what a joke, do not ever use them and if you buy something of the net ask before they send anything and if they use hermes don't buy it because you probably won't receive in a good condition or if ever and if you are lucky and get it, it will probably be 2 weeks late.

Possible, NO it is the worst parcel delivery company in the world. 12 days to deliver a small envelope with paper gaskets in that would have been quicker to walk the 80 miles to pick up myself. In they had the audacity to charge £4.95 when first class letter would be cheaper and very much QUICKER. Jome of a company.

Customer Service is dreadful. Tracking sometimes woeful. Why they call themselves a delivery company offering cover for damage/loss when they have a detailed list of 46 items that are no compensation items. ( The website has a large visual of erhaps 8 items. You have to physically look at the list to check.) Even if your item is on the list and you take the cover they are still happy to take your money. I can understand damage but lost in there systems is daylight robbery On positive side my courier is, sorry was (as I will not be sending items with then again) pleasant.

2 weeks now they say it's at my local depot. Impossible to get in touch .have never received my parcel.do not use Hermes

I would give - 5 stars if I could. Worst postal service ever used, I now have 2 parcels waiting for collection to be delivered and they have not bothered to turn up 2 days running. I paid for collection service because I am housebound and can not get out. This is not the first time this has happened. I will leave a review every time this happens.

The worst couriers I have by far used! The parcel I had sent I paid for express they turned up a week late and in a terrible state! This upset me as I took my time and effort on my products for them to be destroyed.

I live in a huge student accommodation so begged them to make the delivery guy call when he arrives. They didn't do s.h.i.t and missed my delivery three time in a row.

Seriously appalling service. After a seven day delay and various promises that messages would be sent to explain issue (nothing received) Hermes tracking finally showed a fraudulent claim from Hermes that parcel was delivered, albeit showing blank photo. Next day, after explaining the issue to the seller, and the fact that this amounted to fraudulent misrepresentation by Hermes, this image and record of delivery was gone, and again tracking was updated to say the message that delivery was due on the day. Nevertheless, nothing was delivered - another apparent issue with delivery, but no opportunity to discuss or resolve with Hermes. No opportunity to actually speak to customer service, only a bizarre automated customer service system which sends you in loops. Will certainly not purchase items from any sellers that use Hermes from now on.
